The entire experience, from sale to installation, was a "breeze". The staff at Warren Heating & Cooling are highly professional and caring. The cost of labor & materials ( $300. rebate!) was quite fair and the job was completed on time without a hitch. The work site was left even cleaner than it was before! We are repeat customers (replaced the 1st floor furnace/AC system in 2013), and remain extremely satisfied with the level of service Warren Heating & Cooling provides!

We did our due diligence in finding a service provider - after meeting with 5 different companies (all with A ratings on Angies' List) we chose Warren . The initial meeting with Scott was informative, educational and professional. They were the ONLY company that actually took measurements, discussed actual installation (not just units) and problems that would need to be addressed. Scott left our house with his information, and returned at a later date to review a CLEAR proposal. He then spent over an hour going over all of our questions, reviewing the installation and answering all the questions we had. Warren took care of all the permit paperwork and all we had to do was pick it up and pay the permit fees. This did delay the installation a little, but that was due to the town, not the company. Installation day was scheduled for one day, at our request, to accommodate our work schedule. The 2 teams arrived in full by 8am and quickly got to work. The installation went smoothly - they worked all day to get the job done, and both units and the hot water heater were installed and running by 7pm that nite. All of the old equipment and debris was removed and they did a general clean up of the work areas. They reviewed how to operate the new thermostats, and answered all our questions about maintenance. We did experience a few issues after installation, including not passing our intial inspection due to some small easily fixed problems, and we had some air flow problems on our upstairs unit, which required 3 of the returns being replaced. Warren was responsive and quickly resolved all the issues. Very happy with our choices!

We replaced our whole heating and cooling unit after our AC went out this summer. We had gotten a few other quotes from other locations as well and by far Warren Heating and Cooling offered the most competitive price. We even recommended them to our next door neighbor who also replaced his system with Warren. The staff at Warren Heating and Cooling is very professional and answered all our questions during the estimate and even after the install. Installation day went very well. The staff arrived promptly on time and were done when they said they would be. Overall a great experience and very happy with our HVAC unit. From the first phone call to a follow up conversation with their owner, Paul, at the end, everyone I spoke with was professional and very informative. I booked the service date then accidentally wrote it on my calendar wrong so I missed the appointment. I called to apologize and reschedule and they were very accommodating and so understanding. They were running ahead of schedule on the day of my appointment and called ahead to let me know they could come earlier which they did! Thomas was the service technician that came to my house and he was incredible. He was informative, professional and thorough. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I will be using them moving forward for any of my heating/cooling needs. They have ensured a repeat customer here and I would recommend them without hesitating. Excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend Warren Heating and Cooling to anyone considering the installation of an air conditioning unit. From the time we requested the estimate through installation everything went smoothly. I wish I could say that for the other companies we requested quotations. Some of the other quotations we received were two times higher for the same or similar cooling units. Do yourself a favor and make your first and last call to this company. You will not be disappointed. The technicians were neat and professional and explained everything to us after the installation was completed. We will definitely use them again!

We are very happy with the installation of our new Furnace and Air Conditioning unit. Our previous unit had stopped working and the days were getting hotter and hotter. Everyone we interacted with at Warren Heating and Cooling were very professional. They explained everything to us in detail and walked us through all the options we had. They were able to schedule us in a short timeframe. The job was completed in a single day as scheduled including adding a couple of vents in our basement. The house is nice and cool now.

Initially when the Warren team came out, the HVAC unit was not working due to a flood in the basement. After taking everything in, they uncovered a number of issues that the contractor did incorrectly and they were able to get both the heat and the air on. Additionally they provided an estimate for all of the additional work needed to properly get the systems up and running efficiently - it was half the estimate of another provider. On their second trip, they updated the motor and replaced one of the electrical boards. Additionally they re-connected the AC unit as it was initially installed incorrectly. The team took the time to thoroughly explain everything that they did. Plus they made recommendations for ongoing maintenance, in a very non-salesy manner!

We were shopping around for a new a/c unit and furnace for the top floor of our home to replace our 20-year old units. I called Warren Heating & Cooling for a free estimate. Chris Boehm, their HVAC system specialist, came to review the house, inside and out, and took measurements while he was here. Within a day or so, a written proposal was ready for review. We chose Warren Heating & Cooling based on a neighbor's recommendation and on reviews on Angie's List. We had gotten 3 other free estimates, but we decided we wanted to go with the Carrier brand, and we were very impressed with Chris and the proposal he provided, so we hired Warren Heating & Cooling. They showed up on time, and answered all our questions. They were here for most of the day, were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after their work very nicely. The a/c unit is working fine. It is an attractive unit in our backyard and is more quiet than our previous unit. Since it is June, we won't be able to test the furnace until the Fall, but we're confident it will be fine. Explained everything that was being done, noted that our old unit was not terribly efficient and very loud, and said I could call sales for a price, but did NOT push it on me. Very professional, polite and thorough.

Very professional. Good price and good service. Our old unit quit at the codest time and we needed it replaced quickly. They worked to fit us in as quickly as possible. The instilation went well and the techs were professional. We did have an issue with the thermostat that it was reading incorrectly. This turned out to be an issue with the wall and the unit downstairs sucking cold air through the wall and past the back of the thermostadt. They attempted to fix the problem twice and it did not work either time. So they came back again and moved the whole thermostat to another wall which they did not charge us for. They stood by their work even after they had to send back techs several times which I am sure cost them some money. I appreciated them taking care of the issue.

They're tough to get but reliable. The quality of their work is not outstanding but it's good.

While I was away for business, I got a call from my wife that the upstairs air conditioning was not working. I searched on this site for providers near my address who had good ratings and decided to call Warren Heating & Cooling. It was after 6pm that I called, but was pleased that someone, a service, answered my call and told me some one would get back to me shortly. The owner, Paul, called me and we spoke for a few minutes and he said their dispatch would call me in the morning to schedule a repair visit. I actually called in the morning first, hoping to get the visit scheduled before having to go to meetings. A nice person, Dave I think, was able to fit in a service call that day, between 3-5pm. The technician, Sean, was there around 3:30pm and determined the compressor unit (outside) was not starting. We spoke on the phone and Seam explained that he could install a hard start kit which would resolve the issue, but that the age of the unit and its condition indicated we should think about replacement. My wife said that Shaun was very professional and friendly, which is a comfort being that I was not able to be there. So, we had our air conditioner back up and running and the cost was about $180 (after applying a $55 coupon I saw on their site). I have to say that overall I am delighted with this experience, especially since we have had to deal with some sketchy characters in previous experiences. I would definitely use this company again, and plan to ask about an estimate to replace our 15yr old compressors and for a service contract.

Pleasant experience from start to finish of project. I couldn't be happier with the work completed and I'm so glad that I found them on Angie's List. They will now be my go-to company for HVAC needs.

Very professional and thorough. I called them after getting two other estimates that were very far apart in price. Their estimate was much more detailed with three options which explained why the other two contractors' prices were so far apart. They wanted to present the estimate in person to answer any questions. They filed the permit and scheduled the installation very quickly. Their crew showed up on time (actually always a bit early). It's an old house so there were a couple of challenges but they resolved them all. The crew was polite, neat and worked non-stop. From the president to the sales person, the crew and office contact everyone was amazingly responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Right from the start you could tell these guys have their act together. Right on time for our appointment, measured the house top to bottom, and gave a range of options for the replacement of our almost 20 year old HVAC system. Additionally, Scott Kelly (our salesperson), came to our home a second time to review the proposal and ensure we understood what we were purchasing. As we had two (2) systems, they were installed on 2 successive days. Everyone showed up on time (7:30am), put down paper so they didn't track in dirt (we still had snow on the ground), and worked until after 7pm to ensure everything was right. They then showed us how to work the system, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We were, and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was very professional and well done from initial sales contact to final review of paperwork. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the productivity of their crew. It quickly became obvious their crew were very experienced, and as by brother says - "there is no substitute for experience". There were a few specialty items I wanted to have incorporated into the project and their sales representative went out of his way to locate and incorporate these items into the design. I solicited two other proposals for the work and was left with a much higher level of confidence, with the proposal, and the proposer, from Warren. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again for service.

They did do a phenomenal job. I found them on Angie's List. From start to finish they were just awesome. The guy that came and did the estimate gave me like four different scenarios that I could do. He told me which was the best one and the best one wasn't the most expensive one which surprised me. They were very professional and very clean. It was a miserable day when they came to work because it was pouring rain all day. They were working half outside and half inside but there were no complaints from the guys. They didn't leave one spec of dirt in my house. Even the guy who came and did the inspection for the township said that this was one of the cleanest jobs he's ever seen done. Just the way they ran the pipes and everything, they were just phenomenal from start to finish. They were also the cheapest one. I had like four different people and they were the cheapest ones. They were just awesome. They told me what time they were going to be there and even the salesman was there at that time. Everything about these guys was just the best. I already have used them again.

Job was done on time and took one full day to dismantle and install new system. Two techs did the job. They were very efficient and courteous. I did have problems getting proper switch over control from heat pump heating to oil furnace. But the management, office and technical staff were very responsive to come and try to get the system to work. They found that the problem was that a small amount of air in the oil lines was causing furnace shutdown. Technician Rob fixed the leaks and adding a Tiger Loop de-aerator to the oil line (They paid for the cost) solved the problem. The system has been working great the whole winter.

They did an excellent job, they were very prompt and responsive. They work was very high quality and the people were excellent and professional. Price was also very competitive.

We awoke this morning with no heat, in 12degree weather. I found this provider on Angie's list, left a message with he switchboard at 7am, which was promptly returned, and by 9am someone was at our house. The problem was quickly identified and repaired. The serviceman was very professional, friendly, and explained the problem. I could not be happier with the service and will use Warren Heating and Cooling in the future.

They did some minor repairs and then realized that the problem was bigger than they could handle and said, "We're sorry, we can't do this but we found another company who can." They gave us their number and they had actually spoken to the owner of the company in advance. So when I called the other company, they were expert in the problem and they came in and actually had to replace the boiler. So here is a company who could have just sat there, scratched their head and charged me a lot of money. They said flat out, "This is beyond our expertise. You need a company who is familiar with this type of boiler" and they recommended another company which to me is amazing, most companies just don't do that.

Our old AC condensor needed to be replaced and our furnace was about 20 years old so we decided to update our entire HVAC system. Warren responded promptly to my request for an estimate. They were patient and thorough in answering all of my questions to make sure each unit of the total system had the features I wanted and was sized correctly, in particular, not over-sized. They were prompt in making estimate revisions for changes in the components to be installed. They were timely in scheduling the installation and completed the work in one day as promised. I hardly knew they were here during the installation. Everything went very smoothly, all of the paperwork was thoroughly reviewed at the end of the day, and my home was left as clean as when they arrived. The system has been working great. I selected Warren Heating & Cooling for this project based on their professionalism, the amount of time they were willing to work with me even though they knew I was getting another estimate elsewhere, their price, and the recommendations of two neighbors who have also use them.

We called Warren Heating and Cooling to make an appointment in mid October for someone to come out and give us an estimate to replace our 1994 HVAC system that was giving us some trouble. The office scheduler was very polite and efficient. She said Scott Kelly would be there the next afternoon at 3:00pm. He arrived arrived promptly, and proceeded to evaluate the project. He was quite professional and courteous. After completing his inspection, he informed us he would go back to the office to prepare an estimate. Scott called back in about 2 hrs to let us know the estimate was ready. He came out the next day to present us with three options, explained each one thoroughly, before we chose the one that best fit our budget. Company personnel filed the necessary permits with the town, and we were pleasantly surprised when the install was a go for Nov. 5th. The Techs arrived at 7:30am as promised. Paul, the Owner was on site to set up the job with Bob and Walter. Each of these gentlemen were polite and extremely efficient. The equipment was completely installed, and up and running by 6:30pm - including a meticulous clean-up/haul away of the old equipment! Walter patiently walked me through the new system, and answered all my questions in terms a layman like me could understand. Before leaving, he went over all the warranty info and the paperwork I, as the homeowner, needed to submit. I called the next day, as Walter suggested, to make an appointment to have the job inspected by the appropriate town code enforcement official. I would highly recommend using Warren Heating and Cooling for your next project - big or small!

From the start I was impressed with Dawn who answered the phone. I explained to her that I was wanting to convert over to gas from oil fired boiler of which she then proceeded to ask various necessary questions. I was informed by her that Scott, the field rep would be available on a specific date & time which was 48 hrs. within my call. To my delight and after a very personable conversation with Dawn the wheels of motion were set. At 9AM Scott was at my door as promised. Punctuality is a main point for me as my father was a locomotive engineer and everything was done by the clock of which I still abide to this day. Scott came in, asked me exactly what I was wanting and expecting. From there Scott went throughout the house measuring the baseboard heat to figure the exact system I would need. His professionalism & personable service were greatly appreciated as I am from the South and we just don't have boilers for heat down there. Scott was NOT in a rush and stayed until we had gone over everything and I would have a proposal in my hands that afternoon or first thing the next morning. I asked for 2 estimates (High efficiency and regular boiler) I received my proposal and was very pleased with the pricing, options and available rebates of which I had no clue . Having received two other proposals, I called Scott and let him know they had the job and with the rebates that were offered I let him know we would be going with the high efficiency system. We set up a date and "construction" would begin at 7:30 AM. As usual, the team was here on time and ready to work. All of the workers were very pleasant and conscientious to the interior of our home as they wore shoe covers to protect the wood floors.. All old components were removed with no evidence the old oil fired boiler existed. I have nothing but praise for WARREN HEATING AND COOLING company and the way I found them was through ANGIES LIST ! I did get 2 other proposals from 2 different companies: 1 was a little to high for me and the third company acted like they could care less.
