Morning of 12/1/15, we noticed the furnace was making an unusual noise. In the early afternoon we started smelling an odor which smelled like plastic burning. We figured out it might be the heating unit and called Warren Heating. They had a service man over within 2 hours. Service was great, efficient and professional. Problem solved.

I can't speak highly enough of this company. From my first visit with Scott, who understood the requirements of this job to Rob and Chris, the technicians who performed the job, I knew I was in good hands. Everyone was on time and the work was completed before the end of the day; they were very conscious about trekking dirt into my home and had all floors covered, as necessary. They were all friendly, but professional and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Warren Heating and Cooling.

Install completed in one day -- they showed up ~7:30am and were finished ~6pm. Owner was there at the start of the project. AC was up and running and they were about to leave when circuit breaker tripped -- this had been an ongoing problem and we had attributed it to a malfunctioning AC unit. When it tripped again even with the new unit installed, one of the installers immediately drive to Home Depot to pick up and new breaker which they installed quickly and confirmed that the system was now running properly. Propane conversion kit was out of stock so they had to come back about 2 weeks later to install. Upon installation and test of heat, it was determined that gas pressure was below Carrier recommendation so they asked us to have propane company come to house and adjust pressure. Once that was done, Warren came out one last time to adjust the furnace to ensure it was running according to spec. They also went over maintenance details one last time to make sure I knew how to properly maintain my system. Overall a very positive experience even though it took several appointments to get everything completed.

My 29 year old Trane AC stopped working and I had Warren Heating & Cooling come out for service. They determined that it was burned out. This occurred during a heat wave, so the next day they sent their sales rep out to meet me. What an incredibly knowledgeable guy, Scott. Scott provided me a very detailed estimate with (4) options, which included all Carrier model numbers for the AC, furnace and evaporator coil. I also got 3 other HVAC guys come out and provide estimates and I didn't receive anything as detailed as what Warren provided. Two of the four contractors didn't even include model numbers so I had no idea what I'd be getting. . During the process of trying to figure out which contractor to go with, I asked several of the HVAC guys questions. Scott from Warren was incredibly responsive and answered questions via email and phone right away, even on Sunday and during his vacation! He did not do the hard sell, but really was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Warren wasn't the cheapest quote that I got, but by far the most professional of the 4 HVAC contractors that I had out at my house. They provided the most options, specific model number details so I knew what I was getting. Scott took the time to explain to me the difference between one stage, two stage and variable stage units. I ultimately went with Warren Heating and Cooling and so glad I did! They did a completely professional job. Showed up on time, kept a clean work environment and walked through how to use the thermostat before leaving, provided me all of the documentation for units, thermostats and model & serial numbers so that I can apply for extended warranties. They also took the price of the original service call off of the final price and doubled the Angie's list $50 off coupon to take off $100 total because I installed 2 units. I would highly recommend these guys if you need HVAC work!

The experience started with a call to the company and talking with Dawn to set up an appointment. I called on a Monday and was asking for an appointment on Tuesday in the morning. Dawn said the best they could do was an appointment between 1:00 and 3:00 PM - I figured I would take what I could get and agreed to the time frame. About an hour later Dawn called me and said they could get in between 9:00 and 11:00 AM on Tuesday. I thanked her and accepted that time frame. She also explained their price schedule of $65.00 for the call to determine the problem then $105.00 an hour labor. Tuesday about 10:00 Dawn called and said the service tech would be at our house about 10:45. Brian showed up at 10:40. I explained our situation to the service tech saying we were told we needed a complete new system - both air conditioning and heating. and we were looking for a second opinion. Brian first asked if I wanted him to wear the "blue booties" to prevent tracking dirt in - I said no that would not be necessary but thank you. I then showed him where the equipment was located, he went and got some tools and did his thing. After about 45 minutes he explained what he did - measuring amperage draw on the AC compressor and furnace blower fan and checking temperature at different places in the system. His conclusion was the system was older (25 to 30 years) but functioning within allowable parameters. He actually told me it was better than many he had seen of that age. He also pointed out it was an old system and there was no telling how long it would continue to function properly but at this time is was working fine. Brian was very professional and made a couple of good suggestions regarding maintenance of the systems.

This is my 2nd time to use them install AC/Furnace. Chris is my contact. He gave me the quote with multiple options after he came and took the measurement. The price I got is not low, But I trust their work quality, so I chose them to do the work. As last time, the staff was very polite and professional. The installation process was very smooth, as last time. Crystal is the office manager. She is very professional and responsive. The only concern I have is that it took 2 weeks for them to start the installation since I signed the contract. My basement floor had water every day during the 2 weeks because the old one was leaking. If they could have done the installation sooner, it would have be perfect. Overall, I like them, and would like to recommend them. But you need to plan early if you have serious issue like leaking with problematic system since they probably need 2 weeks to start after you sign the contact.

They took the old units out and disposed of them for us. They did a great job! They were very helpful and professional and I would strongly recommend them.

We had our new system installed in a day. Another company told us it would be a two day project. The Warren technicians were great. They took care to protect the work area, and our new system is working great! I couldn't be any happier with the service that we received from Warren. I'm glad that we now have a great heating and cooling company! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warren! It takes a lot of anxiety away to know that you have a professional, knowledgeable contractor!

I have used Warren cooling and Heating for several services. They have changed my heating system and come twice for my A/C. Every time I was very happy about the work done. What I appreciate the most about this company is their willingness to help. For example, I called them when I had a problem with my AC - even though they were booked solid for weeks, they were able to squeeze me in the morning after and remedy the issue within a few hours. When the Town Inspector wanted something to be changed for a permit, they came back right away and addressed the issue.

They are always punctual, professional, clean and knowledgeable.

We had 2 humidifiers changed and warren put in a better system so these will not overflow and leak. The owner, Paul is a true professional and strives at the reputation of his company which is a breath of fresh air especially for a trade contractor because thats unusual these days. Good job

They showed up on time for an estimate. There was no pressure to book a date for installation. Once we decided to go with them, they scheduled us the following week. Again the technicians showed up on time, they explained every detail of the job and got right to work. The furnace and humidifier were installed early afternoon. The technician went over all the details and programmed my new thermostat for me. They were very clean and left the garage in perfect condition. I was VERY pleased with the three guys who came and the job they did. I would highly recommend Warren Heating and cooling and will probably call them in the summer for an air conditioner tune up. Great company!

Our furnace began shutting off on its own. Warren Heating and Cooling came out and patiently showed me the issue. Unfortunately our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and had to be replaced. Given the severity of the issue, they sent Scott out to give an estimate the next day, and our new system was installed the day after that. With two young kids at home, a quick turnaround was essential. I was very grateful that they shared our urgency. Everyone I dealt with from the technician, office staff, installers etc. treated us respectfully and honestly. Details were explained, options were provided, and at no point did we feel pressured in a certain direction.

My experience with them was good and I absolutely would use them again in the future.

From start to finish, Warren H&C was great! Initial meeting with proposal was vey thorough and Scott walked me through all the details. Of all the proposals, i received, this was the most personal, and thorough. And Scott called me a few times to follow up, and though i wasn't ready to pull the trigger due to other situations, they were never pushy with the sale (but the ONLY one that actually did follow up with calls). Exactly on time on day of service. Was clean through the whole house. Finished before they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. Left me a packet of info with all details of the service. And price was acceptable given competitive costs. I would recommend Warren H&C to anyone.

I had reached out to Warren in 2013 for an estimate on a new furnace and AC. I also I have used them on several service calls. My furnace went out over the weekend and a tech came out and explained that the furnace was pretty much done. Warren was able to get a sales rep out the same day to give me an estimate. Scott came out to my home with an estimate already written up since he was the same one who came out in 2013! Explained the different options and never was there pressure to decide on the most expensive option. They were able to come out the next day and install a new heating and ac unit. They arrived on time, everything went smoothly and all the workers were professional. I will definitely use Warren Heating & Cooling in the future and highly recommend them.

We just bought a house that was ~ 20 yrs old with original HVAC. During the summer, the family room could not get to the temp we needed. Our electricity bill was shocking. Called in a few HVAC companies to diagnose the issue. Turns out, the unit we had was undersized and likely at the end of useful life. I looked only at companies that got excellent Angie's reviews as well as sellers of the higher end units, (Carrier, Lennox, and trane). Warren H&C's price was right in the middle of range's i got but the offered the solution i wanted. Their rep, Scott, came and was extremely professional and informative. Walked thru the areas of concern, noted windows, room, sizes, etcs. He came back a few days later after doing a manual j to discuss the options. He left me with a few pages of referrals before he left me to decide. There was no pressure whatasoever. After deciding to hire them, I scheduled the appointment within a few weeks. The installers came promptly at 7:30am as promised and were done within 2 days. We were not left without heat any night. The installers were courteous and thorough. There was very little to no mess left in the utility room. The only issue with installation that came up was that they needed to cut out a section of the drop ceiling to accomodate the venting for the zone. So there is exposed sheet metal now that i need to cover up. It's not a big deal and would have been difficult to discover during the sales process. After installation, they scheduled a follow up to walk me through my new system. They also had me sign different papers for rebate processing. They've also come back to look at another system i had for potential future replacement. I highly recommend this company.

We had just purchased a new home that needed a new furnace and central air. They made every effort to assist us with understanding the financing options and the process for obtaining financing. They took care of permit filing, helped to expedite the installation, showed up on time, were neat, patient with explanations, very polite and respectful. They wanted to be sure we understood how to use the system before they left. WarrenHeating and Cooling was referred to me by a co-worker 3 years ago and we used them to install a new Central Air system in our previous home. That experience was excellent as well. As a result, we have since referred them to others we know (who have used them and had only good feedback!) and they were our first call when we came into this new home and realized we had a problem that required their expertise. We will continue to refer Warren Heating and Cooling. They are good people who treat their customers like they'd want to be treated themselves. We can't thank them enough!

We moved to this house 1 year ago and were concerned about having an old oil furnace (+25 years old) and an old AC unit same age that could brake at any time, and with a 2 1/2 year old little one at home this is not a nice situation to be in. We shopped around and got about 5 quotes. We wanted to move the AC location from the back of the house to the side so it could give room for future expansion or a patio. Scott was the only one who gave good suggestions on how to make all the changes we wanted without negatively impacting the look of the house. Also their price was very competitive. The day of the installation, the crew was very professional and worked non stop to get us the heat up and running We are very happy after the installation and I will recommend them without any doubts

On my 15 year old system, apparently the humidifier drain clogged, causing the basement to flood and mold. Warren Heating and Cooling came to the house, wrote up an estimate, with different options for me to choose from. They got back to me with a written estimate. They did not push anything, I chose my options. They also installed a pump with the humidifier and had it exit to the bsmt sump pump, so we won't have to go through mold remediation again. The installers arrived as stated and efficiently got the job done. To me, it was not worth fixing the old system, especially since it was past it's service lifetime. The other thing to consider is that HVAC systems every few years improve and become more efficient. The installing technicians are an asset to the company.

Excellent, first rate experience! Called on a Sunday afternoon, spoke to live answering service and received a return call right away from Paul within less than 10 minutes. Promised a technician could be out the next morning, and that is exactly what happened after dispatcher followed up with us first thing in the morning. Technician was very courteous and professional; cleaned out the condensate collection tray/drainline, performed multiple tests to ensure proper operation of system. After service, left the unit and surrounding area cleaner than it was before. Honored our coupon, and cost was very fair and exactly as expected. 100% positive experience all around, I think we may have found our new best HVAC maintenance/service/installation company for the future!
