When our furnace failed, we obtained 4 estimates. Warren Heating was very thorough in their evaluation of our needs and was among the lowest bids. They were very prompt and responsive to our needs. They use a dedicated team for installations. These gentlemen were very professional, careful of our home, worked very efficiently together, and cleaned up after their work was finished. We were very satisfied with the job.

When our upstairs air conditioning unit failed to provide cool air during an early hot spell, we called Warren Heating because of the excellent experience we had with them previously. They responded promptly, and their technician attempted to repair it. When the repair was unsuccessful, he demonstrated to us what had failed on our old air conditioner and why it was not repairable. John Lutz of Warren Heating was very thorough in evaluating our needs and discussing our options. After we made a decision about what unit we wanted, they were very prompt in getting back to us and arranging for the installation of the new unit. Warren uses a dedicated installation team who work very efficiently together. They were very professional, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the installation, including why changes in exterior pad placement were necessary because of building code requirements and manufacturer's recommendations. When necessary, they have a qualified electrician check new or changed electrical connections to be sure that code requirements are met. We were pleased with the job, and the new unit does an excellent job of maintaining the interior temperature even on the hottest summer days.

I initially contacted the Mitsubishi Website to get a contractor to install a Mr. Slim "Ductless" Air Conditioning unit. To my surprise, the next morning I received a phone call from Warren Heatring and Cooling. I arranged an on-site visit for an estimate for the beginning of the following week. I received no response from other Heating and Cooling companies I contacted. I received a written quotation via email two days after Warren Heating and Cooling was at my house. I arranged for an installation date after I received the quotation that I signed. I was told it would take one week to 10 days to get the unit from Mitsubishi. As estimated I had the unit installed fourteen days after I signed the agreement. Warren Heating and Cooling took care of all local installation permits. Installation was extremely professional and both the outside condensing unit and inside evaporator unit was placed exactly where I wanted them. The unit works beyond the expectations of my wife and I. The only regrets we have is that we did not do this 10 years ago when we purchased this house. We also noticed that the main air conditioning unit is working better because the open 3rd floor loft is not heating up our lower main living area. We are expecting lower electric bills because the more efficient Mitsubishi unit is taking much of the heat load from the older, less efficient main air conditioning unit. Warren was on time, every time. I would use this contractor again.
