Description of Work: This is the first time I have used Zuidema to pump out our septic system. |What I liked is the driver called to let me know when he would be arriving. Once here, he had to dig out dirt to reach septic and then and then pump out both tanks. Very professional and very clean work. They also offer a 10% senior discount which is not offered by other septic companies. I will definitely used them again.

Description of Work: They pumped both of our septic tanks and scoped one of them to determine the nature and extent of a suspected blockage. Everyone with whom we spoke was professional and responsive. The work estimates were accurate and work was performed on schedule.

Description of Work: The first person to come out was punctual and pleasant. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. his name was Eric. he pumped both tanks and explained that he would have to have someone else to come out. he called Brian to come out the following day (sat) because Brian specializes in the actual septic pump and wiring. sat came and went with no Brian and no phone call. i called the office and they said they had rescheduled us for mon. I asked if anyone was going to call us to inform us of rescheduling? They said "yes, but didnt get around to it". Mon came and went an no one showed up or called. Called tues. they said "im not sure why he didnt show up, he'll definitely come today". so now we are just patiently waiting.

Description of Work: Alex showed and and was exceptional in every respect- professional, knowlegeable, patient, and thorough. Kevin performed the pumping of the tank and was similarly professional. On top of all of this, the cost of the service was better than all competitors. Would highly recommend this company, they will not disappoint.

Description of Work: My problem was difficult to resolve and required several visits to my home. When I spoke to David to make the appointment he was so kind and understanding of my problem. His worker was very prompt at arriving the next day but couldn't solve the problem. They sent a second truck the next day to clean the septic, but there were still problems. The third day the owner's son came and had to flush out the pipe. That solved the problem. Everyone was to very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I hope I never have this problem again, but if that should happen, I would only use this company. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I made an appointment to have our cesspool emptied and ensured over the phone that the company serviced my area. The woman over the phone assured me they did, quoted me a price and made an appointment to have the work done. The morning of the appointment she called and cancelled, saying that they did not service my area. Completely unprofessional.

Description of Work: Probably due to a major renovation here, the septic tank got messed up and these guys came, extremely promptly and professionally, and fixed everything. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
