They tried to charge to $395----just to come out to my new house and tell me that the tank is buried too deep to "do a proper inspection." Since I pre-paid it, I had to dispute the charge with Visa, and I won. I spoke briefly to the owner over the phone prior to disputing the charge. I offered to pay $100 for them coming out. All he said was that he will call me back. I'm still waiting. What a lame company, and a lousy way to do business.

I would highly recommend them! They were so easy to deal worth and prices were excellent. I even changed the date of the party at the last minute due to the weather and they were more than accommodating ! Gentleman who made the delivery was so professional and nice

Ordered for weekend of July 4th weekend excellent service I was asked to change my delivery time twice I did this being a nurse working COVID I understand things happen. I ordered same service for July 18th weekend they wanted to over charge however when I disagreed they stated they were overbooked typical nonsense. I would not recommend this company go elsewhere.

Very well, they were quick and great price.

Called on a Friday evening because of a perceived clogged issue requiring pumping the septic tank. Came out the next (Saturday) morning and pumped the tank. Also gave advice and possible solutions to fix the clog. Ultimately called a plumber to repair the clog in the system which was in the house.

Hired Zuidema to install a tank cover riser. Work was scheduled for 11/10/17 between 9 am - 1 pm, however they did not show up for the job. I contacted the office and was told that they must have been running behind. Dispatcher stated she would check and call back w/ update. Never heard back, no one ever showed up. Hired Lakeland Septic instead, who did a wonderful and prompt job at a better price. Should have called them first!

Very well. Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything and answered all questions.

Called Zuidema to perform a second opinion on recommended work. Competitive pricing and no surprises. Serviceman, Josh, was extremely knowledgeable, recommending work to be done, and explaining everything. Very detail oriented and thorough. Would recommend.

initial contact with sales was very good. service was scheduled quickly. technician, Josh, showed up even before the window time provided. unfortunately, he didn't know much what he was doing running around my property and giving my wife anxiety attack threatening major digs to uncover entry points to tanks while I clearly provided location of tanks to sales person. thank God for driver Kenny who showed up soon and knew exactly what to do and pumped two tanks with limited damage to sod. he was professional and courteous. The price for pumping tanks was as provided by sale person but $250 for reset of alarm has been very high and not provided before the service. All in all the job was done quickly and as planned. I will use the firm again but would prefer next time technician is more knowledgeable and in sync with Kenny the driver.

What an all around pleasant experience... Was told by plumber that septic needed to be pumped and that it needed to be pumped immediately. Called another company who said they could come the following week... Called DZ and they said they could be there within the hour - they were at my house less than 30 minutes later. Extremely pleasant and professional... I did not know where my septics were nor did I realize that I had TWO of them but they figured that out - they located both and then pumped them. All of this was done quickly and with the utmost professionalism. When they left, you could barely tell where they had dug for the tanks. Can't recommend highly enough!!!

I'm very dissapointed with the service and responsiveness of David Zudeima. I've been strung along for over 3 weeks and today was advised to look for someone else because they don't anyone authorized to work in West Milford. This was after multiple calls and emails requesting a response and a schedule.

This is a great company with extraordinary customer service. We used them in the past to have our septic pumped after finding them on Angies List. All the people we dealt with, both on site and via phone were true professionals. So happy companies like this exist!

Right on time and very efficient and knowledgable. Very happy with the service and will use again.

Everything the person did was great. The worker showed up at the very beginning of the window that they said they would be there which was awesome! He did a complete inspection of the tanks, pumps, alarm float, and field. He pumped the tank and said that everything was looking great. I had them come out mainly for a foul smell that seemed to be coming from our tank, he told me that it was not our tank and possibly someone who lived nearby. He took about an hour to do the work and was thorough in his inspection and his cleanup. Couldn't even tell that he was there once he was done.

Scheduled service for 7/20/2015 9-12am. Provider showed up very close to 9am. I had the tank ready and we read over the prior inspection report before starting the job. He took care of the waste and I brought him a hose to wash down the inside a little bit to give us a good look at the inlet/outlet baffles. Then he opened the cleanout on the outlet and we looked at the inside of that. He pointed out what to look out for in the future, closed the tank up, and was on his way.

James arrived early in the 4-hour appointment window. He made sure our asphalt driveway could support his truck, then got right to work. He explained how he evaluated the tank, and showed me what he was doing during the process. We regard this pumping as routine maintenance, which reduces the chance that we will have an "emergency" in the future. James was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. We will use David Zuidema in the future.

It was fine. I had no problems. They were on time and it took about an hour.

No complaints. Driver called ahead and arrived mid-morning. Dug out the tank cap, pumped it out, and gave his opinion about the tank capacity, condition, and maintenance. Price was as estimated.

Very punctual, immediately returned phone call, came when he said will come and did a good job of explaining to my dad and left with no mess around. Will definitely use them again.

Driver was on time and performed work in a professional manner. Also was very informative, as this was my first house I've owned with a septic system.

The company came out to re check my Septic System after a previous failed report. The digger was at my house for 10 minutes after being an hour late to preform a test and said he would email me a report . Repeatedly asked for a written report. I was told that David Zuedma would get back to me. I never received any further contact from anyone else in the company. Just a bill.

Alex and the other team member were professional and courteous. They used video camera to perform the area that cannot be done visually. Alex also responsibly left his contact information for follow up and questions. I will use them again for my future services. Mary, the owner, is great for the customer service, but the other lady does not sound like she is happy to work.

They pumped out my 1000 gallon tank. My neighbor to referred me to them. I found them to be friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. No complaints.
