Tech showed up on time,he was even a little early. He asked what the issue was and then went outside and checked for possible entry points. He then went in attic and checked for any signs there. He then laid down numerous traps in the attic & garage. The whole thing took about twenty minutes. Tech was professional & seemed to be experienced with mice issues and what solutions worked best. They came back a week later, checked the traps and disposed the mice that were caught. Haven't had any mice issues since. I got a special $199 price but given the amount of time they were there I am not so sure how special it was.

It went fine and he was a little bit early for the appointment. They caught two mice. Scheduling was pretty good. They have indicated they will be back within 90 days to collect the rest of the traps.

Protex Termite and Pest control representative checked the property for any signs of rodent infestation. He said he closed some points outside. He notices that, there were some bat infestation in attic and was going to give me a quote in few days. He also placed many traps in Attic, basement and outside the house. Supposed to comeback for a followup, but its been 3 weeks since and I no one ever followed up. Traps are still there. I am not completely satisfied with the service for the money I paid.

It was good. They got the squirrels. I was very happy with it.

Friendly, professional. First appointment they were a bit late and did not warn us ahead of time that we need to remove cats out of the way for a couple of hours, so we had to reschedule. Second time things went well. So far - no ants in sight!

Robert did an outstanding job in assessing the mice situation in our basement and identifying where the mice were coming in to our home. After discovering there were small openings around our windows and garage, he and his team proceeded to seal up the openings. In addition Robert said mouse traps and was able to capture the rodents. Robert was extremely professional and methodical in his approach. We were very happy with the service provided by Protex.

Everything went well. Overall I don't think it was worth the price. I can buy the materials from Home Depot do myself. It was easy to schedule an appointment with the provider. They were on time for the appointment.

Very pleased. The rodent abatement was performed by a highly trained and experinced person. He scheduled appointments with the township for inspection and did the paperwork for me. It took three visits to get the job done.

I asked for a complimentary termite inspection and they said they don't do complimentary one; they charge $70.00

Had mice in the basement and a couple got upstairs in to the living area. Purchased the deal and was contacted the next day to schedule appointment. The exterminator came out on Saturday and did a thorough (crawled under a 20 ft deep deck with a 2 ft clearance) around the house perimeter. He found a couple of entry ways under the deck and near the front entrance and sealed them up. He then layed out snap traps in the basement and came back a few days later for "cleanup". No mice since. Very professional and very good price. Would use again, but hopefully won't have to.

Protex came by to set some traps. After inspecting my roof they realized there are some issues with my roof that need to be fixed before they can perform their services. Protex was very responsive and I will give them a call back as soon as I get my roof fixed.

They actually came out 2 days early but were unable to perform the work due to an issue on my end with my roof so I requested a refund. They were very responsive though and very professional when it came to answering my emails and letting me know up front the work couldn't be done and that I could get my refund.

Blake was extremely personable and punctual, and also excelled at answering questions and making recommendations and suggestions as to things we can do to decrease points of entry. He was very thorough and even checked an entry point that I had treated with steel wool and glue last year to make sure it was adequate to keep out mice. First service obtained through Angie's List and was very satisfied.

The person came on time and seemed knowledgable. It did not take more than 30 min for him to complete the work. Fortunately it was an isolated incidence without any other mice found in the property. Seemed little expensive but I guss that's what it costs usually.

Called and made an appointment easily. The tech Blake showed up promptly and was very friendly and knowledgable. I asked what my concerns were and then used a safe for pets IGR all over our unit and outside of it. He put down pesticide gel in areas that my pets can't reach for safety and put glue traps around. He also answered lots of questions I had and offered some advice about reducing the door gap to keep bugs from getting in. It was reassuring as he determined that we didn't have a real problem most probably stray bugs from outside and other units but agreed that it was better to be proactive. He said the treatment should be good for at least 3 months especially as we didn't have any sort of infestation but that followup applications would only be about $35 if we wanted (which I do as I am terrified at the thought of bugs inside). I appreciated that he was so nice and didn't make me feel ridiculous or try to make things sound worse so they could sell us more services. The treatment seems effective as I haven't noticed any little crawlies (and I am always looking) popping up and hopefully I never do again. I know our neighbors have issues which makes me extrememly paranoid but I am more confident that we should stay pest free with the use of these professional services

Very honest and ethical- the termites hadn't entered my home yet, they were flying by cracks in my driveway. Protex did the appropriate treatment and I have a warranty that I renew each year. Other places I called wanted to do treatments throughout the interior of my home- much more costly and disruptive. And not needed!

It went really well. Within a few days, the carpenter bees were less and less until finally they were all gone. None have returned since the spraying. I'm very happy with the service and price.

The company contacted me promptly and scheduled at our convenience. The service person arrived as scheduled and did a very thorough job inside and out. He was pleasant and pointed out several things to be aware of without doing a "hard sell". I felt this was a very good value and would use this vendor again..
