Description of Work: In order to find where the mice were entering our basement they had to remove insulation from the wall above the foundation. They found an area where they believed the mice were entering and corrected the problem. They then installed new insulation in that area of the basement. We caught a couple of mice in the week after they were finished, but since then it seem's to be under control.

Description of Work: Carpenter ants complete outside and inside sprayed. Inspected home. Very satisfied the owner returned my call on a Sunday I was very concerned about the ants and he was calming. I was very appreciative. Although I do not have any damage I did request the yearly spray . So they will be back next year.

They were hired to just check for termites, but I asked them if they would take care of the carpenter ants, and they were very decent about it and didn't even charge extra for that. I thought that was very professional.
Description of Work: They did a termite inspection on my house and a preventive treatment. They also got rid of carpenter ants.
