Excellent - 2nd year I have used Protex and very satisfied with their work

They had to come back twice because it was difficult to find how they got in. First the sealed openings in corners of the roof with special venting material . Then the bats came back several months later. They found another entrance way where the roof comes down to just above the floor of the attic and there is vent spacing there with screening. But the space was too big. So they put protection on the gutter which acts as screening and keeps leaves out of the gutter. Have not had a problem in nearly a year so I guess it is fixed.

They came back twice to fix the problem. The first time they filled in gaps in the corners of the house. The second time they filled in gaps above one of the gutters.

Purchased the special offer they had and made three available appt days BUT NO RESPONSE for 7 days. Not a great start. Got a refund. It's too bad, we used them once in the past and had good service.

The gentleman came on time and did a through inspection. He went into the attic, crawlspace and other places. They left a number of traps and came back to clear out two rodents. They also sealed all entry points; which did the trick I guess.

They do excellent work. I have had them out for some other work and they do great work. Their price is fair. They are very good.

Great service at a great price. Terminex wanted $800 more for same squirrel removal service and guarantee. Would call Protex back with out question.

Bob was responsive and I was able to get a quick appointment. He came and inspected the property for possible entry points and closed them up. Traps were set. His associate came back a few days later to do a recheck. So far we are satisfied with the work done. This is the second time we've used Protex. The first time was for ants in our previous home. I will continue to use them for any pest concerns.

It was very good. We used them a couple of times. They were excellent. Same technician came out both times. It was a good experience.

Extremely unsatisfied. Two issues with them. They installed traps on the roof and during the installation popped out nails out of the roof. It started leaking. I had to contact the contractor to fix the roof. I mentioned that I saw squirrels in the ceiling. They came and installed the traps on the roof closing out ceiling with Squirrels inside. They let the squirrel in ceiling trapped for six days and finally after no squirrels in traps(they were trapped in ceiling) they opened up ceiling and caught squirrel. All six days they let squirrels trapped inside ceiling letting them do the damage to insulation but nothing else to do. They could have caught the squirrels on first day as they did on sixth day. I had to call another guy to fix all the insulation. On phone he doesn't want to listen what I have to say but insists on full payment. When I mentioned about negative review on Angies list, all he said is he can give explanation to anything I write.

We've had Protex come out a few times for different problems. Bob, the owner, is always very responsive, polite, and professional. If you stick with him while he's working, he'll often teach you some pretty interesting things -- he taught me all about how to spot signs of mice, some of the psychology behind their behavior, and how they can be dealt with. He always does a thorough job, often doing additional minor work or repairs in the area of the pest problem (that go beyond the core pest issue), if warranted. We've also had Blake come to help out, and he is just as polite and professional. Overall, very happy with our experiences with Protex and will continue to recommend them.

The proprietor's name is Bob. He is very thorough and responsive. He continues to follow through until satisfaction. We are very pleased with his service and he follows through until he succeeds.

It went very well. They were fast and efficient and the mouse problem is gone.

PROTEX person arrived ontime and completed all treatment work. Individual was very professional and helpful in explaining actual work being performed. Entire work area left very clean. Excellent job done. Would highly recommend PROTEX for termite and pest control.

Blake was very nice and punctual. We had to be out of the house for a few hours. They bagged stuff in my son's room. Protex actually sprayed our whole house. I bought mattress and boxspring covers for all our beds. The treatment seems to have worked! Protex came back and did an additional treatment for $80. We have another appointment scheduled. My only suggestion is that they should have more written instructions as to what to do after the treatment, such as keeping the doors to the closet closed and washing anything else in hot water and dryer for 30 minutes.

Protex is professional and thorough. They gave us exactly what we asked for and they were prompt and responsive to our calls and requests. Bob gave us suggestions as to how we can avoid this problem in the future (even though that might mean he wouldn't get any business from us if the spiders are gone!). We would definitely use them again for any pest control problems.

My experience with them went good. Their services were very good.

Arrived on time (which I love), did a thorough inspection and although nothing was found he suggested methods I could use to deter the rodents from coming back in the future. Would use this company again in a heart beat if I ever had another pest problem.
