Everything went very well. Nelson, Ryan and Connor were excellent and very professional. Moved everything were we asked it to be placed, even went above and beyond with a lot of the help they offered. There guys are compassionate, and care a great deal about their company's good name. If you're looking for local movers you owe to yourself to at least give them a call.

They were great. They got right to work, were on time, professional and very nice.

Jaco movers were extremely professional, really great service and just made the entire moving process so much easier and me and my family. Jaco movers packed and moved me all in one day, they were very polite and extremely flexible. We would use them again for our moving needs!

I didnt use the deal due to changes in a purchase of a home.

They were great every time I reached out with them. I wasn't able to actually use this deal but the company was very professional.

Nelson and his associate arrived on time to the minute. They loaded quickly and carefully and were ready to roll in just 45 minutes. We went to the storage room and unloaded and finished the job in exactly 2 hours. They were awesome!

Excellent. Would highly recommend this company. They came with about 5-6 guys, and all of them were great. No issues with anything breaking. They were fast and courteous, as well.

Nelson and his team were great in every respect. He called to say he would arrive in 10 minutes and he was (which was right at the appointed time). Everyone was very respectful of our home and the furniture they were moving. Went to the 2nd stop at the storage facility and once again things went very smoothly. At the condo, I was amazed how quickly things came out of the truck and got into the apartment. In total, the entire operation took 4 hours and that includes 2 stops to load the truck and a one hour drive before unloading. Nelson takes a lot of pride in what he does. That's his name on the side of the truck so his reputation is on the line every day. Moving is generally stressful but this move was not at all. I highly recommend Jaco and would use them again without thinking twice.

Nelson and his crew, Connor and William showed up at my house in Edison on Sunday, November 23 to pack up the truck for my move. The closing on my Edison house was the next day and the closing on the house I was moving into was on Tuesday which means that they kept my belongings on the truck Sunday night and Monday night (at a fair extra cost of $150/night). I was thrilled to find a mover who works on Sunday and would hold my things until Tuesday afternoon. It took them approximately 5 1/2 hours to pack up my 8 room house and they showed up at my new home at the prearranged time of 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25. By 5:30 everything was unloaded and in place. Nelson and his crew are professional and courteous and took great care with my things; I would recommend Jaco Movers to anyone who needs a good mover.

Our experience with Jaco was great. Nelson and his crew were fabulous and professional and nice. They worked really hard and were careful, and it happened to be cold and rainy (all day) on the day of our scheduled move. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to family members. Jaco also moved an upright piano and did a great job with it . . . it was a little extra money-wise, but it was so efficient and simple RE: not having to hire a separate piano moving company (which we have had to do in the past).

I went to Angies List and had two movers come out and quote. One was a rather large company in my area and one was Jaco which is about a half hour away. While the big company came out with two well dressed polished salespeople and handed out color brochures, Nelson made a great impression on me. Price wise, they were nearly the same and a little difficult to compare exactly. I chose to go with Jaco simple because i like to give small businesses my business under most circumstances. Nelson quoted a range of price and committed to no more than the max. Nelson and the crew showed up early. They were hard workers, not slackers. Nelson sets a tone for the work and the attitude. All of his guys have a good attitude. I highly, highly, highly recommend these guys. Hey, whoever you use, be sure to have cold water and energy bars at both ends of the move.

I am very satisfied with the workmanship of this company. They arrived on time and Nelson took a walk-thru with me to confirm what was to be moved and then he and his crew started to work. They were very careful with all of our things and worked very hard and the time and price that I was quoted was spot on. Jaco Movers were exceptional. They arrived with a full crew perfectly on time and completed the job within the estimated hours and within the estimated time frame. The crew was extremely courteous and professional, even in the face of some challenges posed by smaller than expected doors and landings. I would absolutely use this company again for any future moves.

After calling several movers and reading brutal reviews on the internet, I was resigned to the fact that my approximate cost was going to be $2400. I joined Angie's list after reading horror stories on the web about prices being increased at the end of the trip, unprofessionalism, etc. When I called, Nelson answered the phone and was very laid back and friendly. I received my estimate via email shortly after and booked the date. The estimate was at least half of other movers I had called. Nelson and his crew showed up just slightly late due to a flat tire on his truck (I was kind of glad anyway since I needed a liitle extra time) They were polite and worked quickly and neatly. This move was from my second home to my primary residence in the same state. They unloaded and set everything up in a timely manner, and the final bill was the same as the estimate. We were very pleased with their service on a stressful day for my family. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable and professional moving company.

I have moved 8 times in NJ during the last 20 plus years. I am very familiar with the process. Nelson might not have the best estimate and presentation tools like laptop and colorful brochure. He has the most sincere attitude and commitment for the job. I must have rescheduled job 3 times. His office was able to shift jobs around to accommodate my schedule. Not only his crews were well qualified for the job, but also he set an example during the move. The move was efficiently and carefully executed. There was some overtime on the job, and it's fully reasonable.

Jaco Movers arrived on time and were very courteous. We had all of our stuff packed and they moved us to the new place in 4 hours. Besides being efficient, they were also helpful in rearranging furniture in our new place as we wanted it. Finally, since the work got done ahead of time, the overall price was below the estimate they provided which was very fair.

Nelson, the owner, is one of the nicest, most polite and professional business leaders I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is very flexible, punctual, and considerate of his clients feelings. Moving is one of the most stressful situations a person can go through. Nelson's crew, Conner and William were fantastic. They work very well together and were careful of my belongings. They were fast, efficient and reliable. The entire crew was very polite and courteous. I was most pleased and delighted with how the move went. I am using them again when my home is ready to move into. They will move me from the storage unit to my new home. I feel like they are family and they treat you like you are family. I would recommend them to everyone who has to undergo a move. You will be pleasantly surprised as to how easy these guys will make it happen. It is no surprise to me that they have a great customer service award from Angie.

I will recommend this company to any family and friends who need movers/packers. We have a two month old and a 15 month old baby so packing our home would have been a challenge. They came on a Friday and packed up the whole house. Packing was done efficiently and courteously. We have been able to locate everything easily and so far nothing has been found broken! The guys came back the next day to pack the moving truck and then unload everything at our new home. They took care with our furniture and listened to where we wanted each item placed. The move went smooth thanks to Nelson and his crew. =)

Perfect packing and careful moving

I made the call on Monday ( as I was left in a bind by another company) Nelson was at my home with his assistant on Tuesday. Moved my items in 2 hours and packed them neatly in a storage facility.. I am grateful they were able to provide such great service on such short notice. They get all A's across the board...I WILL use them again when I retrieve my items!!

Nelson and his partner Connor were very professional, fast, and efficient. They wrapped all furniture in plastic, wrapped wooden furniture in blankets, and disassembled and reassembled the king size bed frame. They insisted on moving the furniture several times until I was happy with the set up. Even last minute, they switched the nightstands. Never made it seem it was a hassle. Would def recommend to any friend who needed to move. Their quote btw was 1/2 as much as other companies.

Nelson and crew helped us with moving our things from our two-bedroom apartment to our house. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They made sure all things were wrapped to prevent any damage. Although the whole move took little over 3 hours, they charged for only three hours. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and if needed use them in the future. Thank you.

Jaco movers did a very good job, and had 2 guys move 2 very heavy and large pieces of funiture to our third floor (and squeeaked it in thrugh a twisty and narrow staircase) into our attic. I thought they were just a touch too expensive, but I would use them again, because they were responsive, friendly, and most importantly, did a good job.

The items were moved efficiently and without damage.

The 2 gentlemen were terrific! They were prompt, very efficient and extremely careful with items. I can't thank them enough. Would definitely use again.
