Jaco Movers

I hired Jaco Movers to pack and move me to my new home in South Jersey. They were very efficient and careful with my belongings, placed everything in my new home where i wanted it. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a very professional and considerate firm to move them.

I had to move from my 6 bedroom home into a new 5 bedroom home. The workers came on time, they were very cautious with wearing masks the entire time while working, they did not take breaks, they were very cautious with my furniture and did not break anything. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a professional moving company.

All the movers were professional and herculean. Immense amount of work was done by 4 guys for 12 hours! Not a single scratch or dent was made, either. I'll hire them back in a heartbeat.

Jaco Movers are fantastic. Moving is stressful enough and they make everything so much easier. They are friendly, professional, quick, careful and very reasonably priced. They let you know what is going on each step of the way and keep you informed on timeline and if they need anything from you. Hopefully we aren’t moving again for a very long time, but if I ever need moving services they’ll be the first people I call. Ryan and his team are amazing, will recommend you everyone I know who is moving.

The move went smoothly. Jaco movers were prompt in responding to a request for an estimate and answering subsequent questions. They showed up on time and completed the move efficiently. They were professional, respectful, and careful with my belongings.

On moving day, Steve and his crew showed up on time and completed the work without delay. They took great care with our property and there was no damage to report. The move didn’t start very well, but Steve and his crew were amazing! The folks in charge meeting me to review the job and provide an estimate cancelled on me twice, but I stuck with Jaco because I had seen the star-rarings and couldn’t beat the price. And I am so glad I did! I interacted mostly with Steve, and he was professional and charming. The crew was speedy and also careful. I hired Jaco for the second move to the storage unit. Steve and Juan let me direct the placement of each box so that I would have everything organize and nothing broken. Well done, Jaco.

If I could I would give Jaco Movers and their staff "10" As. They were prompt, courteous and got right to the task of moving my furniture. All my bedroom and family room furniture was moved with no mishaps or damage. Job well done!!!!

It went very well. They were there on time and the people were very friendly. The move went off without a problem thanks to them. I had several pieces of heavy furniture that were on a 2nd floor and going to a second floor at the new home. They sent an extra person at no additional charge to help. That is what I call service.... Highly recommend.

The day seemed to start out well, but as the day progressed things began to unravel. We had four men assigned to the move and a medium sized truck. At one point the truck ran out of space. They had to wait for a new truck to be delivered. Then that truck ran out of space and I was told there was no more room for the things left in the house which included more boxes and a drum set that they completely forgot about. Oh and I forgot to mention that I was only supplied with two garment boxes because they didn't have anymore in stock. I had to go to Home Depot and buy my own and they cost $7-8 more per box. The men worked very hard but I felt that they got to a point where they were rushing and later I found that things that were broken were hidden behind the boxes that were put in the basement. Very Sneaky. I was told that the job would take 9 hours, it took 12 hours and my son in law ended up putting together some of the furniture so that the moving men could leave. Of course the move cost more then it should have if more manpower had been assigned to the move, and a big enough truck. I blame the owner, not the men.

A quote was provided over the phone based on my description, which was great, because I was unable to schedule a preview appointment. A crew of three arrived a few hours after the confirmed window, but got to work quickly upon arrival. All items were shrink wrapped and furniture items were padded with moving blankets for transportation to the storage unit. The crew had all the tools required and the truck had more then enough room. Quick work was also made of unloading the truck and my instructions were followed when packing the storage unit . Total time spent was around 90 minutes and that included a 25 minutes in traffic between locations.

Jaco Movers arrived exactly at the time scheduled; packed items not already wrapped; loaded items for a move plus other furniture into a pod for transport out of state and finally exceeded the number of items to be moved beyond what was originally quoted by me. The move day was one of the hottest of summer 2017 and they were fast, professional and took care with all of my items. I used Jaco Movers 4 years ago for a prior move and find them to be one of the best quality services I have ever used. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional, cost effective mover.

David & Team did the work for us. It was a big move with a lot of stuff. But they handled it very carefully and extremely punctually. I was very impressed. They didnt waste a moment from the first box till the last piece of furniture. Everything was wrapped appropriately, and placed carefully. Very happy and will use them again.

Very well, The supervisor came and did an on site estimate for the price. The guys came, a bit late but they worked quickly and efficiently. Knew things about moving and packing that I didn't. They were very polite and professional. English was pretty light.

Horrible experience..furniture damaged as well as walls. Still trying to resolve after dozens of calls. Their workers do not speak or understand English and the customer service I received afterwards is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.
