Jaco Movers are fantastic! From my first phone call to the move itself, I couldn't ask for nicer people who go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and take extra care to see everything arrived safely. We paid for exactly the services they estimated we would need, and it was well worth it. The moving men were so helpful and pleasant, they made it one of the easiest moves we've ever had. They are truly an A+ Moving Company, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. They did an on site estimate which was accurate and showed up right on time. They were unbelievably professional and worked so hard to make sure my move went smoothly. In short ... USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Overall excellent service. They were a little late due to heavy traffic but once they arrived my move was all smooth. They moved the boxes into First and Second floor as requested. Fragile stuff was handled carefully. Would definitely recommend to others and would repeat in future also.

It was good. The price was a little bit on the high side. It was a good service. The workers were very good, very nice. It took them a little longer to come. I think they took their lunch so I was waiting for them at the storage. But it was lunchtime so they probably needed to do it. That is the only thing which I would change. They should have told me probably that they would take lunch. They were very nice people and professional.

Average experience could have been better. Movers arrived 30mins late. The supervisor spoke limited English hence it was difficult to coomunicate with the team. Master bed set, formal dining tableand chairs, TV console and few other pieces of our wood furniture were damaged with dents, scratches and chips. We addressed this with supervisor who took pictures for "insurance claim purposes" based on instructions from Theresa. I have followed up with Theresa twice already on the damage that was caused to our solid wood furniture but have still not heard back from them on satisfactory resolution to date. I would not recommend them to a friend or use their service again.

Jaco Movers are EXCELLENT! They are courteous, helpful, move quickly and efficiently so you are not paying more than you need to. I highly, highly recommend them.

Terrible, the work was not done. I am cancelling this job. I expect to be refunded the $360. Teresa from Jaco movers said that they could not do the move as we had discussed, and agreed upon and would charge me $150 an hour instead. Of course I do not trust these people anymore, would never use them or recommend them.

The men who came to my house were friendly and diligent. They did arrive 1 hour later than they said but everything else went smoothly and easily. We left them in our home while we went to the closing for 2 hours and when we returned almost everything was packed. At the new home the men asked where things should go, assembled all the furniture and took great care to do things well. We were very satisfied with Jaco Movers!

I am very happy with the service provided by Jaco Movers. Theresa from the Office was very helpful and explained everything in advance. The estimate was acknowledged precisely and there were no surprises or hidden charges on the day of the move. Movers arrived on time. They were polite, friendly, and they listen. Movers are very experienced: nothing was broken, no damages at all. The team used the time very efficiently and there were absolutely no attempts to stretch the pre-payed time of 6 hours beyond this limit. The service is not inexpensive, but I knew the price in advance and it was actually hard to find a better deal. I have absolutely no regrets for choosing Jaco Movers. I would definitely recommend this provider to all my friends.

EPIC FAIL. You get what you pay for. 2 members of the crew got in to an argument and started yelling and cursing each other during the move. I had to get involved because it was embarrassing in front of my new neighbors. Communication was horrible they don't respond promptly. They scratched my Jenn Air fridge from the side, and scratched some areas of the newly finished HW floors. The owner never communicated to the crew how big the move was after we provided her with a detailed list of all items and estimated weights. They originally quoted me a price then she wanted to charge more money. The crew members worked hard but they were tired towards the end and started putting things all over the place when things were labeled correctly. Epic fail!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Movers damaged items. Completed a claim form for an antique lamp that was damaged during the move. Jaco never followed up or paid anything on the claim.

From the initial contact until the moving day, everything went smoothly. These guys are fast and very professional. Go with Jaco Movers!

Jaco did an excellent job. They arrived exactly on time and worked very efficiently and carefully. The deal was for 3 men for 3 hours, with a specified charge for time beyond that. I had expected it would go over by 1-2 hours, but it only went over by 1/2 hour. We were very happy and would highly recommend their services.

The 4-man crew was professional, courteous, hard-working, and friendly. The supervisor, Ryan, was great and on-point with the whole process. I was moving from one small house to another but had a lot of stuff, including two heavy armoires and a large heavy entertainment center and a treadmill. They moved it all quickly and efficiently, and did the move within the expected time frame. And Theresa in the Jaco office was very easy to work with as well, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Jaco Movers.

Not very well. As soon as the guys walked in they said will take more than 4 hrs. At one point I had to call the 4th guy from the truck as he was sitting and chatting. They charged 30 minutes of which they worked additional 15 minutes which could easily could be avoided. But that is not the main issue. They had packed and moved a kitchen cabinet which had shelves. Unfortunately we cannot find those shelves at our new place. Without those shelves the kitchen cabinet is of no use we have been trying to get a resolution with Jaco movers directly but they are claiming it is not there fault. All other stuff that was packed was moved how could they miss those shelves. Need some assistance.

Call them on short notice to move furniture to storage so we could refinish our floors. Agreed that the 4 hour special would work and they did it with 4 days notice. Robert and his crew showed up on time got to work and 4 hours later the job was done no grumbling, no muss no fuss. Just what you want when you hire some one to do the work. So when we have to move all the furniture back, guess who I am going to call? Yep Robert and his crew. That is the best recommendation I can give.

Awesome work, superb professionalism, extremely helpful and courteous (Robert, Jimmy, Juan, Arney). They helped pack all unpacked items, properly wrapped all furniture items, were careful with the furniture during moving. I highly recommend their services. I'll definitely use their services for my next move.

Ryan and his team were terrific. They were extremely professional. Before I had finished walking Ryan through the house and telling him what pieces needed to be moved from the second floor, his team had already taken out over 30 boxes. They were polite, very conscientious and tidy. Even the truck was clean and in order. They had the truck packed in 2.5 hours and we were then on our way, and hour ride in a truck. They unloaded extremely quickly into two 10x10 storage units, on the second floor, using a small elevator. When it's time for me to move from my storage facility, I will be calling Jaco Movers again!

Hiring Nelson and his team was by far the BEST and EASIEST decision during a very difficult move. They are honest, professional, hard-working and RELIABLE. At the last minute we had extra boxes, needed wardrobes, needed help throwing heavy items in a dumpster, and thru it all they pitched in and even took more than I expected on the moving van. My items arrived scratch-free, protected, and then unwrapped by the team and placed in position in the new house. Many times I was unsure as items were coming in which room I wanted them in and they moved things around , all with a smile ! Big or small job I could not more highly recommend Jaco Movers, You can not go wrong, Nelson and ALL his team will make your life so much easier !!!!!! Look no further!!!

Move went smoothly from initial contact to finish. I was kept informed of entire process. No complaints at all.

First, helped us pack on Sunday. Then moved us on Monday. Very professional and responsive. Would recommend.

The movers were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They came on time and got the job done in under 3 hours. They recognized we were stressed and always tried to add a little humor to the moment. They are truly first-class.

The guys were amazing. They moved my boxes quickly and efficiently, even some large pieces I wasn't sure would fit through the door.
