Arrived on time, very careful but quick, managed to complete move form Howell to Toms RIver within 3 hours. Did not have alot of items but it was done with ease and I was very comfortable with the crew. Excellent work.

This move was seamless from start to finish. Jaco accomodated us on short notice, confirming the date and explaining their fees (we had purchased an Angie's List Deal). Nelson and his partner were punctual, polite and businesslike. Their truck and equipment were spotless, and they took great care with our furnishings. They went out of their way to place our furniture and cartons in the rooms we designated. These men were organized and professional, and worked without a break for the 3.5 hours the move took. We were pleased with Jaco in every respect and would recommend their services without hesitation.

Didn't show, didn't call. Sent an email after the move was completed by another company.

Excellent. I would use them again. They were fast, helpful, and were eager to do a great job. They called in advance to discuss mileage with no hidden costs. They did a great job and completed it within the 3 hour offer. Great price! Who brings 2 helpers, a huge 27 ft truck, boxes, and does a great job! JACO did and I will use them again. Thank you.

Jaco Movers were extremely professional and did a great job of space management of several large items into a storage locker.

I hadn't heard from Jaco so I look up Jaco's address and phone number to set up appointment. In doing so I notice a review that showed they had tried to charge a person additional charge for mileage. When I called them to schedule I asked what was the mileage they were showing to Paterson and they said 44 miles. She said there was an additional charge after 30 miles and. I asked where they said that and she said it was in the fine print. I then asked how much would 14 miles cost me and she said $100.00 which I find way too much! I advised her I was calling Angie's List. I feel extra charges should be emphasis before purchasing the certificate and a rate chart added so we can see if it is really a bargain? I was very disappointed for a first time purchase. However I was pleased with Angie's cooperation to refund my money!

Be very wary about using this company, and get all the facts first. While the men who came out to do our move were incredibly thorough, careful and quick, we had nothing but problems with the company itself. Upon purchasing the Big Deal, we tried several times to reach them to set up the service and could only get voicemail. The time of day that we called didn't matter, and they did not return our messages, or the messages left them through Angie's List. Inevitably, I had to call Angie's List and complain before we finally got a call back. We spoke to Kim, who explained the service, and was able to give us an appointment. She told us that the move was limited to a 30 mile radius, and after calculating the pick up and drop routes, said it was 23 miles. I specifically asked her if we were being charged the mileage from their location in Middlesex to ours in Passaic County, NJ, and was told no. That's as it should be, in my opinion. If the company chooses to service my area, we shouldn't have to pay extra for them to do so. The team of movers was very punctual, and actually brought a third person. We didn't expect it, nor did we actually require it (we weren't moving a whole house - my daughter was moving from our home to her own apartment and didn't have all that much in the way of furniture). They unloaded the items with care. I tipped them generously. Then the gentleman who had been in charge of everything (and who I later found out was the owner) brought me a bill. He said he would not charge us for the third mover (the Big Deal said two movers - I never asked for a third, that was their decision), but the mileage from Middlesex to our town was over the 30 mile limit, and that was going to be an additional $85.00. I told him I'd spoken to Kim about this particular issue and that she assured us that it was not our responsibility to pay for their cost to come to our area. He was rather adamant, but in the end I refused to pay the extra cost. They left unhappy, as was I. They are very nice guys who work hard, but they need to learn to run their business a little more professionally.

Nelson and his crew provided the best service we could have asked for. All items were moved with attention to not damaging any of the walls or floors. He was punctual, and courteous. His pricing for the job was higly competitive in comparison to other moving companies. We will use his services again !

They made moving stress-free. They packed up everything professionally and completed the job in much less time than we expected. I would recommend highly to anyone.
