Both are very nice, quickly returned calls, kept me posted regarding when they would be arriving, and cared much about the quality of their work. I had to ask them to come back for an adjustment and without any issue they came back the next work day. Highly recommend."

From my first contact with Brandon of Aerotek Environmental he was the most helpful of all that I had spoken to about my issue. In addition to giving a reasonable cost estimate, Brandon took the time to carefully explain the step by step remediation process that his company would provide which included digital photos before, during and on completion of work. Having decided to use Aerotech the process ran very smoothly from setting the schedule date through the actual work and payment for services. Communication with Brandon was excellent - If I called or sent a text Brandon would either promptly answer or respond in a very short time. On the scheduled day, Felix Castro (job foreman) and his team arrived on time. Felix explained in detail exactly what he and his team would be doing. On completion of the work, Felix ensured that all debris was removed and provided full details as to what had been done and what he and his team found to be the most likely area of the leak. I am very satisfied with the entire process of working with Brandon who along with Felix and his team provided excellent customer service and would not hesitate to call in again should the need arise. "AMS is our HERO. The city sewer backed up and filled one third of our basement just before kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday. By halftime George had arrived. He calmly assessed the situation, and set up a time to return the following morning. His workers were polite, professional, and meticulous, and did an unbelievable job of cleaning up a horrible mess. By the end of the day the damaged items, sewage , and much of the smell was gone. Huge fans and a germ-killing ionizer ran for three days. When they were finished the floor was bone dry and absolutely clean. It occurred to us that the floor could not have been better cleaned if it were being prepped for painting. So we will be doing so. "They came and assessed the damage and told me they would give me an estimate in a couple of days. NO CONTACT SINCE, NEVER AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL, NOTHING. I am very disappointed in them. In fact I contacted two other recommended contacts from Angie's list, NONE OF THEM GOT BACK TO US."

"I first submitted my information to this company through their website. I received no response to that. I then called them twice to give my information. Each time I called, they told me I would hear from somebody in two to three days. I didn't receive a reply until I left a negative review. By the time I heard from someone named Ed, I already had another company out to inspect the damage in my home. I told Ed I'd get back to him if it didn't work out with that company. That company didn't get back to me for me to pay them and provide the estimates. I decided to try submitting my information for a project on Yelp. I received interest from one company. That company didn't call when they said they would, so it seemed like it was going to fall through with them. I called back Ed to set up a day and time to come out to visit. I ended up hearing from the company that I found after submitting my project to Yelp, and it seemed like they were going to come through with the estimates I needed. I called Ed back to cancel our appointment because I didn't want him wasting his time coming if this other company was going to provide the estimates. This other company wasn't calling when they said they would, getting back to me days later when I wasn't sure if I was ever going to hear from them again. I decided to call Ed to reschedule another appointment. This time he told me his boss didn't want to be involved with providing estimates if they're going to be used in a lawsuit. He referred me to another company, which didn't respond. After getting the runaround from two other companies, Ed and AW Martin got rid of me by referring me to a company that also didn't want to get involved. If a company has a problem with their estimates being used in a lawsuit, that sends up a red flag for me. It's frustrating, but I'm quickly learning how to deal with contractors. Don't tell them what you intend to use their estimates for. Fortunately, I've found a fifth company that I believe is going to provide the estimates I need. I was honest with them and told them why I needed the estimates, and they're even willing to appear in court to back up those estimates for a fee. In that case, I'm sure I can trust them, and their estimates will help me greatly with my lawsuit."

"They were great! I was able to schedule online, which made choosing a date and time simple. They showed up on-time, worked quickly and I had the results in no time. "These guys were hired by my landlord for a lead paint remediation job and they were TERRIBLE. They didn’t follow ANY of the EPA’s procedures for the RRP rule, OR any of NJ’s rules for abatement. They didn’t give me the required paperwork, they didn’t properly confine the work space, they didn’t cover or protect my personal items, they didn’t tell me to turn off my HVAC unit, they didn’t even keep me out of the work space!!! They dry scraped. They didn’t clean properly. They didn’t do a clearance when they were done. When they came back to do dust wipe sampling to show that the house was lead safe in order to pass inspection for the town, the guy collecting the sample didn’t FOLLOW any of the correct procedures to get a good sample. He didn’t wear gloves. He didn’t mask of the area he was taking the sample from. He did everything wrong. When I confronted him, he said he would have to “double check” to see if I was right. He doesn’t need to. I am. These guys are total frauds and are akin to waste disposal companies dumping toxic waste in the ocean just to get rid of it. God sees your sins."
