We would recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job. They came very quickly after we called them and they did a good job. I liked the service. I trust them. They cleaned up everything really well. They come when you call them, they do the job quickly and they do the job well. They didn’t cut any corners. They were very easy to work with. They were nice people. We have two new additions on our house and they matched the old shingles to the new shingles really well. The old ones were thirty years old.

see above. I called them for an estimate but chose another contractor. They were polite, competent and responsive but I decided on another solution to the problem.

They had to adjust the start date by 3 days but that was OK with us. The roofers came in, prepped the sides and windows of the house and replaced the roof and gutters. They were fast, efficient and very professional. They cleaned up well at the end of the job. We were not there while the work was being done but they did not need supervision. The owner went by after job was completed and inspected the work. Highly recommended.

A crew of 5 arrived at 7;15 and started tearing our old roof off: several sheets of plywood had to be replaced. After replacing the bad plywood they rolled the felt out and then started with the shingles; All end caps were replaced prior to any major shingles work, once done with the shingles they replaced all leaf guard that had to be removed. This done they started a clean up that left nothing on the ground. Nails were completely removed as were all tar paper and old shingles.

The work was very professional,there were 3 men on the job ,took them about 4 hours and they cleaned up the jobsite when they completed the work. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They came out right away and fixed it right away. They are an excellent company and a friend of mine uses them all the time. Their pricing is reasonable and they are very professional, dependable and always come right away. They know what they are doing; I recommend them to everyone.

I arranged to have the roof replaced in early October. Sean of East Coast had estimated that they would schedule the work in approximately three weeks. Then on 10/28 and 29, Hurricane Sandy came to town! Despite all the roof damage throughout our area, East Coast was able to get to my job without too much delay. They completed the complete replacement of the roof as well as some minor repairs in just one day. The workers also did a great job cleaning up. I am very pleased with the workmanship.

The price is very good. They were very professional. They seemed very honest and forthright. They did the job quickly and efficiently. There was a bare minimum of inconvenience or being in the way. You hardly knew they were there. They were just in, out, did it and gone. They very quick.

They were great. Their customer service was very helpful. The crew that came out at work did a fantastic job. I have nothing bad to say about them.

The winds from Hurricane Sandy had lifted shingles along one side of the roofs edge and around an attic vent fan. East Coast Roofing had to remove the old shingles and weave in the new one at both locations. They were very prompted in getting to us for the estimate and we had told them that knowing how busy they were and the fact that our roof was no longer leaking unless we got hit with another severe storm that we could wait for them to get the higher piority jobs done first. It still was not that long after the estimate that they were here completing the work. Except for a slight variation in color, which is expected since the roof is almost 20 years old, you cannot tell anything was done. They clean up the yard of all trash, in fact the yard looked better then before they started. This is the second home I have had East Coast do roofing on and it will not be the last. I have nothing but high praise for them. I also have a lot of respect for the owner, Larry Stiteler, for not being afraid to praise our Lord and God in his commercials. Knowing that this may offend some people out here. God bless you sir for your religious beliefs and high family values.

While workeres were removing roof rain started they couldnt get it covered fast enough, some rain came in and ceiling in kitchen got wet and had water stains.They sent proffessional painters to come in and repaint the kitchen but because it is and open concept room they had to paint the dining rm and family room ceilings as well.All was done in a timely matter and the painters they sent did a great job .

The company was very responsive considering the wide-spread damage from Sandy. Once we decided on the appropriate service, they came in and completed the service as soon as weather permitted. The new roofing matches the style and color of the existing roofing. So far we are satisfied with the job, although we haven't had enough bad weather since the repair to know how well the roof will hold up.

Had a leak, thought it was in the roof, which they had installed, they found a split in the siding under a window and caulked it for me at n/c.

Since they never responded to my phone call, I don't know how well their work is.

I worked with the owner's son, Shawn. This company was very precise and professional. They were also prompt and courteous. They had great communication as well. When I identified a minor problem in the awning, he came out right away to resolve the issue. I have had no leaks in the six months since completion. I highly recommend this company.

It did not go well at all we had roof replaced with another co. they did a wonderful job.

I have a Sunroom on the back of my house which was added in 1999. Ever since the room was added, I had a leak between the room and my kitchen. I tried everything...my husband tried to repair, I had at least 2 contractors come out to repair. Leak stopped for a few months and would start again. Someone in my neighborhood recommended East Coast and I called. They came when expected, listened to us, reviewed the damage, and gave us an estimated. They called a few days later, setup a date, SHOWED up (which is unusual for this area) and completed the work. That was over two years ago and I haven't had a leak. When I need a roof I will definately call East Coast. It was the best experience I ever had down the shore area.

We had a microburst come through on New Year’s Eve last year and a pine tree fell on my garage. I called around and not even my insurance company answered but East Coast came right out. Within a day and a half they put a new roof on and the price was excellent. They did the work even though it was cold and windy.

Very friendly staff, took my information and arranged an appointment. This is a second home and not my primary residence and they contacted me the day before our appointment and met me there the next morning. Sean inspected the roofs and gave me an estimate. They were very friendly, professional and gave me a timetable for having the job done. I signed a contract that day and the job was completed within the time that was given to me. The outside area was completely clean. You would not be able to tell that any contractors were there. The owner contacted afterward to follow up with my satisfaction. East Coast is a great company and I would not hesitate referring them to my family and friends. Everything should be so easy!

The entire process was handled over the phone and by e-mail as we were out of state and our insurance company demanded immediate roof replacement. I discussed our situation with several friends and received a recommendation for East Coast Roofing and Siding. After checking the Better Business Bureau report I contacted East Coast Roofing for an estimate. The estimate was finished quickly and report was faxed the same day. A very detailed proposal package followed in the mail. The East Coast Roofing estimate was higher than other estimates we received, but based on the personal recommendation, outstanding BBB report, and very professional proposal package we chose to go with East Coast. In addition East Coast Roofing offers a 15 percent discount for leaving their sign in the yard. This made the final cost estimate very competitive. Even though the final price was higher then other estimates I rated it an "A" for the excellent value received and the final billed price was under the estimate. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a single day. When we arrived a week later there was no external evidence any work had been performed. We spoke with a neighbor who was so impressed after watching the crew work that she phoned to company to compliment them of the professionalism of the crew. When I went to cleanup the attic I discovered, to my surprise and delight, that the entire attic, even though full of stored items, had been cleaned. The workers had even moved some of the items in the attic to have better access to remove the debris. A clean attic was a totally unexpected bonus.
