Do not hire these people, very expensive and their work is mediocre at best.

We were very pleased with our experience with East Coast Roofing and Siding. We had gutter damage during a severe wind storm. East Coast staff took care of us from our first call to them. All staff were very courteous, and we were able to schedule both the on-site estimate and the work in a timely fashion that pleased us. We were kept informed of the progress throughout the process. Work was done in a very professional manner, and our gutters look and function very well now.

I was so pleased with the service I received. Every person from the first phone call to the installation and clean up and everything in between was friendly, courteous and very professional. They left my yard clean and free of debris. The quality of the work was impeccable. I would not hesitate to refer them or use them again.

Each phase of work was completed and the price was reasonable. Although there were a couple of complications, these were beyond their control and East Coast continued to be highly professional and handled everything. I will highly recommend them.

Wanted $800 00 AND $300.00 for replacing only one window extra above the $800.00.Would have cost $1100.00 for one window.

They came in on time and the day expected. The old roof came off and the new roof was put on very efficiently. They cleaned everything up very well. The roof looks very good and was surely a plus for selling my home. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

It was done on time, professional from beginning to end. Everyone treated us with respect. After the job it was difficult to see that a whole roof tear off and new roof installation had happened.Could only tell by the beautiful new roof! Clean up was of the same quality as the install.Found maybe 8-9 nails after they left. And it was all done in one day! We are very happy we choose east coast.

They did a fabulous job! My house in Mays Landing is well over 100 years old. I felt the job was overwhelming, since the house was old, and they had to do so much work, and what if it rained!! They were on top of everything, even when I changed my mind about the color, changed my mind about the financing and asked every 'what if' question I could think of. They also gave me a very good over view of what I should expect...ie where they were using tarps, where the dumpster would go, etc. They did the entire job in two (non-rainy) days. I am thinking of doing windows with them next!

Called this company because I had a leak in my roof. They sent a guy out for an estimate and without going on the roof to inspect, he told me that the leak was coming from the ridge line. He said $800 to replace with a cobra ridge line. I said ok and they do the work. I still had a leak and water was coming in and we called them twice and NO ONE EVERY came back. Fast forward two months, I had an alarmingly high electric bill, and I have solar panels. Solar company goes up on roof to repair 5 panels . It turns out a squirrel chewed all the wires and behind the NEW ridge line was a huge hole from a squirrels nest. How does the installer of the ridge line NOT see this hole when it practically would be at his feet? What a waste of $800!!!!! I never needed a ridgeline and I didn’t think I did because the house is only 8 years old. I’ll never ever ever call them again for any type of work!

The new roof and chimney replacement went very well. I am very happy with the completed project.

The sent an estimator, estimated a two stage job, new roof, and then the Siding and gutters.

The office staff was magnificent but it did take a few extra days to get an estimate than I was told. Once we had an agreement, however, the work was completed professionally and on time.

OMG!! They came 3 weeks to the day of signing my contract. This has never happened to me before when dealing with any contractor, and I was shocked and very pleased! The guys worked very hard all day with only a 30 minute break for lunch. My beautiful new roof was done in 2 days. Part of my roof has only a slight pitch, so it’s not shingled with the GAF High Def shingles, but has the GAF Low Sloped 2-ply system. I also had the ridge vent system installed. The 3 attics of my split level home would get really hot with almost no ventilation before, now at least the heat can escape during the summer. After the crew left, I went up to the roof for a final inspection. The roof looked great as well as the yard around the house. The guys cleaned up as they went. They got all the nails, and you would never know construction had gone on the last 2 days. I only had one small issue. Where the old roof had met the shingles, on the low slope, there was a rather large gap between the new product and my aluminum siding. I didn’t want to have any issues with bees nests, bugs or rodents getting under the siding and causing me problems I didn’t have before. When the project manager called me to make sure I was happy with the work, I voiced my concerns about the gap. He said he would be out first thing the following Monday morning to look at it, and see what needed to be done to fix it. I never saw him on Monday or any other day, and figured I was on the back burner or not at all, as they had been paid in full thru Greensky. I was so wrong!! When I finally went back up on the roof to clean out my gutters before an impending storm, I looked to see if there were any bees, and WOW! The gap had been sealed up with silicone and since it’s under an eave, moisture shouldn’t be a problem. I never knew they had come and fixed the issue. I can’t tell you how happy I am with East Coast Roofing!! They did everything they said they would, and my roof is beautiful!! My 1960’s home looks like new. Motto: You get what you pay for, and with East Coast Roofing, you get a bit more! East Coast is truly looking out for their customers. Thank you for a great job!! I would certainly call you again, and recommend you to my friends!

Had to have project manager come out as there was bad plywood that the workers were going to shingle over. They were supposed to replace 2 sheets of plywood but only did 1. When the old roof was being removed, they did not cover the vent for the gas tankless hot water heater and nails, pieces of shingle and tar paper were later found on the heating coil inside the tankless water heater. Only time will tell what other problems will arise.

After two layers of shingles removed,found that was compromised. Crew took off entire roof and and replaced all plywood then shingled in 8 hours. 6 man crew only took 30 minutes off for lunch, just worked all day 8 to 4. Crew was great, professional work, cleaned up everything and it turned out to be a big job. Could not tell they were there after 4PM

Work was done as requested, they completed it all the same day. I met with the estimator on site, 2-1/2 hours from my home, but thankfully wasn't required to be on site for the actual work.
