Work was done as requested, they completed it all the same day. I met with the estimator on site, 2-1/2 hours from my home, but thankfully wasn't required to be on site for the actual work.

From the estimation of the job, to the sale people, to the project manager they were all great, informative, and honest. Any questions were quickly answered, and since I work, most of the communication had to be done via email, and phone. Again, the professionalism and ability to work around my schedule was done nothing short of perfect. People are shocked at what my home looks like today, and the quality is beyond reproach. I wish there was more to say, but when a job is done right, the results are beyond your expectations, the price is competitive and less expensive than most, then what is there to say ? Just a great job, and I am completely satisfied. I would very much recommend this company to anyone.

What stood out was they got a very good grade on Angie's List. That's why I called them.

Crew was on time and efficient. They did not speak with us directly, but a representative did come out to check on the job and communicate with us during the roofing process. Very satisfied.

Did repairs so well you can not tell there was a repair. Complete job, not just a quick patch. Very knowledgeable. A bit pricey for a job that took less than 1 hour but their work exceeded my expectations.

It was very good. There was no problem. They did very nice work. They cleaned up well. They didn't leave any debris around. It was cleaned very nicely. Their quality and responsiveness were very good. They were very prompt. When they said they were going to come, they came and did the work.

Not only did I have a good experience, but I have been in contact with quite a few peoples who have said the same.

It was okay. It was fine. I kind of took it that he was just trying to sell me a new roof. That was a way for him to get to my house and then try to tell me I need to get a roof. They're average. The pricing is a little high. I don't know the quality of their work because I couldn't get up on the roof to see it.

It was good. The quality of the work was excellent. Their attention to detail was great. The only negative that I have is that it took quite a long time for them to come out. They came out last week. Their service cost me close to $2,000. They replaced the fascia board and wrapped it in aluminum. I would use them again in the future but my husband said no. If it's just me, yes I would use them again.

Materials were delivered a few days ahead of the project. The crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. The four man crew removed the old roof and bagged the asbestos shingles. When they removed the rolled roofing on the dormer they found that the plywood needed to be replaced. (This was where we hasd had a leak.). After getting approval for the additional expense, one crew member left to get the plywood as the others continued working. They completed the job by 6:00 p.m., including cleaning up all materials and putting everything in the dumpster that they had had delivered. The dumpster was picked up here days later.

From start to finish we were pleased with the work. The office personnel are excellent. They accommodated all my requests for changes in the proposal and kept me up to date on the project. Very good warranty offered also. The new roof looks great and so far has corrected our problems with leaks.

Dave performed the work, and did an excellent job. His attitude and courtesy were excellent, and it was a pleasure to have him at our place. The only problem on the job was that the first window provided by the supplier was the wrong size. When Dave realized the problem, he immediately got the window back to the supplier and within a few days, was able to come back with the right size, and he did a good job installing it. The size problem caused a delay in completing the job, but apparently that was the fault of the supplier, not East Coast. One possible lesson learned from this incident would be to check the size before bringing the window to the work site. High marks to Janine and Miley in the front office for returning phone calls and keeping me posted on the status of the job.

They provided the estimate the same day they came out. The price was high and I did not have the do the work. I had the work done for less than half of what they were going to charge me by a different company.

I think they are an honest company. The work they did was good. Everything worked out fine. The repair is still holding up well.

I thought they were very fair on the price. They completed the job all in one day. They were great with cleanup. They used a magnetic tool to pick up all of the nails that had fallen. They had accidentally scraped my siding when they had dropped a piece of roof. After calling them, they came out the very next day and replaced it with no problems. When the supplier delivered the shingles, they had backed the truck up into my driveway. They had damaged the concrete because it was too heavy of a vehicle. After I called them, they sent a concrete worker out the next day for the repair. My experience with them was very good.

They give you an estimate of how long the job is going to take and they stick to it and sometimes it even comes in less. The owner has great follow up and even provided us his cell phone number to contact him. They are excellent with clean up. If you ever have a problem and something is not right, they come back to take care of it. Our experience with them has been excellent. They have done a beautiful job. They are superb and I recommend them highly.

Their cost was in the ballpark with other companies in the area. For both jobs, they completed them very fast. We have always had good experience with them.

They did a nice job with the roof. They completed the work in about two days. The workmanship was good. However, we had some issues with them. We had some arguments about compensation. There were to have told me if there was any need for new plywood. Instead, they replaced all of the plywood on the roof. They told me they repaired an amount of plywood that was an amount larger than what would fit on my roof. We finally settled on the amount. I paid them and told them I would not use them again. The price that they had initially quoted was fine. However, the final price they asked for was not so good.

They also repaired the gutter on my girlfriend’s house this past summer and they did a fantastic job. Initially, they were recommended by a friend. They were very nice. They responded right away and arrived on time. The work they did was excellent!

Their cost was very reasonable. They had to order a new skylight and it took about one month to come in. Once they had the product, they completed the job all in one day. They cleaned up well and they left no mess behind. They showed up on time just as their advertising said. They were great!

,They were punctual when they came out to give me an estimate. They were very professional in explaining that they would have to order they siding and checking their siding samples to give me a perfect match. They set up an appointment to install, however, no one showed up. When I called, they said that the wrong color came in. I felt they should have called me. When the correct color did come in, appointment was made, and the installation crew came on time, and put made it so that you couldn't tell the old from the new.

Company employs subcontractors to install roof. There is no one from the company to supervise work of the crew. Cleanup of area was not as promised. Crew was not careful in tearing off roof. Damage to adjoining properties from falling asphalt roof. Two of my window screens were also damaged. Company reimbursed me for repair. Upon inspection of installation I discovered that the drip edge on eaves was not installed per contract specifications. Had to call to have crew come back and retrofit the drip edge. Disappointed that the installation did not go as expected. East Coast did make every effort to rectify the situation.

Job done in 7 hrs. Cleaned up.

Shawn came out for the estimate. He was exceptionally professional and thorough. He was polite and extremely informative. He took an hour to explain all of the parts of the roof system, their purposes, how they work, and how they are installed. I was extremely impressed with his estimate. I ultimately decided to use another contractor due to cost but the estimate was an extremely pleasant experience!!

They were very professional and I was extremely pleased with the work they did. Its very difficult to stay on top of things when I'm not around. The work was exceptional and they left the property in immaculate condition. I also thought their pricing was very competitive as well.
