They were prompt, honest, courteous and explained the entire process to me. We no longer have leaks in problem areas and much less water seeping into the basement now, as the gutters are properly draining. Our home has yankee gutters, which are apparently not the usual. Punctuality and information were key to them, as they actually came to the house to explain that the job couldn't be done properly with precipitation in the air or moisture on the roof. As soon as the weather cleared, and it was still broiling hot, they came, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves.

Ed and his crew were incredible. They worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of every day. I can be a little bit of a stickler to detail, and even I was impressed with their quality of work.

Ed was very helpful because I had been ripped off prior to by someone else... He came out took pictures and sat with me and explained in detail what needed to be done and what he was going to do.

From the moment I contacted Ed after reading his reviews I knew it would be a good expereince. His estimate was the most thorough, and he and his team were consistently prompt, professional and patient, explaining the process and what to expect. We had our whole roof, capping/soffitts/fascia all replaced, and his team worked quickly, with excellent attention to detail, and cleaned up after themselves. We even added on to the original work because we knew we could trust Ed. I have since asked him for other contractor recommendations, and have been pleased with these referrals as well. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Sierra Construction to others and certainly expect to use him for our other needs in the future.

I called Ed on Friday 8/23. He called back in a couple of hours-SAME DAY. I explained the problem I was having suspecting a roof leak. He said he'd be right over and he was. He looked at my roof confirming that I did have a leak. (By the way, this leak was caused by my awning contractor NOT properly installing my awning). Ed assured me that the repair was minor and immediately called 'one of his guys' to explain what needed to be done. Within an hour, the roof was repaired. Ed gives GREAT service at a most reasonable price. He is truly a professional and a pleasure to work with. I will NEVER use anyone other than Ed for any roof repairs I may have in the future.

Boss was very professional, easy to work with, and honest. Excellent job. Had to remove three roofs from house (bottom one was cedar shakes) and then provide plywood sheathing, as well as the shingles. Extremely hard working and proficient crew. Very satisfied with the price, the workmanship, and the appearance. A job well done! I would recommend them in a "heartbeat'.

The quote was about $6700. I like him. He seems very nice and if I have any questions, he gets right on it. He is very professional and very friendly.

Their price was too high, we ended up learning. They were responsive and they gave us a good number but the price was not competitive with other.

The guys from Sierra Construction Group are very professional. They were timely and came out fast from when I asked them to come out.

He was very nice, returned my call quickly to come out and tell us if the roof was structurally sound. We thought initially the whole roof was going to have to be ripped off and fixed on a home we were considering buying, but the roofer told us that structurally everything was fine, we just had to replace shingles on one section of the roof.The estimate was very thorough and clear. As soon as things settle down after moving and fixing other things, will be calling him to come do the work.

Ed Rourke from Sierra Construction returned my phone call immediately after calling him for my roof that was leaking. He came out the very next day to take a look and give me a estimate. Through this entire process Ed was prompt and professional. I explained how important it was to fix the roof immediately due to interior damage. Ed promised he would do everything in his power to fix the roof before the end of the week. I have to admit, I know I was asking a lot and truly didn't think the job could be done that quick. Well Ed again blew me out of the water and made it happen. All the workers were prompt, professional, knowledgable, and skilled! I was taken away with the quality of the work. I called the company. The owner said he would arrive in 45 minutes and did. Since the job was small and he needed to assess a minimum charge, he offered the roof inspection to make the price fair. His worker showed and completed the job that afternoon. Both men were courteous and polite. The worker identified some concerens for attention over the summer. I will follow up with the recommendations

From the estimate to completion of the final job, Sierra Construction was excellent to work with. Ed was very responsive to any questions and both the estimate and work were done very quickly. His team was very seasoned and worked both diligently and professionally. They took great care to protect the surroundings from damage. They were polite and considerate. They did a great job of ensuring everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. After the fact, one minor error that was made was immediately corrected by Ed. I highly recommend them if you need new roofing.

Ed and his crew replaced an existing roof of two layers that had been installed improperly and causing some leaks at the soffits. Ed is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Helped me decide between an attic fan or ridge vent and uses all the latest and improved roofing materials that exist today. Was a large job and his crew was able to complete it in a day and a half, and were very efficient and cleaned up well..

He was punctual and he worked professionally. I did not use the quote because of the price.
