Description of Work: Marco came out to check my roof after having a heavy rain & water leaking through a chandelier. I had previously had my Roof replaced by Ed & his crew last November. They had done an Excellent job. Once Marco, the Crew Supervisor checked it out, it wasn't my roof that was the problem but an open gap in my Aluminium Siding. Description of Work: Evaluated flat roof and made suggestions that would remediate and extend the life of my 23 yr old roof. Never tried to sell me on a new roof but was extremely honest in his appraisal.

Description of Work: After getting a few estimates I went with Ed and Sierra. They installed a new roof and a skylight. They weren't the lowest price and they weren't the highest, but I used to do contracting work myself and I could tell that Ed was a solid guy and he knew his business. I wasn't disappointed. Nice job, completed in a timely fashion. I have a semi-retired neighbor, a mechanic who does a lot of his own home repair, who watched the crew work, and let me know how impressed he was with the whole operation. Wanted Sierra's phone number for a friend who needed a roof.

Description of Work: I had a few companies come out to give me an estimate on not only the work that had to be done, but a price. They were all out of this world. Sierra came out on a Friday morning, told me that my roof, shingles and siding were not the problem of my leak. He stated that the vent near the roof was gaping and he felt that sealing it up was the answer to my problem. He asked a question that made a lot of sense to me: "Does your roof leak every time it rains?" I stated that it had only leaked that one time. He said in that case, your do;t have a roof leak, hence you don;t need to have your roof repaired. He came back later in the afternoon and sealed up the vent. A truly honest guy...he could have said I needed a partial roof repair...but he was honest. I need a new roof, I'll use him in the future.

Description of Work: Ed came out to give me an estimate and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I went up on the roof with him and he not only told me how to fix the things I pointed out to him but he looked all around and pointed out anything else that he saw that could be a risk. I got a quote from a different roofing guy who told me that my roof was rotted and he would need to replace a lot of the ply-wood and gave me a ridiculous price. I had Ed look at the ply wood and it turns out that nothing was rotted, it was simply a case of of the original roof ply-wood being thinner than the wood they use today and we did not need any of it replaced. He came out within a week, went on the roof and fixed everything I needed done. Believe it or not, the work that was done wasn't even the best part of my experience...it was the price that they did it for! Great value for the quality of work that was done and my overall experience. I highly recommend.
