Description of Work: The pair arrived on time for an installation of a new heat pump system. Ken & Alan were very professional, clean, and courteous. They appeared to work through lunch (at least I didn't notice any stoppage of work) and were finished by mid-afternoon. They tested the new unit and walked me through setting up the new thermostat. I was extremely pleased with my choice of RPM and would recommend them to others.

He cleaned the air conditioning drain but did not find any other problem with my unit. I very much appreciated the integrity and honesty of the company and the tech who visited my home.

Description of Work: When our cooling system stopped running, we placed an emergency call to R.P.M. Heating and Air Conditioning, who provide our annual service contract. A visit was scheduled the following day, which happened to be a Saturday. The mechanic was courteous, professional and knowledgeable explaining what the problems were and the cost. Unfortunately, we were unable to have the cooling system repaired and had to purchase a heater, coil and air conditioner. Several companies submitted bids either by phone and/or personal visits. We awarded the contract to R.P.M. because of our long standing relationship, price, and their readiness to install the units on the first business day (Monday) after the unit went down. The two mechanics that did the actual heating and cooling units' installation were not only punctual, courteous and professional, but also expedite in completing the job within five six hours. Amazing!
