Description of Work: I called Genovese Roofing and Siding about 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a call back. I think it's safe to assume they are not going to call back so I called elsewhere. The woman who took my message wasn't very friendly and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my message. I will not try back here again.

Description of Work: My wife and I noticed two stains on the ceiling in an upstairs bedroom and a downstairs kitchen. My first thought was plumbing leak but I knew there were no water lines near these spots. I called Brian Genovese. I wasn't sure I had a roofing issue but he came over the next day anyway. In fact, he called when he thought he may be 10-15 minutes late! He checked the roof, checked the attic, looked at the spots and determined that we had some leaking from around an exhaust pipe. He called a crew, had them there within two hours and professionally repaired all 3 exhaust pipes because the other two were also "dried out". I appreciate his response, his knowledge, his concern for getting the job done quickly and correctly. I'll call Brian anytime I even think I have a roofing issue.

Description of Work: Genovese Roofing & Siding was one of the first companies I called from Angie's List to get a quote on getting my skylights replaced. They got back to me immediately and the same week set up a time to come. I didn't have to even be there. They e-mailed me the quote the same day. They were extremely professional and I would definitely contact them again.

Description of Work: Had a leak in a 2nd floor room front. Company came to look at it and determined it was an un-lined drain from 3rd floor roof ledge (on mansard roof). Came out to fix and within a few days, after a decent rain, that leak was exactly the same as before. Upon calling to inform company that drain was not the problem, rep was surprised and said that he wanted to observe the leak in progress inside the house. Waited some time before a substanial enough rain happened and rep stopped by for a few minutes while my daughter was at home and then he left. Never heard from him again, even after leaving 3 messages for a call back. So leak has been there going on 2 months and paid 220.00 for a drain that wasnt the problem.
