They came out to check the job and they said they couldn't do it so I had to get the money refunded. They came out within a couple of days of when I purchased it. When we called to get them out it seemed to be difficult. The pricing was good just the fact that they couldn't complete the job but refunded though. They didn't do what was advertised and it was a time sensitive thing but for pricing alone it was fair. They gave us a refund, their secretary was actually trying to work with us so I will give them an A for professionalism.

Our upstairs heater was not working properly; the company's technician performed several tests and analyzed the situation, after which he replaced the defective parts and restored the appliance to perfect functioning.

It went well. They came out twice, once in spring for the air conditioning and later in fall for the heater winter. They have been good.

Extremely excellent job. Went above and beyond and didn't try to nickel and dime me with some of the extras that needed to be done. Very quick, in and out. Couldn't be happier.

Everything was done in a professional manner and without a mess. The gentleman (I'm sorry - I forget his name) was very informative about chimneys and their maintenance. He stayed and answered all of my questions. Very friendly. I would definitely use this service again, and I highly recommend them to others.

He got back to us quickly, showed up on time, and seened to have good expertise. He quoted a price for replacing the air conditioning unit which was very high. We got a few more estimates and ended up going with someone else based on the price. But if you have any issues you want diagnosed, they were good.

Installers arrived on time and completed job that week.

See above comment. The business owner has since reached out to me and apologized for my experience. I received a full refund as a result. Because of their prompt response and remedy, I have since revised their overall rating.

Great Service. Technician was prompt and called in advance as requested. John took the time to explain the issues to me and answer all my many questions, even more general ones I had about airflow and climate control in my home. Phone operator was really friendly and helpful too. Would use these guys again in the future for sure.

The tech was responsive & professional. I guess my gripe is the billing model most service companies use, i.e. The mark up on parts is anywhere from 300-500%. The tech diagnosed that the thermostat and the motherboard to our homes upstairs central air unit was broken and needed replacement. He quoted $350 for a thermostat as "that's the pricing were given for this part" and $750 for the motherboard with a similar response. Then i would need to pay for labor. I believe in paying for expertise and quality but when i can get a honeywell thermostat from HD for $69 and found the exact same motherboard online for $183, i decided to do the work myself. IF i was a little more handy or had a little more time (there are you tube videos on everything) i could have just replaced the relay to the fan motor for $8 instead of the entire motherboard. This means that someone with basic system knowledge, a little motivation and time could make a $1300 repair for under a $100. There has got to be some middle ground. I just felt like so many things these days that my dollar wasn't going as far as i'd like and someone was making a tremendous profit on my back.

Been using this company for years and apparently they check off the service sheet without actually performing all services last service the filter was removed and had a 2012 date on it even tho ive had it serviced evey year ( and filter wAs an additional $50 and was never changed) i called the office and spoke with the office manager who determined it was easier to insult me and tell me my wife was a liar very unproffesional and arrogant

I contacted Valairco Inc through Angieslist on 7/27/2015 at 11am for a diagnostic of my mothers Air Conditioning. I stated in my request that my mother has a lung condition, and we needed help as soon as possible. They called me back within the hour, and had someone at the house later that day. The technician found that the coils were frozen solid, and they were unable to further diagnose until the coils had thawed. They came back at 8am 7/28/2015, and determined the system needed 2 lbs of Freon. They performed this service and deducted the original diagnostic cost from the final price. Cold air is now circulating through the house, and I could not be happier. My mother reported that they were polite and courteous, and explained things to her so she knew exactly what was going on. I would definitely recommend Valairco Inc to friends in the area. If I had central air in my own house I would definitely use them personally.

The approximate cost of service includes both the Angie's list deal of $59.95 and work to replace the air-conditioning unit. During the week of June 14, 2015, my central air-conditioning quit. I went out to Angie's List. I found a deal for inspection and service of my air conditioner. We made an appointment with John for the next day; he came when he said he would. John discovered that the outside air conditioning compressor and a burned out motor, due to the failure of the cooling fan. He advised me that since the compressor unit had been working for 21 years (6 years past its expected lifespan), it would make more sense to replace the unit rather than mount a new motor in a very old device. I asked for an estimate, put 50% down, and we set up the work for June 23. He warned me that they would have to start in the morning, around 8 AM, and the time slot, depending on the actual condition of my equipment, might go as long as 6 PM. Greg and his helper were the ones who did the work. They called ahead, arrived on time, were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional, and got the job done by 1 PM (including an appropriate break for lunch). The air-conditioning started working immediately and seamlessly, and has been keeping the house call for two weeks so far.

I bought the HVAC tune-up offer and the service performed was quick and the technician was on time and very helpful with helping me understand my system (just bought the house) and how to improve it overall if I wanted.

Scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, after fidgeting around with it, I was able to get it to work myself. Cancelled the appointment with ease. Spoke to Marilyn during the scheduling and cancellation. Both times she was extremely pleasant and professional. Gives off a great image of the company. Certain will call the next time I really need help.
