They were able to quickly come out and worked to diagnose the problem. After the Air Conditioner checked out the service man moved to the furnace where he found several issues. The furnace could have been repaired, but due to its age (30 years old) and the cost of repairs it was better to replace. The gentleman walked me through the options and helped me determine what was best for my home. He didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive option and I felt comfortable making the decision. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The day of the replacement, the crew was polite, professional, and did a great job installing. Valairco also did all of the paperwork to make sure the furnace was properly permitted. I will definitely use them again!

Scheduling was a challenge, they gave me a window on Monday afternoon and then blew me off. Re-scheduled for Tuesday morning and it went very well. Tech was on-time, courteous, diagnosed the situation quickly and the price was reasonable.

2 guys showed up completed the job in about 4 hours or so. They were decent, professional and polite, took precautions to avoid any mess and cleaned up. They also installed a fuse box on the outside unit which is an added protection and good to have. Also they replaced the existing condensate drain line to the sump pump pit which I really appreciated. The existing one drained outside and so running my humidifier in winter was a problem as the drain would freeze constantly. Regarding quality of work, only time will tell, but based on observation only it did not look like they were cutting any corners. The Comfort Plus 5 year plan( covering equipment, parts, labor) was included in their quote, though its too early for me see how that goes.

I called Valairco at 8:00 AM on a Monday morning and a very friendly technician arrived at 11:00 AM. After 15 minutes of assessment he determined that a new capacitor was needed. He had all the parts and had the system up and running again 15 minutes later. The technician was friendly, competent, and respectful of our time. I would gladly use Valairco again.

Valairco is outstanding! I moved into my house last week and scheduled a service call because the A/C unit wasn’t working properly. John came the same day and found that there was no freon in the system because the unit had multiple leaks. He explained my options in detail and I decided to replace the system. Installation was completed a few days later and the house was comfortable by the same evening. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the installers and contact people in the office. I also shopped around and didn’t find a better price elsewhere.

Excellent service! The office staff promptly returned my phone message, and repeatedly called me back to coordinate a time for service that would work for me. The person that serviced the unit was competent and courteous, and arrived on time.

Arrived and did work as promised and paid for. Signed up for an annual contract so they can take care of the furnace and water heater too.

They did a very nice job. The guys that came to install it did a very clean job. I liked them and they were very nice.
