They brought the boiler. Removed the old one. Set up the new one. Spent two days to get pipes perfect. It heats much better than the old boiler.

The service went quite well, Mr. Lorah of Valairco was very informative and had some good ideas.

The service went well. A crew of 4 came out and completed the job in about 2 days. They were very professional and did a very good job. They got all the work done in a timely manner with high quality. I had no problem scheduling the service and pricing was competitive.

I have been using the company for about 10 years. They are extremely responsive and great with communication. They do great work and are always neat and clean in their work. They never have left any mess behind after a major installation. They feel like a family owned business. I have not compared their pricing but their quality of service is well worth the cost. I have never had a problem with scheduling.

They said it would be $700 to drain the air but it turns out since one radiator is much higher than the others that all that was needed was for that radiator to be "bleeded"? it took another company about an hour of letting air out and then stopping, letting it out, etc. And it was not at all $700.

My Hero, JOHN LORAH answered the phone at 908 725 6200 very early in the morning. He asked me questions about the problem AND LISTENED. I was having with the furnace shutting off before it satisfied the temperature on the thermostat. He suggested to turn off the furnace by the emergency switch, change the filter, than turn the furnace back on by the emergency switch and the furnace should reset itself. He said to call him back right away in the morning if it did not work because many other calls will be coming in and Valairco would have to put me on the back of the list of people to service that day. I went to the store, replaced the filter, followed his clear instructions and still the furnace would bring it up 1 degree and shut down. Therefore I called him back and he said he would come out to fix the problem from now and 10 o'clock. Wow! He was here at the house really quick. He did fix it right away and fast. He blew out a line that was filled with water and gunk. It is now two days later and the furnace is satisfying the temperature on the thermostat with no problems. My appreciation for a job well done! Went very well, good analysis was provided on the system and it's air flow.

A 20 point air conditioning tune up. It went very well. One thing he could not do_ of the 20 points_ was flushing and treating condenser drain with anti_algae product because our apartment complex has no outside water source.

I am waiting for the service call for next Wednesday- I will update the review once the service is performed! Update- the service tech Scott came out to the house- he was very good and helpful. I ended up going with a full-service package for the year on the AC. In addition I am having the company bid on an oil to gas conversion project that I would like to complete before the fall. Overall great experience with excellent customer service.

All aspects of the service call, starting from the front office call and concluding with diagnosis of the issue and repair Valairco were exemplary. Everything about the service went as it supposed to: 1. Front office response by Marilyn was polite, helpful and efficient. She returned my calls and arranged the visit very nicely. 2. Technician was very professional, he diagnosed the problem - leak and loss of Freon, advised on most cost effective approach d explained the risks associated with all options. 3. The problem was fixed at a reasonable price. Based on my experience I would recommend Valairco.

The service man, Greg, came in and courteously asked us what we needed. He then looked at the overall performance of the furnace. He then answered a slew of questions we had. As older home owners we were concerned about the age and functionality of the furnace as this knowledge is outside our experience. He spoke to us professionally and courteously, neither speaking above or below us. The overall experience was terrific. I would use this company again and will also refer them to our circle of friends/family. Thank you, Valairco!

We purchased a "Big Deal", through Angie's List, for an A/C tune-up. The entire process was above expectations at every point from initial contact, by Marilyn, through the service call by John. Marilyn contacted us to arrange a convenient time and gave a brief explanation of what would be done. The technician arrived on-time and was very polite. He explained his process and went about doing it. He gave us a full report without any attempt to sell us additional work. Because of how they went about the process, we are confident that if any additional work was suggested it would have been necessary and not made up. We are very happy with the company and will definitley use them again for any work we need on our furnace and A/C.

He was on time, professional and incredibly neat (wore covers on his shoes when he was inside.) I was so happy, I signed a maintenance agreement for the upcoming year.

everything went smoothly, didnt try to upsell me anything, told me my furnace was in good shape and didn't really need anything. But i should replace my water heater because its running on 15 years old.

They did an excellent job both times.The price was good. They were very professional and did a good job overall. I'm going to maintain them for my heating. They were not pushy, they were punctual and informative. It was $150 for the repair and $80 for the maintenance.

How we found Valairco: The sticker with phone number was on our newly purchased home's furnace. We called, and Valairco was honest that the prior owners had already paid the annual contract for heating/cooling service. That was so nice/honest. We would have never known! Service provided: They have since serviced our furnace twice, and a/c once. When they did the seasonal maintenance on our a/c, they went above and beyond and re-insulated the cooling pipe from the a/c unit to the house.

They arrived on time, completed the work, cleaned up after themselves. It all went very smoothly.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I ONLY HAD TO GIVE THEM A CALL ONCE AND THEY ARRIVED IN ABOUT AN HOUR TO DO THE JOB. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
