Our experience was pleasant from start to finish. The were responsive with regard to scheduling the appointment and called to advise they were available a little earlier on appointment day. The floors look great!

I received exactly what I was promised in the big deal promotion, with no additional charges. The company arrived on the date and time specified, the techs were professional and courteous, and completed the job to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and family, and would certainly use them again.

We did the "Deal of the Day" to have the grout in our kitchen cleaned and sealed. They showed up on time and took about an hour and a half to complete the job. My wife called me at work to tell me what a fantastic job they did and was she right. It looked brand new, like the day the tile was installed10 years ago. I came home, walked into the kitchen and I was simply amazed. I have no idea why we waited so long. It was worth three times the price we paid. I would highly recommend them for grout cleaning. Matter of fact I am going to call them back to do the carpets.

Approximately 5 years ago we had our kitchen remodeled and included a ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, entry way, bathroom, and hallways from the entry to the kitchen and kitchen to the garage. These are very high traffic areas for us. Over time I noticed that the grout was getting dirty. (Unfortunately it never occurred to me to have the original grout sealed.) I made an attempt to clean the grout myself and decided that was a really bad idea. I went to Angie's List to see if there was someone that could not only clean the grout, but also seal it to prevent recurrance of the problem. I read several reviews and called several service providers. Much to my delight I called Fresh Carpets and spoke to Ed. Not only was he in our area, but knew exactly what needed to be done. He mentioned several available dates, with an approximate square footage quoted the price, and assured me that I would be happy with the result. He coordinated the date and time with my husband, arrived as scheduled with 2 others and all their equipment. After completing the job in about 2 hours AND assisting my husband in putting the furniture back, they departed. When I arrived home after work, I was more than pleased. I was amazed and thrilled with the result! I'd forgotten how wonderful the floor looked when it was new! And everytime I see it it brings another smile to my face. Thank you Ed for not only bring my beautiful tile and grout back, but in exceeding my expectations in every other way that I can imagine . . . preparation, professionalism, GREAT value, and FANTASTIC result. Not only will I not hesitate to give you a call the next time that we need anything flooring, carpet or upholstry cleaning related, I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE READING THIS REVIEW TO DO THE SAME. We spoke on the phone about the project I was wanting. He was very professional and listened to what I wanted to have done. The deal was for grout cleaning and I wanted to retile the area. I have since asked for a refund.

Over all it was a very good experience. The man who cleaned the carpet was professional and did a very good job removing tough stains.l I will probably hire him again.

I called the company and they responded right away. They set met up very quickly...wait time was minimal. I was told that they would arrive between 2-2:30 for our appointment. They were very prompt, and actually here before 2. Scott and John were very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They took great care in completing the job. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with them, and my carpets look great. Later I thought about a question I had in regard to some recent tile work I had done. I emailed the company and received a helpful response right away. I will definitely use Fresh Carpets again!

The owner of the business took my call and scheduled an appointment very quickly. He was also able to reschedule me when I had an emergency and had to change the date of my service. Arrived on time, finished in a timely manner. Carpets looked great.

Residents were satisfied with the work performed by Fresh Carpets, LLC. Cost of carpet stretching was higher than estimated, but owner said it might be higher once they saw the actual amount of work. Cost of carpet cleaning was very reasonable based on the area of carpet cleaned. Workers were very professional and courteous. Moved area rugs and cleaned them separately.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Fresh Carpets and they did a spectacular job! The technicians, whose names were Bob and Zach, I believe, were punctual, courteous and efficient. Bob took his time to ensure that all pet stains were removed and all aspects of the carpet cleaned thoroughly. I highly recommend Fresh Carpets to anyone needing their carpets professionally cleaned.

This company is fantastic. They had the best cleaning equipment I have ever seen. My carpets never looked as clean after being professionally done as this time. My tile floors were also cleaned and they came out beautifully. The team that came were very professional, showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and worked hard from the moment they walked in the door. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, it went well..even thought the job was unable to be performed, Jack was HONEST and I would ONLY recommend him and Mike for the job...once they were out to the house he explained alot about the situation to me, and I will ALWAYS RESPECT someone for telling me the TRUTH...my fault was having the water turned off, but Jack still wouldn't have been able to complete the service due to the mold...he explained how it could have made it bad for the next people to come in and I would NOT ever want to put anyone in danger..THANK YOU JACK and MIKE...you guys ROCK...

The grout was never treated and had become very dark and discolored in many areas of the floor. It looked like new when they left. They were professional, prompt and responsive.

Ed gave me a price over the phone which I thought was reasonable for 600 sq ft. of carpeting. They did what they said they would do. I paid him. Then they left. Good experience!

Contacted Fresh Carpets this Monday to get an estimate for my carpets to be cleaned in my Living/Dining Room area and hallway. Talked to the owner Ed and was quoted $110 plus tax. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I told him I wanted to get my carpets done asap and he said he could squeeze me in the next day after an appointment in Philly. He was prompt to my house and called me beforehand to let my know he was on his way. He evaluated my rugs and i showed him areas of concern. He showed me areas of wear on the carpet and informed me that they weren't going to look completely new again but will look much better after the cleaning. He vacuumed my rugs first then pretreated stains next. After, he used a hot water extraction machine that was hooked to his machine which thoroughly cleaned the rugs. Then the rugs were deodorized and hand raked afterwards. The rug look excellent after he was done and look brand new after less than an hour. The rugs smelled fresh, felt soft and the rugs were only slightly damp. I had a bad experience previously that another company left the rugs soaking wet and afterwards the didn't look clean and felt stiff like he left cleaning solution in the rugs. This wasn't the case using Fresh Carpets. Even my neighbor saw the rugs and comment how clean they looked and took his card so she could use him! I would defiantly recommend Fresh Carpets. I did alot of research about carpet cleaning and the reasons why I chose him is as followed- 1- He used hot steam extraction with a machine that is connected to his truck. This is the best way to clean your carpets. 2- The solution he uses is non toxic and safe 3- He is fully insured and bonded. 4- He takes the proper steps to prep your rug beforehand such as vacuuming and pretreating stains. Afterwards he finished the job correctly with deodorizing and hand raking the rugs (and this was all include in the price...no surprise charges!) 5- The most important reason why I chose him was because he was certified with the IIRC which means he was properly trained in clean carpets the right way! Choose them to clean your carpets and you won't be sorry!
