Scott & Jim gave Excellent service!! my carpet looks great & the carpet stretching done works!! They were very professional, wore booties while cleaning my carpet & put protectors under legs of furniture. They are the Best!!

I thought I was going to have to replace my tile floor but first thought I would try having it cleaned to restore the surface. The cleaning came our so well we decided to keep it. Saved me thousands of dollars!

Give them an A on everything. I always use them. They come around every six to eight months to clean my carpets. It usually takes them under an hour. I tell them not to move the furniture. Two workers come to complete the job.

iArrived at designated time, introduced himself and I asked if he had help, and he replied he did have a partner out in the truck. I showed him the areas and we talked about items such as what they move, what they do not (beds, TVs, very very heavy furniture) and how he cleans, how long it will take, etc. He and his partner started on the upper bedrooms and worked their way down the steps. They then cleaned the living room and small area rug. All together it took about 90 minutes or more. The carpet is wet when done as they use a solution to help get the dirt out. All wood and metal fixtures are left with slips or styrofoam protectants from contact with the rug. When the rugs are done drying, they slide right out or are easily pulled from under a standing lamp or the four legs of a desk, table, night stand, chairs. etc. The drying time varies from room to room on average about 4-6 hours. Our carpets were not terribly dirty, there were some discolorations on some steps and at the top of the stairs but no "stains" "spilled wine" "severe track marks of continuous dirty boots" "trails" We also take very good care and clean our carpets (Vacuum) regularly. As this was my introduction to carpet cleaning I would say that they did a thorough, caring and professional job. It looks great when they're all finished. I had two estimates and went with the slightly higher one, 249 versus 300 (the extra 15 was for the area rug). I probably could have found a lower price company, but these guys were local to my home (10 miles) and had good reviews. I would recommend them as they were professional, clean, enjoyed their work and respected my property, and did a fine job carpet cleaning. I learned when they finished they do all kinds of floor cleaning and other carpet work. Good Job!

We had the carpet in two rooms and stairs cleaned. Scott and John were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our big concern was a very ugly 10"x10" dark brown spot (on cream colored carpet) that was immediately noticeable in the living room upon entering the house. This was due to pet urine and previous unsuccessful cleaning. They cautioned us that they might not be able to remove the spot completely but would do their best. We are very happy with the result! The spot is very much lightened and no longer draws the eye as soon as someone enters the house. It is really only visible if you are looking for it. This is a huge improvement from where we started, and we are very satisfied.

Scott and John were excellent! Very professional and courteous and did a super good hob.. Will definitely have these guys back when needed. They had the whole house looking new!

I just got a dog who decided to make the dining room his new toilet. After working with a dog trainer to get the dog to do his business outside, I hired Fresh Carpets to try to get the awful smell out. They did a phenomenal job!

I called them with an emergency, which they responded to within the hour. Very professional service with booties and everything. They asked what I needed done and where, and even provided extra cleaning for the originally quoted price. Left the house clean and looking/smelling like new. Steamed the carpet and the tile, as well as deodorizing agents afterward.

It went great. I called for carpet cleaning on a Monday saying I needed service that week because I was putting the house up for sale and wanted to begin showing it. I got a Friday appointment the same week. A few minutes after I set up the appointment I received an email detailing the cost of the service and the arrival time. They arrived Friday about a half hour early. They were very professional. They did a fantastic cleaning job on the carpets. I have a teenager who has friends in a lot and there were spots in an area from the living room to the kitchen and on the stairs from kids dropping and dripping food. Fresh Carpets got all the spots out. They were there about two hours and the carpets were completely dry in about three hours. I highly recommend Fresh Carpets and would definitely use them again.

Scott and John were very professional. They called and gave me a 15 minute window to let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. From the moment they walked in, they were very friendly. We exchanged a few pleasantries, went over what I wanted done, and they went right to work. They were also very clean and asked if I wanted them to wear booties. I told them there was no need but appreciated the offer. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. No last minute "surprise" costs. I have white carpets in my master bedroom, hall and stairs (not my idea, they came w/ the house). By the time they were finished cleaning the carpets, they came up looking brand new! I would definitely recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned! I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

I love them. The guy who comes out is very very nice and he is right on time. He is great and very honest. He does an excellent job. I am just very very happy with him and I have actually recommended him to a few people. He cleaned a small carpet the last time that he came out but he got all the stains out of it. His pricing is pretty average. I do not usually get carpets done so it is hard to grade the quality of his work but I had another company come out and they were horrible. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Scott and John were punctual. Very professional and personable. Treated my furniture with respect. My carpets look awesome. Better than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. I will definitely use them again. My husband is semi retired and in retail. I bragged so much ( that's not like me) that he is going to give their card to the owner of the store. Owner already said he would use them! I will recommend this company to everyone.

They were very professional and courteous, and most of all, very responsive. My call was returned same day and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone, which was just what I paid. I would highly recommend Fresh Carpets.

Both Scott and John arrived promptly and did a room check where we discussed areas needing special attention. They moved furniture from rooms we approved and pre-treated stains in our pale carpets. Both were quick but thorough in their work and were in and out within two hours time. All the time, they were very pleasant, courteous, and accomodating of our dogs. My carpets looked ten years younger after they were finished. The drying time is 8 to 12 hours, so at ten at night the outside edges of my stairs were still wet, but the rooms were all useable. I will be using Fresh Carpet again in the future.

Ed was a pleasure to work with. Him and his helper were very professional and on time. The carpets came out amazing and dried in only a few hours. If you are contemplating whether you should "Dry Clean" or "Steam Clean" your carpets, don't think twice. Chem Dry does not extract the dirt and grime from your carpets just rubs them around and your carpets are left all crunchy afterwards. Thanks Ed, job well done!

Excellent Service. Called and he stopped at the house the same day to give estimate. Arrived 30 minutes early to start job. Extremely professional. Cleaned 3 rooms plus stairs and hall way. Also cleaned sofa and loveseat. Moved and replaced all furniture. Great price and very good to deal with.

Ed responded to my initial call immediately. We made an appt for Thursday at 9am and he was actually 15 minutes early. He was friendly, extremely professional, and explained everything. He owns the business and has pride in it unlike the commercial cleaners I used to use who "had a job" and really didn't care. Quite frankly, in the future I will use him exclusively for my homes. Great price too.

If I had to pick one word to describe this company, it would be EXCEPTIONAL. From our first contact with Ed via email, the response was quick and professional. He followed up with a phone call immediately to discuss our needs and set a time that would be convenient for us. He gave us a price for the work we were requesting. We received a confirmation phone call the night before the work was to be done. The date of service, Ed was at our door 10 minutes ahead of schedule and his crew arrived several minutes later. They were courteous, professional, and very careful when moving furniture. Because of poor installation of our wall-to-wall carpeting less than 5 years ago, it was buckling in several rooms. When Ed and his crew were done, the carpets looked great. No more "gopher tunnels". We had an area rug cleaned as well and it looks fantastic and the old dog smell is gone! Also, the cost of the carpet cleaning was less than what we were quoted on the phone. That never happens. We will definitely use them in the future for any carpet cleaning and/or repair needs we may require. We will recommend them to our neighbors as well. They went above and beyond what we expected in service and workmanship. As stated above, they were EXCEPTIONAL.

He came an evaluated my rug which needed repair and felt he was unable to do it. He recommended another company.
