Maria's dedication to her customers is second to none. She and her assistant came on Friday afternoon to make sure that I had a clean home for the holiday weekend. She was thorough and cleaned things I didn't even know needed cleaning. I highly recommend Maria and her team!

We recently hired European Personal Touch Cleaning Services to do a deep clean prior to having a dinner party. What a great decision! From the beginning, Maria showed nothing but professionalism. When calling to arrange the time, Maria explicitly explained what would be done in each room. Maria and 1 other hardworking employee arrived on time the day scheduled. Maria walked through with us to discuss the areas we would like to concentrate on then immediately went to work. While they were cleaning, we couldn't help but notice how diligently they cleaned each room. At the end of the day, they had made our kitchen appliances look like new, the doorway moldings looked as though they were just painted, and the rest of the house was sparkling. Before they left, we had asked Maria about returning around the holidays to do another cleaning as we were so completely satisfied. We are definitely eager to use their sevice again!

I have them come either once a month or every other month and I've been lucky enough to have the same people clean, though I'm sure everyone's as good who works with this cleaning service. It's usually a deep cleaning every few months and it really is--nothing is spared the cleaning, it's all spotless. I'm very glad they're able to come to Jersey City, as many companies won't because of the traffic, but I've been really lucky.

Maria was wonderful. She was professional, detailed, friendly, and accommodating. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and was looking for a company to clean my house ASAP. Maria got back to me quickly and set up an appointment the next day for her to come by and provide an estimate. Four days later, my house was spotless. In addition, she was very conscious about using less harsh products because of my pregnancy. I would absolutely have Maria back to my house and I would highly recommend her to others. Maria and her crew did an amazing job. She came in on the day of my closing date and the house was a mess. She did a great job cleaning up the whole house especially the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen appliances went from dirty to feeling like new. Would definitely recommend to my friend and will be using her again.

I would highly recommend Maria and her cleaning company for your next house cleaning needs. My family and I rented a house and it was not left in a clean state when we walked in. Our moving truck was coming in 2-3 days and I was in a panic so I headed to Angie's list. I have no idea of cleaning companies in the area so I reached out to a few and Maria is the only one who replied. I gave her the option of Wednesday or Thursday and she came Wednesday which was great!! Just in time for the moving trucks on Friday. We are so happy with the job she did. Maria and her team did a great job! Hired them for a one time cleaning and I will have them back twice a month. I've been working lots of overtime and it was pretty bad. Coming home to a clean house was a dream!!

It went very well. They were kind to my pets and walked me through everything when I got home. I have nothing but positive things to say about Maria’s service. First, their availability: I called several companies to ask for a move-out clean during a very specific time window, and Maria was the only one who could do it. Then, Maria kept in touch before coming over, which was especially nice since moving is so stressful—it was helpful to know that at least this one thing was going to go right. On the day of the clean, the cleaners arrived exactly on time and worked incredibly hard for the entire visit. My landlord was so impressed once he saw their work that he even asked for their name! I would highly recommend Maria’s service to anyone, and once I get settled in my new place, I plan to hire them for a regular cleaning service.

The owner, Maria was very cordial, professional, and easy to deal with. Two lovely women .proceeded to work like an arny- non stop, for close to 6 hours. Maria, also joined in at the end to make sure the job was thoroughly done. I highly recommend.

European Personal Touch Cleaning Service is the best cleaning I've ever had and I've used a lot of cleaning services before. They were incredibly responsive and ask questions which I like. I have been with them for over a year now and am still impressed how clean my house is when they have finished. Excellent. Maria and her team took pride in how they cleaned. I would definitely rehire. It took them 9 hrs because there was a lot of dust. They also cleaned the windows (inside/outside) and there are a lot of windows.

The girls did a great job. They thoroughly cleaned all aspects of the house and even helped us organize for a photographer that was scheduled for later in the day. Definitely recommend.

We use European Personal Touch every few months to get to the dust/grime things you build up over time. Especially when you have pets. We’ve had several different cleaners and all do a great job! I often ask for tips about just how they get the floors to look like new! My favorite cleaner is Teresa as she is so very meticulous about everything she touches. I’ve never had a problem setting up a cleaning including only 2 days notice to get my house in Pre-Easter hosting shape. Price is on par with other cleaners I’ve uses in the past and the result is always above expectations. I recommend them to everyone I know so I’m very comfortable recommending to those I don’t.
