We're always very happy with this cleaning service. They are professional, reliable, flexible, thorough, efficient, careful, and always reasonable. They've been cleaning our house for the past year and we are delighted.

This company is the best I’ve used during my fifteen years in the Hudson Valley. Owner Cathy Bauman is remarkably pleasant, understanding, professional, and thorough.

They came in time and were very professional and did an amazing job.

We hired European Personal Touch to do a move in cleaning for us. It took 2 days and many (wo)man hours but they got the job done. The house was pretty spotless and definitely move in ready. We were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. Very professional!

I hire them in march 2023. within 3 days I notice deep scratches in the stainless steel dishwasher front.im 99% sure they were not there prior. I called her, for 3 weeks to check it out.was giving excuses,i offered to bring it to her.i spent 500.to replace it, cause a needed a tech to take door apart. after 3 weeks of excuses im now here.i mention to her, maybe we can work it out.give me some credit going forward.keep our relationship alive.no call back?..not the way an owner should operate, total indifference's im here to write a bad review.i own a small biz, i would have dealt w this..I got vacation, passover blah b blah ,excuse..so I was disappointed,i wasted 1000...between the cleaning and new panel.beware...I was willing to bring the panel to her.and show her the damage.no she said.

I’m an older woman who sometimes just doesn’t have all the energy to get to the deeper cleaning. Especially right before the holidays when things are so hectic. I called and spoke directly to the owner and was very pleasantly surprised when she sent a team to me in just two days. The woman sent work harder then any other cleaning service I’ve tried in the past. They were polite and I felt very comfortable with them. It’s not always so easy to invite strangers into your home but they both put me right at ease. They brought all their own supplies and I’m telling you my house has never been treated this well! They even washed the walls! I cannot recommend European Personal Touch more!

We hired European Personal Touch Cleaning Services to clean our two-story, 3 bed 2 bath home upon moving in a year and a half ago and have continued to use them on a regular basis. They are very reasonably priced and we are extremely satisfied with their work. The two professional cleaning ladies always reliably arrive at our home and vacuum, wash & wax the floors, dust everything, and leave our chef's kitchen and two bathrooms spotless. Their attention to detail is evident in all of their cleaning! I really can't say enough about their professionalism, punctuality and great teamwork. Also, if there is ever an additional cleaning task I need to have done, they will take care of it the same day with no problem. Service went well for almost a year, until Maria had trouble finding helpers during the pandemic and was unable to continue.

I’d like to say that my experience with European Personal Touch’s services has been nothing but professional and pleasant. Maria and her staff were able to get my house show-ready to be sold. They did a phenomenal job by doing a deep cleaning of the entire house, starting from the refrigerator, to the stove to the bathrooms and ultimately steamed cleaned and removed dog hair from the carpets. The house used to have an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and they were able bring the house back to life by getting rid of the odor and leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. Talk about efficiency! I highly recommend European Personal Touch and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Maria was extremely responsive, she called me late at night right after I requested a quote. She came the next days and her and her team cleaned my new home until 2am!! Not only was the service incredible but Maria is a gem, just so so sweet. Highly recommend and will hire again.

Maria is awesome. She was very flexible in fitting me into her schedule on only a day’s notice. She was incredibly friendly and communicative the entire time — she stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop. She was very transparent, and given the house was already in good shape, she did not spend more time than was needed to touch things up. Her price was very fair and the quality of her work top notch. I am 7 months pregnant all the way in Los Angeles, CA and my husband and I had to do a virtual closing and send Maria and her team out to our new property that haven't been to yet to deep clean and sanitize and wow were they AMAZING!!!! Literally, from facetime and then in person the place is SPOTLESS!! Before we arrived we could feel via facetime how clean this place was, and after entering it felt like a dream!!!! Maria and her staff did an incredibly thorough job, from the baseboards to the light fixtures and everything in between, including inside appliances. The house was gleaming when they finished and felt brand new. Maria is very warm and accommodating and charges a fair price for such thorough work. Her team has been with her for many years and are very professional and trustworthy. We were so pleased that we decided to hire them for ongoing maintenance cleanings.

Best cleaning work I've ever seen. Maria was always prompt with return calls and quoted a very reasonable price for what was needed. Her two-person crew spent 4 1/2 hours cleaning every nook of a 1-BR apartment, including inside the windows and kitchen cabinets, and left the place spotless. I will definitely hire again for future cleaning services.

Maria and her team were wonderful. They showed up on time, they cleaned the house thoroughly after our renovation. There was dust everywhere and they got the house looking spotless. The cleaned all the windows and windowsills, they cleaned inside the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They vacuumed and washed the hardwood floors. The house was spotless after they were done. They are very hardworking and meticulous in their cleaning I would hire Maria and her company again.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Maria and her staff! My home needed a deep cleaning, as I'm a bachelor, and admittedly have not kept up with my cleaning on a punctual basis for close to a decade (!). I saw her amazing reviews here on AngiesList, and gave a call. Maria and her staff spent several hours at my home, and when I got home later that day, I felt like I was walking into a 5-star hotel! They cleaned EVERYTHING in every nook and cranny -- even those out of view! And what I paid was more than fair! They are now going to clean my home once a month (that's all I need), and I can't wait until the next cleaning! Maria is beyond wonderful -- punctual, returns call, knew exactly what I was looking for, etc. I'm a realtor and have already referred them to others!
