Mike and crew were punctual, thorough, professional and courteous. My deceased grandmother's house has been unoccupied for a while and the yard was severely neglected. We wanted to ready the house for sale. The bushes which were once 4 feet tall were now nearly as tall as the house, the hedges were all over the place and the grass was at least a foot high. There were vines growing up the side of the house and debris here and there around the yard. Mike went by the house, gave me an estimate, we discussed a price and a time and voila! In less than 3 hours my grandmother's home was transformed from an eyesore to a presentable yard.

We have just moved into the house, our first in the suburbs, and I was not looking forward to cleaning up the lawn that hadn't been touched in months. Mike was very quick to come by, take a look at the property, and recommend some activities to prepare the lawn, trees, and flower beds for winter. He was knowledgeable, nice, and put us at ease about our property. An estimate was provided the next day, and the price seemed more than fair. I agreed to it and Mike's crew were there the next morning taking care of everything with little disruption. Leaves were piled neatly for the city to vacuum (which they did that afternoon), beds were de-weeded, and the lawn provided with winterizing fertilizer. Mike came to check in afterwards and ensured the work was done. I assumed I would be mowing our property after the winter, but after the work that was done this week I'll definitely considering contracting Pontonio's Lawn Service to take care of it for us so we can focus on the gardening and just enjoy the lawn and landscaping.

We have been a customer of Pontonio's Lawn Service for the past 2 years, and have been very satisfied with their service. They have provided lawn cutting and landscaping services, including planting, trimming, mulching, and sprinkler system service. The lawn always looks good when they're done, and the gardens in the front and back always look great when the workers are done taking care of them. The owner, Mike, has always been responsive to any questions or concerns we've had, and Mike takes the time to explain the work to be done or recommend what he thinks is best. We would definitely recommend his company for any lawn or landscaping services.

The owner, Mike, was responsive and communicated best via text msg's regarding arrival time and confirmation to questions I had. I found per his estimate for his pricing fair, appropriate for the work required and competitive. He was straightforward and easy to talk to and understoood well what I needed done and maintained. I was very pleased and let him know as well with his team and work performed. What I thought would be many hours of work turned to a far shorter period of time. The work was done swiftly, efficiently and professionally completed. The Spring cleanup requiring cutting vines practically off two full sides of a long yard's fencing plus the side of the house off of river rocks exceeded my expectations. The pruning of the front and yard gardens was done well, evenly and mulched nicely. I forgot to ask him to lay down Preen before the mulching - oh well. I'm sure he would have done it if I asked. His crew cut and edged all my property nicely and left everything clean and perfectly ready for the season. I have used landscapers before plus have done this work on my own home for years, but, by far, Pontonio's has been the best and most reliable so far. I gave all A's for the categories because I felt that he met those scores. I also contracted him to cut my lawn and maintain my property for the rest of the season. I will probably do a post-season review as well. I am confident in recommending Pontonio's to other Angie's List members, neighbors and friends.

I have used Pontonio for lawn mowing and leaf cleanup services. They do an excellent job each time I have used them. Mike is easy to get in touch with and is very friendly. Great company.

Very happy with the lawn care. I have had them for about three months. They take time to make sure job is complete. They make sure backyard gate is closed when finished and if they need to move my lawn furniture they place it back. I had a new driveway put in and they worked around it with their equipment while it was still setting.

Very happy with the service. One thing to note, not a negative just a heads up: if your scheduled day falls on a holiday, they will probably be there so keep that in mind if you are planning an event. I was really surprised when they showed up on Memorial Day. Luckly I didn't have a picnic planned.

Service has been excellant. His crew arrives and immediately starts to work. They even took the time to remove the excess blooms in my driveway and patio from a flowering cherry tree. They close all gates when finished. Will be using him for additional yard work.

They were good. They were on time, they were quick and their price was good. I will use them in the future.
