I called Pontonio's based on reviews here. I left a message and never received a return phone call or text.

I've been using Pontonio's for ~6 years now. Great service reasonable price - always dependable. They do a beautiful trim out and clean up any grass from the patio, drive and walkways. My lawn looks tidy and awesome because of their work!

Although they run on tight schedules they remain consistent, their services are Excellent and they've set the bar much higher for rivals in the region. A very pleased customer.

It was a little difficult to get the initial date going because they are in such high demand, but fortunately I got a quick schedule and they are very good. They are very professional and bring a crew for a thorough job even though our yard isn't that large. They provide a regular scheduled service that is very reliable, even bi-weekly. Their website does not have a working payment feature yet, but they will provide regular credit card payment acceptance, if you contact them by phone. *NOTE: If you are Asian and/or have an unusual herb or vegetable garden remember to mark off the area otherwise your produce will get a hair cut.

They are very reliable, they come on time, and I have no problem.

Mike and his crew are great! We have been using their services for 6+ years. We have them come every 2 weeks in the spring, summer and fall to mow and the price is right and they do a great job. We also have them do spring and fall clean up - again they do a thorough job and professional job. They are very conscientious as I have 2 large dogs in the back yard and the guys know to knock to let me know when they arrive so the dogs don't get out of the back yard and since they are reliable and on time I always know what day they are coming so if I will not be home I know to keep the dogs in. The crew is always professional and polite and I feel comfortable with them on my property with not concerns. We have also been using them for snow removal for the past 3 years and again they are here quickly and do a nice job.

Pontonio's gave us a really competitive price for weekly service. They send a team out once a week to do the cutting and trimming. The price is really good for what they do, which is quite detailed. If I contact Mike with any questions or concerns, he gets back to me pretty fast. They make things very easy as we pay once a month by credit card.

I had them and I breifly went off their service toward the end of last year, but now I am going back with. I have had a lot of good things to say about them. We just had a little misunderstanding at the end of last season, but we have straightened it all out and that's who I am now using. Sometimes they come a little too early, but that is where we fit on their schedule. Price is based on the size of the property, and I am happy with it. I would use them again, I still do use them.

All of the crew were professional, polite and you could see they take pride in their work. My flower/bush beds are beautiful!

Very happy customer. They planted bushes and mulched all the gardens. They were very accommodating and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mike responded right away and came the next day for an estimate and then completed the job within the same week. The crew did a beautiful job so I have already set them up for next year. Mike was very courteous throughout the whole transaction.

I called Pontonio's around 8:30 on May 20th. I spoke with the owner. He stated that their schedule was pretty full already, but wanted time to look at the schedule to let me know what could be done in terms of working my house in. He called back in about 20 minutes to let me know that they could come out that day- and could be added onto the schedule. Before noon, they were at my house, cutting and edging and I'm on the bi-weekly schedule. Mike also assured me that he would be coming out to assess the yard to give an estimate for a yard clean up. The service, punctuality and quick response to my initial inquiry was superb!

I called three local companies for Spring Clean Up quotes. Pontonio's was the quickest to respond and made me feel the most comfortable about getting the job done right. I spoke with the owner, Mike who was very professional. He scheduled me for the date/time I wanted. He kept his word and came exactly as promised. The job of his crew far exceeded expectations in terms of the quality of work. I had never heard of Pontonio's before and found the business on Angie's List. I plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

The owner of the lawn service "Mike", came out to inspect, talk, and advise me on trimming and pruning my Blue Spruce trees properly... He later came with 3 workers, and all the necessary equipment to complete the work we discussed... On Saturday they showed up on time and cleaned up and trimmed everything. He took all the leaves, tree branches and weeds away when they left the property... Mike Potonio's Lawn service did Good work, for a Good fair price and I would recommend his Lawn service, ***** 5 stars

The response for an estimate was not so timely but once over that hurdle their service was professional and the final job looks just great

It was already far into the season when I called Mike, & even though he was all booked up he came out & agreed to do our work. He is so helpful & I am so grateful ! My father had been using Art's Landscaping Service for over 20 years on this property & I was very unhappy that they would cut the grass after it had rained leaving muddy trenches in my yard. When I took a picture of that & asked them not to do it , the owner was annoyed with me. And eventually they created a moat in one part of my yard. I can't believe I didn't go on Angies List sooner to find someone who is actually good at their job ! I'm very pleased with Mike & his crew & highly recommend them.

Used them twice for leaf cleanup. They were reasonable price and did a great job.

Job was done on time twice monthly, but asked for quotes for extra work and although was quoted and I requested fertilizing and aeration for rental property work was never done. I also requested to meet with someone to discuss extra landscaping but never had face to face which was frustrating that I was unsure the person doing job knew what I wanted to be done.

I got him on Angie's List, and he was very good. He was punctual, he got back to me, and he was reasonably priced compared to other companies that I talked to. I would call him if I had a question, and he generally got back to me within a few hours. He was very good, I really liked Michael. I will recommend him to all my neighbors. I plan on using him in the spring again.
