I saw the company power washing my neighbors home and called them for a quote. The owner came out that afternoon and prepared a quote. I called and scheduled my house to be power washed that same day. The office scheduled my house and followed up to confirm a couple of times. The gentleman came on date & time scheduled and was very professional. I was extremely pleased with the work. From calling the office (efficient girl) to meeting the owner (very nice & informative) to having the gentleman come and power wash the house (extremely nice and efficient). All around a very good experience with this company and my house looks great and even smells super clean on the inside! Thank you!

We contacted owner to perform estimate he came out that day and left estimate in mailbox. Great price so they put us on the schedule about 10 days out. Tiver called the evening before as a reminder we were on the schedule - Nice ! Showed up on time and completed work. House never looked cleaner and the gutters are free of debris. I'm in my early 50's and as a homeowner I have been power washing the house for the last 20 years. This is the first year of using an outside service as I'm not comfortable on ladders. We're never going back to do it yourself.

The people that came to my house were kind, curtious, wore booties when in the house and were very quick to respond to my questions. The job done was great and I can see out of my windows now! Plus the mold/ mildew is gone on the house!

It was excellent. This was the second time using Tiver. First time was power washing the house, fencing and windows. They were professional, courteous, worked with our 4 legged children needing to go outside. They were efficient and affordable.
