We had a great experience with Javonte and his associate. they were on time and reasonably priced. They did a wonderful job. They even did some extra work not listed on the quote since they were working in that area anyway. We plan to use Tiver again for some additional work and highly recommend them.

Everything went great! My windows were spotless after they cleaned, and in addition to the screen repair, they also repaired the sliding glass door to the backyard so it would slide easier. They also recommended a place to repair one of our windows that is older, when we were told by someone else that all the windows in the room needed to be replaced rather than the one. I will definitely be using them again!

I commend the owner, Joe Tiver and his employee, Chris for the exceptional job they performed doing the power washing and window cleaning, particularly since it was raining all the time they were here. My carport and front porch had been a green mess for the past few years, so I was naturally amazed and excited that they were able to remove the stains and the white strips of white paint that had accidently spilled in the carport and into the street! They performed above and beyond in cleaning the entire exterior of my property. Joe and Chris are professional, client-friendly, courteous and hard working; turning the exterior/interior of my home from “drabness” to sparkling and clean with a fresh inviting scent. The pricing was very fair considering all the hard work involved and I highly recommend the Tiver Window Cleaning & Power Washing Company.

I couldn't ask for more than the professional job these two men performed here. They were neat and skilled for all the work they did. Also, they were very respective of our furnishings and property so that everything was put back as it was found and before leaving they made sure that all windows and screens were licked. We've never had anyone else do our windows and were so very pleased with the Tiver service. We highly recommend them. It couldn't have been better.

Mr. Tiver did an outstanding job on our project from beginning to end. He promptly returned my inquiry with an estimate, and when I agreed, immediately advised next available date. I was impressed by his professionalism, and the beautiful well-maintained truck and equipment he used. Also loved the fact that he covered shrubs to prevent any damage. Would definitely use his services again, and may do so for gutter cleaning later this year.

The technician's name was Shawn and he did an outstanding job, he walked the exterior of the home and explained what they would be cleaning. He asked me what I expected and what areas I had concerns with. They did an amazing job and the home looked like a new home. After they completed the job Shawn once again walked the entire exterior of the home to see if I had any concerns. Shawn was very respectful and courteous. Went great. 10 estimates ranged from $250 to $2000. The $2000 price was only good if I agreed right then & they told me it would take at least 2 days.... An estimate for $475 was verbal-only because the contractor said $475 was too low to complete paperwork. Beware. Tiver was the only company out of 10 that provided a detailed written estimate & also provided declaration pages of the liability & workers comp insurance policies. The crew showed up, explained what they were going to do & cleaned the house using a soft-wash process. It's easier than washing a car at a DIY car wash. Took only 2 hours & the siding & trim sparkle & look new again. Gave them highest marks in their customer service & their work. The company has been around for years. A dental hygienist friend has used them for years & told me they are the best. They are.

The Tiver Window Cleaning was responsive in getting me an estimate. I scheduled a date for service and they were able to accommodate me sooner than expected. Arrived on time, confirmed the services and started right away. As soon as I pulled into the driveway I noticed the house and walkway were super clean.
