The Tiver Window workers came promptly at the time they arranged to be at my home. Dressed in company shirts, Joe the son, Joe the father, and a third worker started to work on my windows. They were covers on their shoes to protect where they walked. They entered my house and started by taking off all the screens on my windows. They washed the screens, the inside and outside of the windows, and thoroughly wiped the window sills. They cleaned my high ceiling foyer window and were going to even change my light bulbs in my foyer light fixture but the ladder didn't quite reach. The workers were very courteous and efficient. They really seem to take pride in doing an excellent job. I've had my windows cleaned before and they were the best and most reasonable of any I used. I would highly the Tiver Window Company. Great.....they were courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. My neighbor said "now I have to get mine done, you are making me look bad, they did such a good job". Will gladly use them year after year.

Wonderful owners and staff. They were very respectful while inside my house and very clean. They wore booties to cover their shoes while inside. Very easy to work with and fixed anything that I was not happy with. I would recommend them to all my neighbors and family members and friends. I was completely satisfied.

Joe & Joe Jr are nice guys and also professional; they did a great job. Had an estimate for me and did the job well. They didn't get an area which was there along time. They tried a long time and got off 90% of it. It looked like somebody threw eggs and it dripped down( I'm not sure what it was!)Besides that the job was done very well.

They were very reliable and accommodating. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. My windows were so clean that it looked like there was no glass in the frame.

Joseph Tiver & his team are extremely communicative and friendly. It was easy to schedule with them and even re-schedule due to inclement weather. Joe confirms your appointments via phone and/or e-mail. He provides invoices. He checks to make sure everything you want to have done gets done with fair prices. Everyone wore booties over their shoes when in my house to not get things dirty. They handled everything with care, like it was their own homes that were being cleaned. You tell him what surfaces outside you want clean and he'll tell you if he does it and how much it costs--no hidden fees upon completion!!

The job went perfect! Only snafu was an older screen was snagged when it was removed to be cleaned. While I wasn't worried about it and would have taken care of it, Joe personally came back out that night, removed the screen, replaced it and returned it back to us quickly! Definitely will use again!

The work went far better than I expected and the whole crew was courteous, efficient, careful and thorough. Everything that was promised was done to my complete satisfaction. All heavy items were replaced to their original position at my request. I am more than pleased with their work and I'm a very picky person. I think they're terrific and we will definitely use this company again.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job cleaning over 20 Windows. Joe responded to my email quote request in less than 24 hours and was able to get an appointment within 10 days for the work. They went above and cleaned garage Windows and doors. I'm extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend.

I called 4 different window cleaners for estimates and Joe Tiver was the only one to come out and walk around the house to look the job over. His estimate was actually the highest (not by much though) and I went with him based on his coming out and the conversation we had at that time. The work was done professionally and the windows were so clean you had to touch them to see if there was glass in them. I would highly recommend Joe and his crew.

The house looks like a new house. It is so much brighter. The windows are so clear that you cannot even tell they are there. It looks like empty space. The tracks and the sill are white like i have never seen them white. Totally worth every penny! Thank you Joseph!

I called Tiver Window Cleaning and set up at time for a quote. They quotes was not overly priced and was the best quote I got around. We scheduled a time and date to clean my windows and they arrived on time, the crew was also courteous and very respectful. They did a phenomenal job, they did not leave any streaks. The Tivers did a truly top-rate, thoroughly professional job. I've hired other window cleaners in the past and have never gotten this level of quality. The windows are original to the old house, and so I figured that they simply couldn't get any cleaner. When "the Joes" left, every single window was spotless. Literally. I'm incredibly impressed and will be recommending them to all of my friends.
