They did a great job. Cleaned all windows, storms and screens and cleaned out inside of tracks and sills. They emptied the gutters while they were up there. The crew was very nice and hard working. Not too intrusive during the time they were here. Windows are now sparkling! Would definitely use them again.

They were very professional. Answered all my questions prior to performing the job. My windows looked awesome when they were done. Very neat . They even wore little booties over their shoes when entering my home.

They were wonderful. They kept me fully aware of their when they would be there and they also told me of any problems with my windows. I have one window where the seal is broken and Joe pointed it out so I could get it fixed. They cleaned up any mess they made and they were extremely friendly.

After a miscommunication on date of service, we were just delayed a week for service. Today the team arrived on time, put slip over shoes socks when inside the house. They were so professional, service included taking out screens and replacing them after cleaning them, cleaning all window sills, cleaning all the windows wherever there was a window including in garage and all doors that had windows. The house shines with the sunshine shining bright in their sparkling clean windows. They also cleaned our skylights. Just total cleaning. Gutters were also cleaned out of all Fall droppings of needles, leaves. We highly recommend this company. Price was so fair, work was done quickly. You won't be disappointed if you hire Tiver.

Joe Jr. and his assistant were did excellent work! They were meticulous and thorough and I felt completely comfortable having them in my house. When my other window cleaner did not return my calls, I decided to go with Tiver Windows after seeing the sign in my neighbor's yard because I trust her judgement. (She later came over and recommended them as well!) Unlike my previous provider, Tiver Window Cleaning returned my call immediately, and I was able to schedule my cleaning right away for the next day. They were running a little bit late the day of my appointment but called right away to notify me, whereas my other provider would just show up late. They even came a little bit earlier than they said they would. My windows are squeaky clean now, and they even cleaned up after themselves. Because I am happy with their wok, I am leaving their sign on my yard for a few days. I told plan to hire them again for my spring cleaning after the pollen stops in June, and they put a note in their calendar right away so they can call me and follow up so I don't have to remember to call them. I was so pleased with their work, that I told them I would hold onto their sign and put it in my yard when they do the work in the spring.

Tiver managed to fit us in at the kick-off of the holiday season. I was afraid we were too late, given the weather and also the tight schedule. They did our 2-story home in about 2 hours within a week of my call. The windows looks excellent. Our home is brighter this holiday season because of Tiver Window Cleaning!

They were courteous and quick and did a fine job. I liked that they gave a firm price in advance rather than saying that it depended on how dirty the windows were, which appeared to be the case with the other firm I looked at.

The service & experience were exceptional! I had no idea what to expect with regards to window cleaning, and it was much more than my best case scenario! Screen from each window was removed first. Then a thorough cleaning of the inside of the windows & sills. Then off to the outside to clean each of them by hand! I was so satisfied that I had them return to power was the house! And the prices were reasonable! You won't be disappointed!

Everything went great! What I was most impressed with was the professionalism in the scheduling process and their honesty in the estimate/payment process. Originally, they estimated the job would cost approximately $450 based upon the estimated time of the work and our gutter system (need to unscrew caps and covers). BUT, they ended up not needing as much time as estimated so I actually ended up spending less ($321). I've never known a contractor to ever give me the benefit a change order in that direction!

He arrived on time and explained exactly what he would do. He was there for approximately 4 hours. He had all the equipment he needed to perform this work. He also used a special solution to clean all my gutters and did a faboulous job. He was very professional and courteous. He is coming back to clean all my windows and screens in 2 weeks at a very reasonable price.I would recommend this company to anybody who needs to power wash anything on there property.
