Contacted Joe Tiver III on his website on a Sunday to call me for appointment and he responded the same day. A date was set a month out and asked to be put on a wait list. Joe went out of his way to accommodate us sooner. Joe, Brianna and Matt arrived on time, were meticulous in both services rendered and were professional and pleasant to work with. Our home looks new again!

They were excellent. Very neat and did a fantastic job. They even wore booties over their shoes so they didn't track dirt into the house. Two people spent 5 hours cleaning the windows and screens to perfection. They definitely earned the fee charged. I highly recommend them.

Tiver Window Cleaning is the best! This is my first experience with having windows cleaned in a large home that we recently moved into in south Jersey. Joe and his team did a fantastic job. They worked around my difficult/ever-changing schedule and were right on time. In just a couple of hours they had cleaned all of my windows, inside and out, and when they left you would never have known they where there other than the sparkling, clear windows they left behind! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!

DISASTER - OWNER REFUSES TO RESOLVE AMICABLY!!! PICS ATTACHED SAY IT ALL The paver patio work is an absolute disaster. Every time it rains it looks the beach from all the sand that washes out. The really big problem is that I have wood floors indoors and now anytime anyone steps on to the patio and comes back in they track in sand and it's like rubbing sand paper on the wood floors. It does not matter what rebuttal this contractor has – JUST LOOK AT THE PICS. I contacted the owner of Tivor and told him about the problem. He insisted that they used the correct sand. Look at the pics posted here and it is so obvious that this is not right. A paver patio should not have loose sand all over or sand washing out in huge amounts and gathering on the mulch, at the end of the steps, below the chairs, clinging to table and chair legs, embedded in the large decorative rocks, etc. I also had it evaluated by professional paver companies that were recommended to me by E.P. Henry the manufacturer of the pavers. Both told me that the wrong sand was used. Both told me that the wrong sand was used. Per the professional evaluations, Tivor used a very cheap all purpose sand when the appropriate sand is supposed to harden after being wet and does not move nor does it allow weeds to grow because it hardens like a shell. And that is very obvious from the pics that the sand moves and allows weeds. The pavers are a brick color, but here they show up much lighter because of the fine coating of sand on everything. The specs of sand everywhere. There is a pic of the bottom of my shoes where the soles are covered in sand after having walked out to take the pics. The soles are supposed to be black. Tracking that inside a house is a disaster. I contacted the owner and told him that I would let him keep the money if he would just shop vac up all the sand to get rid of it. I told him I would much prefer an amicable resolution. I told him that I did not want to go to court to get my money back, but that I would if he wasn’t interested in correcting the problem. So he contacted me and said he would not because I threatened to sue him and he was advised not to come on my property. So, he would much rather go to court than resolve his mistake. And there’s no doubt about it when you look at the pics, this is a mistake. Would you want your patio to look like this? This guy is a disaster. Do yourself a favor and don't hire him. He won't even clean up his mess when it's obvious it is because I sent him the pics and gave him an opportunity to review the situation. How bad is it, when you tell the guy he can keep the money (even though it will need to be paid for again to get it done right) if he just cleans up his mess. But no, he prefers to leave the mess and be sued to get the money back. And because he power washed what was there previously I now have weeds where I did not have before growing between the pavers because the sand does not keep out anything. It only washes away. They didn't really do a great job the windows either. Left dirt behind on the window sills. The were not capable of getting dirt out of the corners of the sills which I showed them after they completed the windows. It was just bad everywhere. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!

The work wet very well. I let this go much too long and I am so glad that I hired Tiver to do the work. They showed up time and were great to deal with. Very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of the cleaning was beyond my expectations. The price charged was very reasonable. I will have them back again for sure.

Joe was very quick to respond and setup an appointment. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received. We were scheduled for a Friday but due to the rain that day they came on Sunday. Our deck and shed look amazing!! Windows are so clean they sparkle. The pricing was in the range we were looking to spend. We will be a repeat customer that is for sure!
