Description of Work: install shower stall, sink, painted room. workers were on time and explained any problems they run into along the way. run into problem when the shower stall was the wrong size, however they continued to work on the rest of the bath until the new stall came in.

Description of Work: I hate to slam anybody but I was promised estimates for two bathroom overhaul/renovations after I met with Dave but he NEVER called or emailed me again. I can understand calling or emailing me to tell me it was to big of a job or they were busy OR any reason they couldn't do the job but they simply failed to ever contact me again after we met. We met around 5/14/15 an it is now 7/14/15. Last email from Dave "Mill Pond Home Improvements 6/3/2015 |Hi Rich, Yes I did. I'll work on your estimate in early part of next week and I'll email you at verizon.net Thanks, David" | |The guy seemed nice enough but I'm so tired of this contractor behavior of either never calling or just failing to respond after meeting. | |

Description of Work: I had my mothers bathroom renovated. The sink, toilet, and shower stall were replaced, new fixtures and plumbing, vanity and medicine cabinet. New light fixture over the medicine cabinet, and a light/fan/heating unit in the ceiling. New ceramic tile floor and shower walls, glass shower door, and bath entry door. Also, grab bars were install in the shower area for her assistance. All work was completed in about 8 days, David and his crew were very curteous and professional. They worked within our schedule since we were trying to get the work complete before a scheduled vacation. My mother and I our very happy with there work, and plan to use them for future projects.

 + 17 more70% of our house had to be redone do to major issues after we purchased the house in February 2012. The master bath was completely destroyed and we changed everything. We even moved one of the walls to make it specious enough for a new bathtub. New shower, vanity, floor, tiles and even floor heating were installed. All rooms had to be redone-including drywall, spackle, sanding, priming and painting. Downstairs powder room was redone completely. Dining, living, family room and kitchen all have new beautiful floors. Upstairs new carpet was installed. New lighting, including spot lights were installed. I will share pictures soon so that you can see the beautiful job done by Mill Pond Home Improvement. Moreover, at the time we were on a budget because we just purchased the property. They did everything in such a professional manner and at a reasonable price. They even power washed our siding.

 + 10 moreEvery single detail in our remodeling project was addressed. Our house went from the worst houses in the beautiful neighborhood to one of the nicest. The inside was completely transformed by Mill Pond Home Improvement, starting with our Master Bath with new everything: shower, Travertine tiles, toilets, etc, granite floor in the guest bath, new carpets, refinished railings and hardwood floors downstairs, completely redone 1/2 bath, new doors, drywall, spackle, paint etc. When we purchased the property, it was a disaster, holes in the walls, no doors, destroyed hardwood floors etc. Now we are proud owners of this complete redone house. We are able to complete so many projects at the same time because of the reasonable prices and efficient work done by Mill Pond Home Improvement.
Description of Work: We purchased a house in foreclosure that required a lot of TLC. Drywall, Paining, Complete redo of 2 bathrooms, tiles in one bath, hard food floors, windows etc. Mill Pond Home Improvement did all of that for us! We use mill pond for every sort of remodeling/construction project at our house. Just last Saturday they put in a new entry door for us. They are very proficient, detail-oriented and inexpensive compared with other companies.
