Work was performed as promised and the results were outstanding. The team is very cooperative and make every effort to provide the desired results. Price was the best in our area and the end result is excellent.

Two people did the entire job. They were there all day and did a wonderful job. Everything looked great and they left the yard spotless. I would definitely use Grass Masters in the future and recommend them to others.

Could not say enough, they went to work and worked hard till all was finished. They cam early and worked hard all day. Wonderful workman ship. I had quotes that were higher and some that were considerable lower. They know what they are doing, and they did it right.

Michael listened very carefully about what kind of project I had in mind and made some helpful suggestions about how to improve my project. Another big plus - communication. He always answered all my calls and messages, and in several cases actually called me first to inform me what and when things will be done. He cared about the project as much as I did, and was always on top of what was going on. Workers from Grass Masters did a very good job. They were always on time, working the whole day without unnecessary long breaks,have good training, know what needs to be done, and thoroughly cleaned after they finished every day. Finished project looks great! We enjoy it very much.

These guys are professional as many are. What sets them apart is the fact that they got me excited about the work before doing the work. Others could not paint a clear picture of what we should do.

Although we have not contracted for this project yet, I wanted to provide a good review of dealings so far. Michael came out quickly after my initial contact and had pricing back within a few days. Even followed up a few weeks later.

had a lot of overgrown shrubs and some apple trees that were driving us crazy with cleanup. They were very responsive, outlined exactly what was going to be cut (and not cut), and extremely professional. Michael Tous (?) is one of the best contractors I've dealt with in a long time and his crew did an excellent job. Price was also much cheaper than several other palces I got quotes from. All in all, a great experience, these guys are awesome!

Very pleased with finished project. They removed all of concrete squares (each about 15" X 15" x 6" thick) and an additional piece of concrete on other side of driveway. Installed new hardscape along driveway and matched the existing hardscape previously installed for entrance way to front door. Also re-sodded new walkway next to lawn and patched driveway from previous damage. Looks so much better and work was completed on time and within budget I had expected. Would HIGHLY recommend them to others.

They saved us from the invasion of the weeds! We were totally overgrown due to health issues in the past year. Grass Masters took care in weeding and trimming all of our bushes and redefined our beds. Mulch was applied on top of a weed blocking product. Everything looks wonderful!!! We bought a home and upon arrival on the day of settlement we recognized that the lawn was in serious need of a cut. We did not have our belongings from the movers yet so we started a search for a landscaping company to mow our lawn in the mean time. When we spoke to grass masters we discovered they maintained this lawn for the previous owner. The lady whom I spoke with on the phone said she would speak to her boss about a one time cut and get back to me. She left me a voicemail that specifically stated "I spoke to my boss and the price will be $40.00 plus tax and we can get you scheduled tomorrow... I will also send you a contract in the mail to sign if you are interested in that as well" They came the very next day and mowed the lawn beautifully. A few days later I received the contract in the mail that stated they charge $40.00 per cut. I called them back to let them know we were only interested in the one time cut but we would love to use them in the future as needed for our landscaping needs, and I asked how I should pay them for the one time cut. She then informed me that because we won't be continuing their service that it will be a little more than previously quoted, and she would send me a bill. Two days later I received a bill for $96.30, for one cut. That was more than double the originally quoted price. My husband called to speak to them and let them know we find it absurd and even mentioned we would be happy to pay them for a full month of service if they cut our lawn for one month, but we are not interested in paying 96.30 for someone to cut our lawn once. (let me add.... this lawn is not very large, we live on 0.2 acres and most of the yard is concrete) They refused. I would never use this company again.

Initial contact was made in April, 2015 and a sketch was made for both the outdoor patio and the surrounding landscaping. MIchael provided a list of plants for the area and I submitted it for approval by my housing association in early May. After it was approved, we had 3 weeks of on and off rain which delayed the start of the work. Michael came up with some great ideas for privacy for the patio, as well as plants that would change color and bloom with the seasons.. He put in some perennial flowers for color in purple and yellow and gave me a lovely pink dogwood for a focal point on one side of the patio. On the opposite side he put in a tellis and planted a climbing purple clamatis and I look forward to seeing it grow and bloom. I also requested some stepping stones so I could walk off either side of the patio and he put in some that matched the color of the pavers I had chosen for the patio. Michael put in a red Japanese Maple in front of the house and was always looking for ways to make the area pop. He put in a small boulder for me that I was skeptical with at first but it completes the front part of the garden and I have had many compliments from my neighbors on the total look of all three sides of my house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Grass Masters to anyone who is looking to create a new garden or space to relax. Their prices are competitive and, after seeing their work from previous jobs they did, I knew I had found the right company for me. I am now enjoying my outdoor space so much and look forward to inviting my neighbors over to enjoy my patio with me. Thank you Michael and Steve for a job well done!

Michael was very professional. They did a great job overall. He listened to our requests during the construction and was very patient with us. We love our new patio.

Grassmasters overall did a great job and I thought that the price was reasonable. Michael came out to my home promptly and in a matter of minutes roughly mapped out what could be done based on what I was looking for. My only suggestion is to improve communication, as I was not always advised when they were coming out and given very little lead time when I was. Otherwise, I thought they did a great job and will definitely be using this company again.

We had a plan in mind- and they elaborated on it and did a great job. They showed up on time and pricing was reasonable for the work that they did. The owner was very accommodating.

They did the initial work, but we noticed some slight problems after they left with regard to blocks that contained tie-downs for the pool being relocated from their original positions and one block being placed upside down. After bringing these relatively minor issues to their attention, they came right back out and fixed the problems. We have contracted with them for a much larger project: replacing the concrete front sidewalk and concrete front steps with pavers.

Grass masters makes contact toward the end of the winter to existing customers to set up the spring yard clean up. We were having a get together and called to see if they would be able to get our yard done before the event. With out a problem they made sure the yard was in perfect shape before our event. The deal did not work out for me. My lawn was too large.

They were great. They were exceptional. They were professional and they did everything I wanted. They were very good at what they did. Everything was pristine. They cleaned up well and they were fast. They were polite. I was happy.

Everything went very well. The patio turned out good. They were able to get it done in a couple of days. Scheduling with them was very easy and they were responsive. I felt comfortable going with them that I did not need any other bids.
