Description of Work: hard scape with wall and step. Top Step cut was not satisfactory. Not totally pleased. Bullet nose trim still has marks which they did not respond to request for cleaning. Other spots as well.

Description of Work: They ripped up an existing patio and installed a new one, extending it by a few feet both ways. The owner was prompt & professional. They only do business by phone or in person, so sometimes that was challenging waiting for documents that were sent to the wrong house, but it was rectified immediately by the office and we are thrilled with the quality of our new patio. We had wanted it done by Memorial Day and they were originally booked solid, but the owner accommodated our needs which we really appreciated. I received an estimate from someone else who does patios as a side business and the estimates were identical, so I would say they're pretty competitively priced. The best part is that they had it all done in one day, and I have no clue they were there. Cleaned up everything.

Description of Work: Grass Masters came out and gave me a quote for landscaping last month.

Description of Work: Completed pavered pathway from driveway to porch, hardscaped landscaping within the entire front of our house and one side, laid sod and landscaped all front and side beds.

Description of Work: I have enrolled in their lawn fertilization and treatment program. They come out every month or so during the spring, summer, and fall and apply fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, etc. So far they have come out twice and my lawn already looks much better. I am not home when they come, they just leave an invoice describing the service provided and what I need to do to help make the treatment effective (i.e. water after a certain period of time before mowing, etc.) and a flag telling you to stay off of the lawn for 72 hours. So far so good.

Description of Work: My experience so far with Grass Masters has been superb. Angie's List ratings and reviews guided me to try this company. I'm one who uses my instinct for services provided and they didn't fail me here. The initial phone call was very informative and friendly, followed by a same-day visit for an analysis of my lawn. They gave me the feedback that they could help my lawn rather quickly and sounded knowledgeable , so I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I have never used a lawn service previously, but I really had never seen my lawn in such poor condition and I needed help ( my property is 1/4 acre). I actually missed the first application of the year for crabgrass control, but that was not an issue as they started with the 2nd application and mixed in some of the 1st (crabgrass control) but informed me that the emergent crabgrass control would not be as effective as it would have been if applied earlier. This service is so easy and you can modify it at any time. You can get a 10% prepay discount if you pay up front for all desired services (except grass seed in the Fall). I later decided to get the grass seed planting also, which is ~$300 and reflected in my price above. I signed up for all services, which include all fertilizing (5-6 treatments), as well as lime treatment, grub control, core aeration, thatching and Fall grass seeding. You don't have to be home when they arrive for lawn treatments. My favorite part is the information printed on the invoice which clearly provides feedback in enough detail to take action. Give them a try.

Description of Work: Grass Masters was to install a water feature in our back yard. The water feature was a small waterfall surrounded in slate. The small pond was surrounded with river rocks and there was to be a few plantings. The owner came out gave us an estimate and even came back to answer questions. I hired them to perform the job in October.
