Eddie and his crew did a wonderful job of renovating our old outdated closet doors (8ft high bifolds) to a new standard door size with framing for multiple closets. Eddie did exactly what we requested at a reasonable price - I would definitely recommend Eddie.

Eddie and his crew were responsive, thorough and courteous. Eddie promptly gave us an estimate, and was able to start within a few weeks. He supplied the labor (including licensed personnel for plumbing, electric etc), and we were able to buy the major materials (tile, vanities, etc) on our own. This worked well for us so that we could pick out our own materials and didn't pay for markup (other contractors had lines of products to pick from but that option added significant cost to the job). Eddie did a great job organizing the proper crew to be here each day so that the job ran fluently without gaps. He was detail oriented and very responsive with any questions we had along the way. It was obvious that he cared about his (and his crews) quality of work. We were very pleased with the renovation of our bathrooms, and would hire Eddie in the future for other home improvement jobs.

It went fantastic. Excellent workers were sent to my home to perform the job. They were not only professional, but they knew exactly what was needed and answered any questions given. We are very satisfied with the job done and will contact them for additional work we are planning for the near future.

It went wonderfully. Eddy's crew worked very hard with very minimal issues and the mix up with wood paneling, Eddy immediately took full responsibility for and rectified the issue that day. There was also a time when we mistakenly told his crew to paint a certain wall the wrong color and when we realized it, they again fixed it immediately. After we had our floors done by another contractor, Eddy's guys came back and finished the shoe molding for us. Also, when we needed an electrician, Eddy recommended one who was also wonderful. We would absolutely use them again.

Eddy's crew worked in stages to remove two walls, dispose of wallboard and other lumber trash, and replace a load-bearing wall with an LVL beam. The removal and re-construction, adding the LVL beam took one day. It passed the building inspection on the first inspection. At the end of the day, the room was swept, dusted and the floor washed to remove wallboard dust. During the work, the entire area was totally sealed in plastic sheeting so that no dust escaped to other parts of the house. The second stage, installing wallboard and taping and spackling, took two days - the joint compound takes at least overnight to cure hard. When complete, the walls and beam were smooth and looked great. Again, after the work, each day, clean up was thorough, furniture in the room was dusted clean, and the finished job passed township building inspection. Overall I am very pleased. Eddy is honest, does what he says he will, has experienced tradesmen to do each part of the job, and charged reasonably - midway between the lowest and highest quotes i got for the job. I would definitely used ETC again.

Excellent work. The crew cut (painted the corners and trim line) each room with a small brush before they rolled on the paint. I have hired four painters this year and ETC is the only one I would hire again.

He responded quickly, and sent the estimate in a very timely matter. We communicated back and forth and then he started the job. Well he didn't start the job, he sub contracted everything out, which I wasn't aware of. The men arrived everyday on Time, and the work was OK. It wasn't bad, but it was average. The biggest challenge I had was he dropped the men off, and two days in a row, they were done first day at 12:30 and he didn't not come to pick him up until 4:30 my husband called him and texted him stating to come and pick up his man, the guy sat in my garage for over 3 hours. The second day the same thing waited over 4 hours especially when my husband had to go to work. This job should have been completed in 4 days, instead of 5 days. There was a discrepancy on price, his pricing for my washroom was excessive, and he put in an email that he would take money off. I specifically told him the paint I was using in one room was aura, and he said he he didn't know and went out and bought it anyway. He did not finish the shoe molding and we gave him the paint for the washroom. When I contract someone to do the job, i want the whole job completed, the men he had were very nice, and as I said the work was good, the drywall and electrician were very good. The problem was that he was jockeying men and to leave a guy in our home, for hours on end, especially when we were calling him and texting him was completely unprofessional.

ETC was hired to paint the first floor of our new home. They were fantastic. I invest in real estate and deal with contractors on a daily basis and ETC is one of the best. The lines were perfect and they took the time to fix any issues even if they found them towards the end of the project and would have to paint a wall again. They finished the job on time and the price was fantastic. I have already asked them to look at additional projects.

ETC Home Improvement did a beautiful job remodeling our main floor full bathroom. Eddy and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They ripped out our original outdated bathroom, including a one-piece shower/tub unit and replaced it with a beautiful tiled shower complete with a frameless glass door. The tile guys were the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They were meticulous, patient, and truly dedicated to their craft. They did such a stunning job and were also very courteous when in our home. Eddy and his crew were also very clean. They were constantly picking up and cleaning up any debris, materials or dust as they worked. We appreciated this because we have three small children and we did not have to worry about them getting into anything. Overall we were extremely happy with final finished bathroom. Not only is Eddy honest, hard working and polite but his entire crew is as well. We were very comfortable with everyone on his team and the work that they did. We absolutely plan on using ETC Home Improvement again.

2 weeks of constant work (including Thanksgiving). Always looking for perfection, making suggestions for future improvements, making suggestions for better ways to do things , always available. Everything you want to have in a contractor. Hardest working crew ever. They even came back a few days later to touch up some things that weren't perfect. Extremely happy.

Edmilson and his crew are true professionals. They arrive on time, work hard, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We have two young children and a 7 month old baby and they were great with the kids. We asked them to tile our floor while we were away on vacation and they made it happen. The crew worked late and came on Sunday to get the job done. Whenever we had issues, ETC was responsive and worked with us to make sure the job was done right. They are the first ones we call whenever we need home repairs done. We have recommended them to all our family and friends!

Wonderful job, they were meticulous about prepping, spackling, sanding, etc. They were always on time, courteous, great to cleanup, very professional and the paint job was completed on time and looks great.

After getting 6 quotes- some double what Eddie quoted me and many who claimed to have insurance but did not, Eddie came to give me a quote. He was extremely prompt and his price was fair. When asked about insurance, he told us he did have it- something many people advertised but not the actual case. He quoted us roughly 3 days later and started the job a week after that. He brought a team of 2- Carlos and Guillermo- who were both extremely professional and a pleasure to have do the work. They were there for 2 days as Eddie predicted and did a phenomenal job. They spent an entire day doing prep work- something many people said they would have done in a couple of hours. They left no nail pop or imperfection- they took the time and made sure everything was good to paint. The outcome was fantastic! They did an amazing job and I cant believe the transformation of the room- it looks like a different home. I will be using them again and would recommend to anyone else.

they were amazing. they were very knowledgable and did exactly what they promised. they took out and installed a new banister on my large staircase and my small 3 step staircase as well as put in a half wall at the top of my staircase. their work is beautiful and i am so happy with the results. i would recommend them to everyone!

The painter did a great job, the job was effectively sub contractor. we had a nail and a molly in the wall and asked that they remove it and spackle it, and they did not and only painted over it.

I have been very pleased with Edmilson Costa and his employees. First, Edmilson is prompt and courteous. He returns calls and he gives detailed bills on what has been done and how much was spent for materials. He explains the reasons for his work whenever there is a question. As far as work ethic, He and his employees work conscientiously, and continuously until the job is done right. The quality of the work is first-rate. I will always hire ETC Home Improvement in the future.

They responded quickly to an email I sent requesting an estimate on my project and then they had someone come out to give an estimate shortly after. I purchased the flooring separately and once I received it, they scheduled the work within a week. The work was completed in one day and the new flooring looks great.

They were available quickly, and worked six days a week from morning til night. Very hardworking, professional, and the prices were very fair. Compared three other local home improvement companies, and ETC Home Improvements had the best prices.
