Without a hitch I can highly recommend this Company. My contact was with Edmilson Costa. He’s Polite, communicates well and did everything he said he would. Always on time. Been an easy Process mostly thanks to him!

Eddy was great to work with and helped with a small project. Had someone (great guy Carlos) over within a few days to do the work. Good price, too. Some of the other top rated drywall companies did not even give me the courtesy of a call. Thankfully Eddy did.

We never got to the contract stage. He didn't call back or email- just left us hanging. Several times he never showed up when he said he would. This is not professional behavior. I asked to see an itemized list of materials and labor costs - but we never heard from him again. Also wanted 2/3s up front before project.

Recently they did some drywall and some kitchen backsplash.

Very well done and in a timely fashion.

ETC did a great job of working with the homeowners on this project. Part of the demolition and construction, all of plumbing and electric was done by homeowners. ETC worked to complete this renovation. Very Pleased

This was the third job that ETC Home Improvement did for us - the first was a bathroom renovation, the second was new flooring put down throughout our home. Since the first went so well, we hired Eddy to take care of having our entire home painted inside. As expected,everything went great with this job - fair price, punctual, communication and beautiful workmanship... we're so happy we found ETC Home Improvement!! Thank you so much Eddy!!

We use them for everything.They had been working on our kitchen, so they completely remodeled our kitchen. They came to finish up the work in March.I would use him again, he's coming over today!

EXCELLENT!!! This was the 2nd job Eddy / ETC did for us - and like the 1st (bathroom renovation), it was nothing less than EXCELLENT in every respect! From quote to finish, everything went beautifully. Eddy & his crew are professional, dependable, courteous, conscientious - and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding!! Next job - painting the interior of our entire house!

Following several disappointing attempts to engage a contractor, even one we had used previously, to refresh a second bathroom, we found ETC Home Improvement on Angie's List. While we saw a host of reviews that were nothing short of wonderful, we remained tentative. That was until we contacted ETC's owner, Eddy. He spoke with us on a Saturday, met with us the following Tuesday evening. He reviewed and discussed the scope of the project and offered his insights and suggestions that ultimately made the outcome even more pleasing to us. We were sold on this professional, pleasant man. Eddy provided the proposal in a timely manner. We agreed to contract with Eddy and he and his crew started the project the following week. Both Eddy and his personnel were professional, friendly and considerate of our home life and our home throughout the work process. They prepped considerately and cleaned up at the conclusion of each work day. Three and a half days later, our bathroom was done as a result of the very professional and methodical work manner of Eddy & his crew. Almost forgot to mention that Eddy's pricing was very fair. We bought certain items for the project and Eddy provided others as part of the quoted price. There were no unpleasant surprises. It was such a great experience to work with Eddy & crew! We have several other home improvement projects coming up and, needless to say, Eddy will be doing them for us!

It went great. Eddy is extremely reliable and a pleasure to work with. The members of his crew are all highly skilled, professional and friendly (and none of them smoked, either inside or outside the house!). The workers show up on time each day, their pride in their work is evident, and they clean up after themselves before leaving. Eddy's quoted price was much lower than any of the other contractors/vendors I contacted. You should know that selecting and purchasing the materials is your responsibility - Eddy is happy to recommend sensible and cost-effective local suppliers. All told, the total cost of my remodel including materials (tub, vanity, tiles, vanity) was about $8K - still a great deal for a full 8x7 bathroom remodel (one quote I received from a different contractor was for $8K and that was to only replace the tub and install an acrylic surround!). I highly recommend ETC and have already referred Eddy to 2 friends. Note: the photo with the yellow tub is the Before photo!

They did very good work, but showed up an hour late, The deal I purchased was $249. for 8 hours of painting. I talked to Eddie about it before I made the purchase and he said it was eligible. When the job was done and he came to pick up his workers, he told me he would need an additional $249 because he sent 2 guys. When I showed him the deal on the phone, he said Angie's list worded it wrong; he said it should read $249 for 8 hours for 1 painter. I offered to give him an additional $100 and he said he wouldn't be making money because of gas expense and that his guys charge him $17/hour (I don't think that's accurate, but anyway...), then he accepted an additional $200. Before I gave him my credit card, I tried to contact Angie's List to resolve this issue, but it was a Saturday after 5:00, so I just paid him the additional.

Eddie was a professional and helpful from beginning to end, and our floor looks beautiful! He and his team were all very courteous and very hard workers. We would definitely hire Eddie again!

The job was bigger than we thought but they were very attentive and completed it to my satisfaction.

Eddie was a professional through and through. He made no decisions without first consulting me for my opinion. While I made most of the design choices Eddie picked out some colors on grout and paint and did a great job of it too. We even had an incident where i picked up an incorrect bathtub and Ed simply changed it out for us. His attention to detail is bar none. His prices are budget friendly but his work is anything but cheap. Top grade stuff. Accurate cuts on his tile, and very neatly laid and arranged. The painting was spot on as well. Clean lines. Will update with pictures.

As always Eddie and his team did a great job. They are perfectionists.

Eddie came with a partner and they did a beautiful job. Immaculate work. I found no fault what so ever. He had to raise the cabinets and then repair and paint the wall. He was here exactly when he said he would be here for both the estimate and the job. He does great follow up and has a great work ethic. He is just such a joy to work with.

The painting was well done. It was everything surrounding it that was not optimal. It was challenging to communicate w/ the owner. The painters who did the job did not speak English so it was hard to communicate w/ them during the day. The owner got them set up and then left. The owner did a poor job in estimating the amount of paint needed. I have a LOT left over. He indicated that it is my money to buy the paint so that didn't matter to him. It did to me! I have over 2 1/2 gallons of ceiling paint left and he didn't estimate the walls so I have that left over as well.

All the workers were very nice and courteous They approached the jobs as if it were there own home. My wife and i got very friendly to each and every worker. Edmilson organized every step of the job. Greatest team of workers we ever had do work for us.
