Etc home improvement is fantastic. I purchased Schon butterscotch oak engineered hardwood from Lumber Liquidators a week or so prior but wasn't sure what other materials were needed for the installation. Rick spoke with me and gathered everything the day before, provided receipts, and made sure to include me with how things were going. In an afternoon the mangy carpet I had became a thing of the past. They were prompt, did quality work, and were tremendously professional and kind. Definitely would use them again! I love you guys! Eddie, Richard, Cesar & the other members of their crew were meticulous & took pride in their work. They were always professional. They began work daily before 9, ending most days before 6 or 7pm. We were impressed on how clean they were throughout the job. Every day they'd sweep & clean before leaving & place down tarps daily. We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

it went well. installer did installation all in one day and cleaned up afterwards, everything came out great

Eddie showed up on time explained what would get done in the allotted time. Paid 249 for 8 hours of painting ended up adding an extra 8 hours for same rate and 350 in paint. rooms came out great even my contractor doing work in my house compliment the real nice cut in at ceiling level. also received prices for sanding my sanding of my hard wood floors that are presently under my carpet and still waiting on price for a pave patio that need in future.

It went very well, they are very professional. They are polite and courteous. They prepped very well, cloth on the stairs and paper on floor. Outstanding job. Julio did an amazing job

can not say enough good things about Eddy and his crew. Responded to messages usually within an hour. Gave estimates promptly and was reasonable. Every morning at 9:00 workers showed up, covered everything in drop cloths and proceeded to work until about 6:00. Everyday they cleaned up and left only what they needed for the next day (neatly stored). We started off only hiring them for the bedroom, but when we saw the quality of work, we found more jobs. The workers are all very professional and felt comfortable leaving them in my home. We will be using them again in the very near future and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

He did an incredible, incredible job. He even had a little time left over when all was said and done. The painter, Carlos, was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the supervisor, Ednilson Costa, that came in the morning was very polite and professional. Carlos was also incredibly clean, with no trace of the work left behind. Ednilson came back after the fact to ensure that everything was done properly, which I really appreciated. It was a great experience, and I think I may call them again very soon.

After the initial consultation the provider was supposed provide me with a breakdown estimate and additional work. He did not follow through. I have now requested a refund from angies list.

Ed from etc home improvement came to the house to evaluate the job (resurfacing the walls in the master bedroom after we removed wallpaper). He worked with me on options, time commitment and cost, and helped me manage my expectations for the job. On the scheduled day, Ed and Carlos arrived right on time and got right to work setting up. Carlos worked all day, non-stop. I was very happy with the progress. The next day, they came back, right on time, and Carlos got to work again. Over the two days, Carlos skim-coated and sanded smooth all 4 walls. He was very thorough and neat. I couldn't be happier with the work and I would call them again in a minute. I bought this from a "big deal", so the price was excellent. Ed, the owner, gave me paint suggestions and met with me before the job started. It only took about 5.5 days to do everything, which included wallpaper removal and letting spackle dry. Carlos, the man Ed hired to do most of the work, was a very professional painter and it looked perfect. Will definitely hire again.

It went really well. The crew arrived on time to set everything up, and then the etc painter worked steadily and got everything done within the 2 days I purchased through the Angie's List special. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well, and the painting looks really good. I'm getting a quote for more painting and some floor refinishing, because I had such a god experience working with this group of people.

It was great. I booked them for a second day to finish the french doors.

It went very well. The gentleman that was working actually painted much more than I expected. He was very productive for the entire eight hours that his services were contracted for. I plan to paint my entire interior and I thought that with eight hours that he would only have time to do one room and a hallway, but the young gentleman painted that , my living room and spackled every uneven surface in the house. I was ecstatic.

All of the work done was excellent! The workers are meticulous, they do a great job cleaning up and keeping things neat while working. Eddy, the owner is a pleasure to deal with. He picked up vanity, faucets tub and other supplies that I ordered. We have used etc previously and plan on using them again.

Right before Christmas, I needed someone to paint some rooms in my home. I noticed the deal offered through Angies list and called. Upon speaking with Mr. Costa, we made arrangements so he could come to see what I needed to have done. I decided to hire 2 workers to paint several rooms in my home. What I needed to have done took 2 days and I was pleased with the outcome. Initially, there was a misunderstanding on my part since this was the first time that I had purchased this type of deal; however, Mr. costa explained fully and I was pleased with the outcome. After the painting was completed, I contacted Mr. Costa a couple of days later regarding my interest in having crown molding installed. We made arrangements and he sent Wellington to install my crown molding. I LOVED the job he did!! Wellington is so kind and extremely professional. When we went to pick out the molding, he made suggestions that I hadn't thought of, and he also advised me of ways to save money. I had not told my husband that I planned on having the crown molding installed, so imagine his surprise when he came home from work--he was absolutely amazed at the job performed by Wellington and his helper. He said it was definitely worth the secrecy! My home was now ready for Christmas and when my family came to celebrate, they raved about the work that ETC Home Improvement had done in my home.

ETC lived up to their good reputation on Angies List. Thier craftsmanship, punctuality and attention to detail was spot on. They prepped the working area nicely and did an excellent job cleaning up after each work day. We sincerely could not have asked for a better experience. The new room looks amazing along with the sheet rock and moulding work. We will be having them finish our 3200 sf unfinished basement. Highly recommend!!

Originally, I bought a small package to install laminate floor in a difficult room. The installers were so professional and innovative in their approach that I had them finish the whole job (about 1,000 sq. ft.) that they completed in just over two days. Tony was very helpful, offering good options for the installation, changing the pattern of the planks to make a more attractive design, etc. Thorough clean-up and waste material disposal. Highly recommended and our neighbors have engaged them to do their floors after seeing ours.

excellent job overall....we took advantage of the coupon for $249...and they kept to that amount to paint 2 small bedrooms for my sons...very courteous and professional...will likely hire again in the future!!!!

I was very happy with Mr. Costa from the first time I called him. He was polite and professional and he came for the estimate when scheduled. After that, he and his assistants did a great job on my floor. I know that they can do many other types of home improvement and I will definitely call him again.

Eddie came over and did an estimate and then shopped for the flooring for us at a local store. Once purchased, he dropped off the flooring a few days before installation for it to acclimate to the heat of our house. He and a few guys came over and assisted moving the heavier pieces of furniture out of the rooms before beginning the work. The guys working we're quiet and polite and worked very fast. I had to remind them about the additional toe rail molding that was on the estimate but once they we're reminded, it was brought over and installed. The whole process took less than 6 hours! They did a great job and I was very pleased with their work.

It went fine. They were nice. With painting, you have to be really not walk to a half descent shop. I bought them from Benjamin Moore so what could go wrong. They painted in off light so you can't really go wrong with that color.

I called him on the phone and told him I had 15-20 feet of seams on the ceiling in two rooms that needed to be painted and he said he could do it in the time frame. He did not come out in advance and said it would take more than the 8 hours due to preparation, repair, and taping- he didn't sell time by the hour so I would have had to buy another deal from Angie's List and I didn't want to pay that much.

Communicated with me early to set up the date time and details. Arrived on time with all the tools and equipment ready to go. Demonstrated upmost care in covering everything with drop cloths and plastic before beginning to paint. Also verified with me exactly what I wanted before they started. Gave me my money's worth or more! Finished on time with all the work including cleanup to be excellent. Bottom line is these were some fine folks. They did a great job were professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Angie's list and ETC home improvement!

I like the final product. Very nice crew with good and positive energy. An error occurred in scheduling, so my weekday appointment was overlooked by the company due to the large number of people who responded to the 'big deal.' I was upset because I had already taken the day off from work to have the job done. (Hence the 'B' for responsiveness.) and The company accomodated me by coming out on a Saturday, and giving me one extra hour of painting, which is how I got the higher part of the stairwell painted - in addition to the kitchen. So I had one painter for a total of 9 hours. Overall great job; I had to point out minor spots to clean afterwards, but I would definitely use the company again. I think they are very professional, friendly and cordial.
