"Ryan did an inspection but he also passed the electrical system in the home i was purchasing - now I know he's not an electrician, however, he never mentioned how old it was and the shape of the electrical board - I would have had the opportunity to better negotiate as I need a WHOLE NEW ELECTRICAL BOARD after three elecrican's came out to inspect. I reached out to him TWICE to try to get information or ask him about the board and why he could not advise, as a 'general home inspector' that this should be looked at by a professional as I would have done so prior to purchasing the home. He Never Even RESPONDED to my EMAILS as a courtesy so disappointed in his lack of response to stepping up to the situation. Why did I hire an inspector? I"
