Great experience. Sent the company an email in the morning requesting service. Received a phone call less than two hours later. By 1pm in the afternoon on the same day,a crew was at my residence to clean my gutters. I was amazed with the service and the how well the work was done. I recommend them for gutter cleaning. Gutt

Called to arrange services, and received a callback within four hours. returned the call immediately, then didn't hear back for 72 hours. I called again, and got a return call from a very rude man who barely spoke English. Would not give me details about the cost of services, and then basically hung up on me. So miserable. Thank goodness i didn't book them.

I called John on 9/25 to arrange for gutter cleaning and to get an estimate on cleaning the windows. A crew of 4 showed up the next day and gave a very fair estimate for cleaning the windows. They then did both jobs in a very couteous and professional manner. I was very satisfied with the outcome. The only minor issue is thatthey blow out the gutters - I would have preferred if they flushed them so that I could see if there were any issues (leaks).. There were no surprises and the communication was excellent - something I'm not used to getting with service contactors. I will definitely use them again in the future. PS: No pressure to sign an annual contract, etc a la Ned Stevens.

We have about 45 windows, and skylights, doors. After receiving the estimate, I called again and left a message to make an appointment. They called back and left a message about their availability and the time and to please advise them whether or not that would work for me. Since I was unable to call back immediately, the gentleman advised me that the early morning time (about 7:30 am) has already been given to an earlier caller, could they come around 10:30 am! I was thrilled and agreed to the time. To my surprise, I saw them outside my house around 8:30 am. They were concerned that the earlier arrival was not suitable but I was so happy and ready for them. The 4 young men were wonderful, very efficient, and did an excellent job! Within 2 hours, my windows were sparkling, the gutters cleaned, and they even removed all the trash from the gutters around the garden! Thank you Burke Brothers and crew. You have another customer for life!!!

Burke Brothers did an excellent job of cleaning the close to 80 windows in our house (inside and out). The owner was quick to return my call, come out to give an estimate and then perform the job 2 days later (they had a cancellation). The 5 men that showed up were courteous, prompt and quick (less than 2 hours). The windows look great and the price was fair. Will use them again in the future.

Getting all our windows and gutters cleaned by Burke Brothers was truly an incrdible experience. They arrive right on time. They even covered their shoes before entering our home. They made our windows sparkle. They were so quick that we didn't realize when they finished. They left no mess at all.

Burke Brother's window crew arrived on time and did a great job cleaning all the windows in our home. They also did a nice job on our skylights. All the staff worked in a very pleasant and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them for my window cleaning in the future.

called and left a message requesting an appointment to have our gutters cleaned. John called back within 5 minutes and scheduled us for later in the week. The work was completed as promised and done well.

Arrived while we were away that morning. Upon our return in the afternoon, we found a clean roof and three Hefty bags of tree waste, which was added to our compost pile. The area around the house was neat as a pin, and we couldn't have been happier.

They didn't clean the downspouts because they couldn't climb the ladders. They used blowers to blow the stuff out of the gutters. I was not really happy with their service because there is no such thing that they were unable to climb the ladder to make sure the downspouts were clear. I will not recommend them to anyone and they weren't cheap too. It wasn't a pleasant experience to work with them. They did not do a thorough job, I don't know how they will clean the windows but after seeing the work of cleaning gutters I would never hire them again. I hired them because they had gotten good reviews and high rating on Angie's list but that wasn't the case. They were not pleasant on the phone and they never agreed to come back and clean up the downspouts. I've had gutters cleaned lots of times by different gutter cleaning providers and they always use to clean the downspouts as well, which was part of gutter cleaning.

Burke Brothers Window Cleaning is very prompt. If you call for an appointment they will schedule it in a day or two. They are very accommodating.

They were excellent. They did the job at the price they quoted. They were in and out. They had enough workmen to get the job done quickly and competently. We were pleased with them and will be calling them back in a month or two. They were courteous. The price was excellent.

My experience with Burke Bros is why Angie's list is so valuable to it's users. I cannot say enough nice things about Burke Bros. window cleaning. First, when you inquire about their service, they get back to you right away. They came out to inspect my home and do the estimate the next day. The estimate was fair and reasonable. They were super responsive to scheduling my appointment, and they were there on time to the MINUTE on the date of the appointment. The workers were courteous and professional, cleaning up after their work. The windows were left clean and like new. the leader of the crew even helped my wife lock down a bay window from the outside that was a bit warped. He helped her and did it with a smile for no extra charge. I intend to use these folks twice a year, and will add their gutter cleaning service when they come in the Fall.

When you make the phone call to them, the owner responds very quickly. So far I have used used them four times already and they are really good and they try really, really hard. They even go a little beyond what they are supposed to do on paper. They are very neat and they are pleasant to have in the house.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS, VERY CONVENIENT, DO EXCELLENT WORK AND ARE ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

HE IS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS AND ALWAYS SHOWS UP ON TIME. HE DOES DO A GREAT JOB. I HAVE USED HIM FOR ABOUT EIGHT YEARS, AND HE USUALLY COMES TWICE EACH YEAR.
