BURKE BROTHERS WINDOW CLEANING

Description of Work: The Burke Bothers crew responded promptly to our call to have the windows and gutters cleaned. They swiftly unloaded their equipment from the truck without any commotion. Besides each member of the crew being equpped with window cleaning equipment hey had all the ladders, drop clothes and even shoe covers to quickly do a very clean job. The crew leader Manny was very informative about the nature of a unique problem that we have with our picture window. A cloudy film formed on the inside surfaces of the glass as a result of the insulated glass seal wearing out. John Burke, Himself looked it and advised us that the contractor who installed it might have it covered under the replacement warranty. It is! What a great savings having it replaced by the non-prorated lifetime warranty. It was really so much better to have had this work done by such a professional window cleaning establishment. This is truly a fine, trustworthy company.
