Repair man arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. He brought my Sub-Zero freezer back to life in 30 minutes. He was totally focused on the work and very pleasant.

Prior to the visit, the company kept me informed as to the progress of setting up the appointment. This was despite the ongoing pandemic and the repairman was recovering from his 2nd shot!

When I called for service, Dani, in the office clearly explained their policies. The tech was running late and I was given the option to reschedule. The tech, Alberto, was polite, thorough, and professional. He found a broken wire in the igniter unit, repaired it, and the range and oven work.

They were very prompt in calling me when I needed help and were available right away for an appointment. I received my quote over the phone and all my questions were answered before I confirmed moving forward with them. The repair man was knowledgeable and was able to show me what had gone wrong with my machines. He provided the solutions and the total cost of repair quickly. It couldnâ t have been more simple! Very glad I chose this company.

I have a GE dishwasher and the technician was able diagnosis and come with the part the next day. The price included warranty so Iâ m extremely happy.

Too expensive. The person came to my house for less than 10 minutes and told me he did not have the part. He came back another day and spent less than 15 min to install. I paid over $350 for a washing machine that us over 12 years. I would have purchased a new one instead. They charge me a lot of money to install after they charge me for the initial visit so I was stuck with them. If they had told me their prices to install is a high fixed price then I would have bought a new one.

These people were great. They contacted me about a half hour after I posted on home advisor. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and informative. The technician (Alberto) arrived on time and completed the repair within an hour. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this business.

Scheduling was easy, others had no availability but they did. tech came late but it was just after a snowstorm and everyone was backed up so it was fine. price quoted for tech to come was on the high side, they honored my request for a better price. final price was fair and work they did was great. they kept me informed throughout the process from when the tech was supposed to arrive until he came. responded to inquiries timely. will keep their number on hand for the future.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Though Alberto arrived later than expected, I greatly appreciated that the visit wasn't pushed to another day. He fixed my oven quickly and at a reasonable cost. I have to point out that he left a very clean work area and even removed his shoes before going upstairs (I have wall to wall carpeting), which isn't always the case with technicians...

A little too pricy.

My complaint is the cost of labor I was charged. I was told by Dani that they do not charge by the hour but by the job. The cost of the part to repair my washer was $90.00 BUT I was charged $390.00 labor. The entire job was 1/2 hour. The total bill was $480.00. I would not recommend them, I feel that the cost for labor was not fair for the work that was done.

Unfortunately my replacement parts were slowed down in arrival due to The Christmas rush, otherwise all was fine. The receptionist there was Very helpful and also calming.

They kept me well informed throughout the process.
