Very reliable. When appointments were set up, always on time and finished the work that was needed. If parts needed to be ordered Peña appliance would handle that and then return back to finish off the job at a scheduled date.

Ms Rosa Alberto, what a way to act as a business owner ( has to be the owner because any employee would be fired) So, let me say i own a business i NEVER treated any customer like these people did me. SALES: Told me that diagnostic is required and that any $ spent on that would be put towards repair if i decided to use them for the repair. GASLIGHT LIE - once they gave me the price for the repair and said they would call to schedule the repair they advised that the diagnostic is an individual charge and doesnt count towards the repair. I STILL PROCEEDED, bad move, but i had already invested time and money and just wanted it repaired. PART ORDERING: 1.5 months passed so i followed up. They advised that they ordered the part and were waiting but would get back to me regarding why so much time had passed from the diagnostic/part ordering to now. They never followed up after that. So today i decided to follow up and see what was taking so long and why they hadnt updated me or followed up again. Well, easy answer because im not their only client so following up with me isnt a priority. NOW after 2months the part is apparently discontinued. Although i paid for a diagnostic, they do not provide any diagnostic report - or the part number or name that is needed, wonder why. So i cant even attempt to procure the part myself. I have since hired another contractor and they were able to find this mysterious discontinued part and fix my fridge. RUDE: Hung up on me and yelled at me because i wanted an apology at the least. Have now blocked me, lol seems as though i did something wrong here, not sure what because all i did was pay them $95 for about 3min and lose about $1200 in groceries. WAIT, WHAT DO YOU MEAN $1200 IN GROCERIES.......? Unfortunately, i never got the chance to let them know that the gentlemen that came by (same guy pictured on google and website) with his 25yrs of experience also decided to unplug my stand up freezer so he could & test my broken refrigerator (not sure why because there are 2 plugs in an outlet, but i stopped guessing, after all i dont have 25yrs experience). Hmm, found out a couple weeks later that he never plugged it back in. Nice smell and fun times cleaning blood out of your freezer. APPROX. $1200 in meat for the year gone. Again I am a business owner and if anyone thinks im a disgruntled client or exaggerating on the service i received, please feel free to look up my business and give us a call, ask for Joe and i would be happy to elaborate. Im sure i may even get a negative review on my business from the owner for posting this, but its worth it when people rob you - gaslight you as if you are in the wrong and basically treat you like garbage. Sometimes people only really have 25 yrs of experience in being miserable. PS for rosa alberto - THIS IS HOW YOU HANDLE IT - Oh my im sorry that we seem to have overlooked following up with you. I will address this with my office staff to make sure we get better and avoid providing a poor customer experience to you and whoever else in the future. As for your specific situation what would i be able to do to improve the experience for you? ----------client response------ How about (insert bright idea here). Great i will prioritize this with our technicians to avoid any additional time to this already lengthy repair service. Thanks so much for allowing me to handle this and i hope we gained your trust back for any future repair needs you may have. I am very disappointed in this company. I needed help replacing a flexible hose for a dryer. That's it. 5-10 minute job. They charged me $122 to ?diagnose? (even though I told them exactly what needed to be done) but the repair man told me that that money I paid up front would count toward the actual work (and they told me it wouldn't cost much more to do the actual work). Then they said they'd be back to install the hose in a few days. Three weeks later I had to call them to find out when they were coming and they said it would cost another $280 to finish the work. That is astronomical considering how small of a job it was. I think they thought I'd say yes because I was already $120 in. I told them absolutely not. I feel scammed. Yes, they should be paid for their work but $400 to move a dryer and replace a hose for a total of 15 minutes of work is ABSURD.

My experience started out great! I posted what I was looking for in the Angi app and received a phone call within minutes. This was on Monday, 7/12/21. The owner said she could send out a technician to look at my dryer on Tuesday between 11-1. The technician was late to arrive the next day. He did not show up until around 3. This was annoying, but not a huge deal. He diagnosed the problem and told us how much the part would cost. I asked for a total cost for the repair and he said the owner would call me later that day to give me the amount. She did not call. I called her the next morning and she did not know how much it would be because she had not talked to the technician so she said she would call me later that day to give me the total cost. She did not call. I called her later that day since she did not call me and she still did not know how much it would be. Finally, on Thursday morning she called with the cost and said he could get the part and come fix it the next day between 11-1. The next day I received a call at 12:45 pm that there was a delay getting the part, but if he could get it before 3 he would still come. I did not hear anything after that until Sunday evening. On Sunday evening she said he got the part and could come on Monday between 11-1. At 1 o clock on Monday I called because I had to go to a doctor appointment and he still was not there. She said he was running behind and that would be at my house around 2. On my way back from the doctor at 3:30, I called my husband to see how everything went and he said the technician never showed up. I called AGAIN and the owner said that on his way to my house he noticed that he was given the wrong part. Why did I have to call her to get this info? Why would not she call and tell me this? What makes it worse is she has been ignoring my phone calls since then! I have called 5 times in the last 3 days and she has not answered nor has she called back! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. This has caused so much unnecessary stress! It is now 7/22/21, 10 days after I started the process and I still have no dryer and have not heard from this company in 3 days. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else to do the job!

I will hire Pena Appliance Repair for any and all appliance repairs I may have. If I could rate them a 10, I would. Dani is 100% responsive, something you donâ  t see often at all; they show up even if it takes longer than expected. If they said they will be there, they show up! And if they are going to be late, Dani will let you know. Alberto is the best. My job required for the entire washer to be taken apart. Alberto is an expert. He was methodical, patient, confident, respectful and friendly. It took multiple visits to get this lengthy job done but he persevered. Do not hesitate to hire Pena Appliance Repair!
