The technician was courteous and explained exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I would definitely recommend.

They were prompt and really great. My dishwasher was a lost cause and they did everything to get it working and they only charged me for the initial visit. They were also very kind and considerate.

The repair guy showed up early, but call to ask if it was OK to come early- He had no problem figuring whet was wrong , Checked with me before replacing anything.. Explained costs, Excellent work. Polite, really nice. Most important explained every thing in the repair process and billing, Would recommend him to anyone J Mesterhzy,

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repair. They came when they said. Fixed the problem at a great price. People in this company are friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, the best experience.

Technician showed up on time but didn't do a good job and provided incorrect information. He said to use a glue to patch the display circuit , fixed it and left. After a few minutes, it wasn't working again so I contacted them. Then they told me that they need to buy a new circuit and it?s not covered under there warranty. They called and said I have to pay additional $ 115 to do the job. ( operator said initial $85 will be deducted if there is any follow up visit). I found a local guy and he fixed it for half of the price. I lost $90 with this scam. Technician?s communication was very poor and if you are planning to use them, get everything in writing but I don?t recommend to use this place. I know a good technician if you are near to Parsippany.

Technician that came to look at my refrigerator was weary experienced and honest he was able to pin point the brocken part within 10 min and performed the repair on the same day. I will definitely use Pena appliance Repair again

Great experience. Alberto came and quickly repaired my dishwasher! The drain pump and pipe were massively clogged. It's back to fully functioning! He also guaranteed this for 90 days. Great service.

I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. Alberto was on time and easy to talk to. Following his repair of our dishwasher, he explained what the issues were in ways a non professional like me could understand. He offered an affordable solution even though a more expensive one could have been prescribed. I would definitely work with this company again.

Repair tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator, and replaced the defective component. Tenant was keep informed about the service visit and the nature of the repair. We are generally pleased with this company and will use them for future appliance repairs.
