Out of all the businesses suggested by home advisor, this business was the quickest one to contact me and had the best price for the visit. I was contacted by Peña appliance repair within minutes of submitting my request. I was frantic because my refrigerator stopped cooling, everything was melting, and I was afraid of my food getting spoiled. When I spoke to the woman on the phone, she was just as worried about my refrigerator as I was. She made sure to schedule me an appointment as soon as possible and within 24 hours of our conversation, we had the technician at the house. The technician was very polite, professional, and he felt like a relative coming to save the day. He was very down to earth and calm and confident that he can fix my refrigerator. They were very conscious about keeping my kitchen clean, they did not leave any messes, and worked quietly with no distraction. I have had other technicians coming inside, talking on the phone loudly, talking to each other loudly, etc. The technicians from this company were very respectful of the home in that way. He fix the appliance quickly and he also gave us some things to look out for just in case he knows his appliances and brands well enough to know what repairs they might need, or in what way they tend to mess up. Besides the amazing work that the technician did in the very polite lady I spoke to on the phone, but I was very impressed with was the fact that they are able to look up the pieces that I might need and give me prices before I commit to the job. Also the parts might come with a warranty so that even more peace of mind. I am so happy and blessed to know that companies like this, honest and professional, still exist. They are customer-focused and genuinely care about the work they do. Sometimes we feel like we have to stick with the company because we don t know anyone else that can do the job, I am telling you right now this company is the best for all of your appliances. I would definitely recommend this company. They will not disappoint! They were lightning speed to respond to my request. As soon as I hit the send button requesting a quote, I got a call from Dany, she was absolutely amazing explaining their process and fees. After I agreed, she scheduled same day service for her technician (Alberto) to arrive. He was on time, professional, polite and very knowledgeable! He explained everything he did, as he did it. My fridge was leaking water from the bottom and my freezer drawer wasn t closing properly. Everything was fixed perfectly!! Will call them back to install the new ice maker we will be ordering!

Prompt and courteous. But expensive. Paid over $100 just to show up. This was not applied to balance. Fixed my dryer for half the cost of a new one. It was just a clogged vent.
