Description of Work: I purchased a deal from this company for $640 for five new recessed lights, installed with a dimmer switch.

Description of Work: They gave me a quote on installing a split ductless system. While perfectly professional, their price was the highest for a ductless system and only slightly better than the worst central air quote I recv'd. I liked the guy who came out to check out my house, but was very surprised at the quoted price. I would consider having them bid on other future projects, based on their professionalism.

Description of Work: Five New Recessed Lights Installed with Dimmer Switch. The crew was great and professional. |I had asked and called for an estimate to have my entire HVAC replaced - on two different occasions. I have yet to hear from the company. I guess they don't need the business.

Description of Work: Install ductless AC. It was great. They were very professional. The main person Justin was very focused on how I felt about how it was going and at the end that I was totally satisfied. Great client service skills. Jack also came by at the start to make sure it was going to be what we agreed. They are always a pleasure to work with. They sometimes take a long time to be able to get you a quote but they have always delivered what they promised and on time. They also follow up afterwards.

Description of Work: My central air conditioner was leaking. The provider located the problem quickly and stopped the leaking. I called the company at 6:30 the evening before. A secretary returned my phone call at 8:00 a.m. the following day and had a serviceman at my home by 1:00 p.m. He was extremely courteous and knowledgable. I was so pleased I decided to purchase a service contract from them.

Description of Work: I emailed a request to have Bloomfield Cooling Heating & Electric to have my 2 wall mounted air conditioners serviced, and enclosed the $95. service fee charged to my credit card. They answered me by telling me they do not perform this type of service on wall mounted air conditioners, and suggested I go to Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: AC repairman came out, did an overall assessment of AC unit. Wrote up a repair cost estimate. Found that fan in outside unit was not working.

Description of Work: Responded to call from us about the ac not working. Looked around and opened vents. Said nothing was wrong left with our $100 voucher. A/C still didn't perform and had to run full time without stopping to get to 82 degrees. We called again to have someone return. They said couldn't come back for a week. Had someone else come out because it was very hot. They identified the issue immediately and repaired.

Description of Work: They are wonderful. Knowledgable an professional . They take the time to explain things and break down the cost for each item or service .. The tech Brian was great. Even cleaned compressor and took away garbage! Looking forward to doing business with them in the future .

Description of Work: I called them to service my A/C for my mother. The technician came and said she needed to change the refrigerant which was $85/lb. Then he said there is an issue with the thermostat and that it was outlawed in NJ as it is a mercury thermostat (I haven't found any information on this so far) and needed to change that as well. She said ok and he charged her over $300 for installing a $35 thermostat which only took about 5 minutes. They are very expensive. I would not use them again.
