Description of Work: They had to re-wire our furnace because of damage from pets. They arrived on-time and proceeded with the necessary work until the project was finished. Their office staff was professional and the worker was terrific. He was very friendly and helpful during his time repairing the furnace and was very considerate of the fact that we had a 2-month old baby - made sure to work quickly and scheduled his return visit for the very next day in order to prioritize us.

Description of Work: I recently had a problem with a ductless heater and air conditioner that I purchased and had installed from Bloomfield Heating and Cooling. Brian, the technician was extremely professional and efficient in finding the problem. He was knowledgeable about the product and followed through to get a resolution that made us extremely satisfied. Lori at the office is friendly and efficient as well with scheduling and following up on future appointments.

Description of Work: Our old gas furnace broke down and we knew we would need a new furnace to replace the rusty behemoth. It was super cold outside with a series of 15 degree days so we needed to get it replaced fast! We got 3 different estimates and chose Bloomfield for their professionalism and their dedication to customer service. Owner Mike deJoseph came out to provide the quote personally and walked us through the process of choosing a furnace and he was even willing to move the location of the furnace closer to the wall to provide some extra room. After speaking with Mike for an hour he left and had the quote hand delivered in the afternoon. Bloomfield wasn't the cheapest, but was only a little higher than the second place bidder for the same quality furnace but we trusted them and felt they would do a really good job. And they did. The next morning they arrived punctually to begin installing the furnace. 3 people in the morning and then 4 more in the afternoon so 7 people were working on it together by the end of the day. Mike himself stopped by that afternoon to see how the job was doing. The next day they had to finish some electrical work and were completely done by the early afternoon. The workers were courteous and professional and when we stopped by the Bloomfield office we found it orderly and professional and could see that everyone at the company takes pride in their products and customer service. We're glad we went with Bloomfield and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs heating service.

Description of Work: Diagnosed and replaced a broken capacitor on my furnace. They were super professional and did a great job. They did spend time diagnosing if there were any other issues. My only issue was the price to replace a simple part.... That said my house is now toasty warm, priceless....

Description of Work: I needed my cental air unit fixed when I moved into my house two years ago. Four trips over two years, at least $3000 paid thus far and they want another $1,400 or so for their next "repair" since my unit is still not working. Manager won't call me back. The last option they gave me was for them to inject a sealant that "might work" but which they cannot guarantee for $450 or so. I looked up the specks on this "sealant" and its not advised for a unit experiencing the rate of leakage my unit produces. I am literally disgusted with this vendor but may be stuck because they hold the guarantee on my unit's parts.

Description of Work: Installed Mitsubishi ductless system on second floor of cape cod. Fantastic service. Stayed late to get the job done in one day. Called them back in early August when my central air downstairs stopped working and they were onsite and fixed the issue within 5 hours of calling. Incredibly responsive and professional.
