Description of Work: Not sure of the problem...Our unit kept cutting off. They removed the door of the filter to keep the air flowing...when they put the door back on, the unit cut off again. So we left the door off so we would have heat. They recommended that we have our ducts clean...but they were not sure that would correct the problem.

Description of Work: When i called them, they promised to call the next day and setup an appointment to offer an estimate.No one called. I called them 2 or 3 times after that and left messages, urging them to call back ASAP. So far i have not got any response from them. Its very disappointing and surprising as thy seem to have very good reviews.

Went well.
Description of Work: A/C pre season inspection and cleaning. No parts were needed. Checked cooling agent and cleaned whatever needed cleaning. Work was done in attic and outside. Gentleman checked each cool air outlet to make sure air was forthcoming.
